Love these folks. For many years we have taken care ofour 3 dog friends with products from this store. Yesterday it was a large pet bed for when I stay at pet-friendly hotels with my 120 lb. Rottweiler.

Ranger and I love Petsmart in OV! Helpful staff, great place for German Shepherd puppy to practice social skills.

Went for fish - freshwater only selection and its pretty slim pickings. They got a shipment of goldfish and many had died, heaped in a pile over the filter... they do guarantee their fish, however, so thats a good thing.The service is usually pretty good, though, and the tanks and decor items are plentiful.

I took my dog here for his very first grooming and it went very well. They were super patient with him. Tango is a rescue and was a little apprehensive about the whole process but it worked out great. I guess Ill know the whole story when I take him back to see if hes excited about it or not! LOL

They are the only pretty store that carries the brand I require for my dog family. Nothing but the best!

Unfortunately, due to a specific worker, we will no longer shop in this store. We had the same person help us the last few times we came in and the experience was not great each time.The first time around was for reptile accessories and a goldfish. When we asked for a goldfish, the first question was what size tank do you have?, followed by you have to have at least a 20 gallon tank to get a goldfish. In all my years of purchasing goldfish, I have never been asked/told that. My children wanted to purchase a goldfish, with their own money, and this employee, while knowledgeable, made us feel like we were being harassed because we have a 10 gallon tank.The next interaction followed the same lines of harassment with each of the fish my kids asked about. They wanted another goldfish, and asked to get a small catfish. We were told no, and that its corporate policy to ask about tank size for each fish, and because my son said a 3 gallon tank, we were denied. I find it disgusting that children would be made to feel this way when they are spending their own money that they earned while dog sitting.I will not shop here again, even though its right across the street. Id rather drive to Petco up the road so my kids dont walk out feeling like criminals for wanting a goldfish!

Love Makayla shes a groomer but she was in the aquatics area & helped me get my 2 african dwarf frogs & fish

Not a bad selection of xx small harnesses, collars and clothes for small dog breeds.

Worst grooming staff - very rude, dismissive. Really try to make you feel small and unwelcomed. Busy talking to each other but ignoring customers and then making you feel like you shouldn’t have even walked in to the salon.

Always pleased with the service will continue to take babies there to be groomed.

Mikayla at the Oracle grooming location is so sweet and gentle with my, almost 14 yr old Lab. She lets her move at her own pace and does such a great job getting her bathed and smelling good. Very happy with her care of my beloved pet and her sweet, always upbeat personality. You can tell she loves animals and her job.

Fantastic fish department. The guy I talked to there (didnt catch his name, but tall, dark hair, with glasses) knew SO MUCH about fish and gave really great advice. The staff are super friendly as well, and the store is clean and well laid out.

Do not buy feeder goldfish here, an employee told me they are not treated for parasites and sometimes come in diseased. We found out the hard way. We bought some and they were acting weird, the lady said it was just stress. Got them home over half died, when we went back to the store the pictures below show the condition of the same fish now all dead and dying. Another lady was there and she said they died from shock from a water change…. Then why did the ones we took home also die. This put our tank at risk. This location needs to be audited, the tanks are dirty and there is constantly dead fish in them.

No as many cans of the Fancy Feast my cat loves to eat.

Great groomers! Friendly, affordable and clean environment. My pup and I were happy with his bath service that includes nail trim! Highly recommended!

Bugs crawling around in the store, Im not talking small bugs they were biggies. I stomped one it felt like I was cracking an egg.

I have been going to Petsmart for over 15 years to have my dogs groomed here in Tucson as well as California.Danielle at the Oro Valley Petsmart is the very best groomer. Danielle takes excellent care of Cody our dog and he always looks so handsome when she grooms him

Danielle is the best groomer our dog has ever had. We drive over an hour to the Oracle Petsmart just to have her groom Cody. The staff Petsmart both in the grooming salon and the store are always courteous and helpful

I am not sure if this Petsmart is a training location, but, it seems I get a great groomer for about 6 mos. then they leave. That said, I have never had any issues with any groomer, here.

So pleased with ANNA at the Oro Valley Petsmart grooming!!!We took our two large Siberian Huskies in for bath, brush groom, and furminator service’s today.We are always so pleased with the results we get from ANNA!She is so sweet to our pups and she definitely works hard for her money with these big fur-balls!!But they sure come out looking like they are going to compete in a dog show to win.Oh that’s right, huskies are too stubborn and talk back if it’s not on their terms.LOL Sp no dog shows.Please Remember to tip well if you are pleased!!!

I love going there to look at all the fish, hamsters and birds, and to look at & play with the cats. The staff is always very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They get their cats from an adoption place called Lots Of Love & they set up adoptions and fostering through them, and Im pretty sure they said they spay/neuter, vaccinate and microchip all their cats. Their cats are almost always pretty well behaved and sweet.

Very bad experience using the curbside pickup option at this location. I waited in my car 15 minutes after parking and tapping I am here before having to call the store myself to say I am here. I parked in a parking spot closest to the front door of the store. They did not call me at all during that time while I was waiting. When I got a hold of them they told me to pull up to the curb. So I had to get out of my car, shut the trunk and pull up to the curb. Omce at the curb I had to wait another 5 minutes. The lady then came out and slammed everything in my trunk and did not shut it herself. I had to get out of my car in the middle of heavy traffic after she left to shut it myself before driving again. I have not had bad experiences with curbside pickup at other petsmart locations, only this one.

Pathetic experience. Only a couple of employees worth dealing with. The rest of the staff are just rude and ignore customers. I actually saw an employee turn and walk away from someone looking for help. Always seems dirty and unkempt. I can’t believe my husband actually adopted a cat here. Even the lady from the cat rescue group is rude. If we do go to a Petsmart again it will not be this place. Not sure how they stay in business.

I took our 2 year old Pomeranian mix yesterday for his first grooming appointment since weve gotten him (we got him from Lil Bit of Love rescue back in November 19), we had been brushing him at home and bathed him once but the tangles had just gotten worse. Lexi H. was amazing & took her time with our pup. It ended up taking almost 5 hours for his grooming to be finished but the difference on his coat before & after is amazing!! She got rid of all the tangles & compacted hair without loosing his fluff. She even called me around the 4 hour mark to let me know it was just taking her a bit longer. Also getting Pawgress report about what she did & how he did was just great! Being able to schedule the appointment on the app & then pay on the app beforehand will definitely be something I utilize in the future. I had a coupon this time so I had to pay in store. We will definitely be back!!

Deana did a great job on my dog grooming today. Other groomers did not manage to cut his nails but Deana able to. I love my dog looking well groomed and clean. Rest of staff r friendly too. Thank u!

I must say the staff at this location make you want to stay for hours! They are so helpful and fun! We came for two specific items and ended up staying there for an hour and a half and walked out with way more than 2 items! They are very knowledgeable of their products and were able to suggest great things for our dog. The store was very clean and well kept.

I needed guinea pig advise. I got excellent advise from one of the cashiers. Everyone I ho to Petsmart something I need is on sale! Keep those sales coming, please. It is always easy to find dome one to help me out at this store. All the associates are so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

I adopted a dog through an adoption day and I liked how comfortable and easy the process was. Afterwords they help me find what I needed and helped explain any questions. I would go there again for any needs.

Great experience today..I took our 5 year old rescue dog in to look for gifts for some of his friends and PAWS AND CLAWS WAS HAVING AN ADOPTION THERE THIS WEEKEND..IGGY AND I MET LUCAS..A 3 YEARS YOUNG MALTIE/POO..AND THEYVSEEMED TO BE HITTING IT OFF RIGHT AWAY..WENT HOME TO TELL MY HUSBAND AND WE ALL RETURNED..FILLED OUT THE PAPERWORK, WE WERE APPROVED..AND LUCAS CAME HOME WITH US!! WE ARE OVER THE MOON THRILLED!!

My experience when going to Pet Smart is always positive! First the employees are friendly, very helpful, give attention and love on my little miniature Schnauzer and rarely do I have to wait in line. Returns are easy within the time permitted. The store is spotless and the shelves are always well stocked. I buy all my pet supplies at Pet Smart.

Absolutely wonderful customer service. I needed some blue buffalo grain free puppy food and I wasnt able to get there until 9pm which is when they close. I called and asked if it would be possible to come in at nine and they were more than happy to help. They even had the food I needed waiting for me at the front register! I will always refer to this store

It was bustling Saturday. Dog training classes, 2 different rescue organizations looking for homes for their dogs, and a neat table staffed by P.S. employees giving away treat samples and big food samples to take home. Petsmart is SO much more organized and has more enthusiastic employees compared with their big competitor.

Staff is terrible nobody helped me when I was searching for a solution to my cats intolerance to food! My pets come before me and I am so upset that these “knowledgeable” associates couldn’t help me! Google you were the real MVP so thanks!

Cashier this morning blatantly coughed into her hands - no gloves, mask, tissue, hand sanitizer - then proceeded to check me out. I educated her as to what she had just done and cautioned her... to which she made no response other than pursed lips and a dirty look. Shame!!!

It was ok, nice pet Grooming but my baby didnt come out smelling nice and now shes rubbing her bottom on the floor I guess they may have forgotten to excrete her glands.

We always go here and the staff is so friendly and helpful. I think its great that each associate has given me personal opinions of care as well because our gecko takes a little from all advice and is happy. Staff is great! Theres a cashier afraid of crickets and I always bag anything for her if I need so she can stay as far away from them as possible haha. But still so friendly and I love this location!

I had just adopted a dog and he needed his nails trimmed. When I brought him in, he was very scared and shaking. The staff was very gentle with and took great care.

Was in the oro valley market place location today. The cashier was not being safe!! Mask barely hanging on, only covering his mouth?? Felt unsafe. Not okay

Excellent I needed a special bowl for my dog I did fine one but wasnt really the one I wanted. But I brought it up to the cashier and a nice young employee came over with the one I wanted. She searched and found it. Thanks very much that was a kind thing to do.

Great Customer Service! Super clean store! Soooo much variety. It is basically a Walmart for Pets. This place has everything youll need for your pets and then some. A tad pricey, but this only my opinion. Grooming station, training area, a good variety of pets. Worth a stop.

Very friendly PetSmart. Reasonable supply levels. The cashiers really try to get it right, especially on price. The big disappointment to me is that there is no veterinarian at this location. It is closer to the house, and Id love to have the one stop. There is space for one, so there is hope.

We went to get a dog to adopt but they only had cats, was informed the dogs come on sat . I was disappointed. Cant see driving 1-1/2hrs to be told come back on sat.

DO NOT ADOPT FROM PETSMART. I adopted a kitten from Petsmart/Lil Bit of Love. The kitten ended up being very sick and contagious. It was obvious that he was sick because he had very bloody diarrhea which I noticed in the litter box. Petsmart should have noticed this before adopting out, as it was VERY OBVIOUS. Not only did the kitten have a parasite, he spread it to my other cats. This has resulted in hundreds of dollars worth of vet bills for not only him but the others as well. The vet got rid of one sickness but it appears that the kitten has multiple! I am still having to put this poor kitten on multiple medications and have had multiple visits to the vet. I called Lil Bit of Love and left a voicemail, they have not returned my call. This behavior is negligent and unprofessional. Since the sickness is contagious as well, I would wager that all of the kittens they are currently adopting out have this sickness, since they are not caring for their animals or taking proper cautions. DO NOT ADOPT FROM PETSMART. They will sell you a sick animal. They will not help you. They will not return your calls. They are an irresponsible and negligent company.

3 stars only because the workers in the store are great. I have a problem with the grooming, and this isnt the first time. Ive taken my dog for a few nail shavings since I got him, (hes 8 months old now) and yesterday I opted for the Pawdicure which includes: nail grind, feet trim and pad shaving, ear cleaning and hair removal, cologne spritz, and bandana. I paid and walked out of the store, into the store next door and they were already calling me that my dog was done. I wondered how they did all that so fast, but didnt question and picked him up. I checked his feet when we got home, and they were not shaved or trimmed, who knows if they checked his ears, he didnt have cologne and didnt have bandana, and when I checked his nails one was split pretty bad. The 2 times I took him before, they didnt even grind the back nails or trim every nail down. Maybe they are trying to save some time? I keep thinking I will give them a chance, but its not working out, I will not be back.

Great location, but its hard to find what youre looking for (like cat collars)... and it seems like they are never fully stocked up. Another thing lacking is their online order pick up service. Its rarely ready before I get there.
