I recently bought a house in Tucson with tile floors. The grout was black! It was supposed to be a tan color and I could not get it clean. I did my research and decided to go with Sir Grout. The owner, Bob came out to give me the estimate and spent time answering my questions and telling me exactly what to expect. They were booked with jobs until Aug. This was June. I received a call in July telling me they had a cancelation and wanted to know if I wanted to take that slot.Juan arrived exactly at the promised time. He was so friendly and polite. He also explained what he would be doing and answered any questions I had. Juan also spent time putting sample colors of the grout sealant on so I could decide which color I liked the best. He took his time, making sure I was happy with my choice.When he finished the floors, they looked brand new! He told me exactly how to keep them clean and explained the 1-year guarantee. I was so happy with the way the floors looked. It was a great experience from start to finish. I would recommend Sir Grout.Thank you Bob and Juan!!

I can’t say how impressed I am with Juan and Ryan and the whole Sir Grout process. Ryan came to give us a free estimate and discuss the process. We could not get an appointment for almost a month but it was well worth the wait.Our floors are 14 years old but they now look exactly like they did when we built the house. The grout looks clean and gives the house a new, clean look.Ryan and Juan moved all the furniture and area rugs. My travertine was horrible looking, Ryan, Juan and Rudy completely stripped, cleaned and polished it by and it has never looked better! It looks new again, worth every penny. The guys were prompt, professional and did an amazing job. I’m now proud of the floors I thought couldn’t be fixed. Sir Grout is highly recommended!

We have tile floors in our condo. The tiles were dingy, and the grout was dark from years of use. We were considering having the tiles replaced at considerable cost. Sir Grout (in our case Juan) made them look brand new. Their process of deep cleaning then resealing the grout with color tinted sealant is amazingly effective. The attached picture shows our floor part way through the process, before and after. The tiles are clean, and the grout lines blend in as they should. We highly recommend Sir Grout, and would use them again.

All I can say about Sir Grouts employees, product knowledge and service is INCREDIBLE. Incredible service, follow-up and my tile/grout looks like it was just installed yesterday and it was installed over 20 years ago! They definitely earned their $$ today. Couldnt be happier! Researched multiple companies to clean my tile and reseal my kitchen granite. They were the only company that took time to come out and look at the job, explain the entire process, answer questions, and give me a price. The two gentlemen that did our house were very timely, hardworking, answered questions, and went above and beyond to be sure the job was done correctly and that we were happy with the job. It took two days due to size of our house, but they went out of their way to give us space when we were at home with them. Our home now looks just like it did when we first built it and moved in to beautiful tile and shiny granite. Thank you Sir Grout!! Will be seeing you again!!

Sir Grout did a fantastic job restoring my tiles to their original state. They patched up some grout lines, cleaned, and added a nice color sealant. They answered all my questions and were generally just cool people. 10/10 will clean again.

Ryan and Juan cleaned, repaired and sealed four slate showers as well as sealing the tile on an outdoor porch. Everything looks new again and we couldnt be happier. They were professional, efficient and marvelous to work with. Would highly recommend them.

Sir Grouts prices were extremely fair and they worked with me to get the exact outcome I wanted. I would hire them again without hesitation.

I cant say enough positive things about the service I received including 1) courteous and professional staff, 2) excellent explanation of the process and post-project maintenance, 3) daily communications with the general manager (Chris Allen) on project status and timing, and 4) beautifully completed work project. Chris took on a challenging project (cleaning/sealing floors, bathroom; cleaning and sealing outdoor saltillo tile). There were a few unexpected issues owing to older home materials and stubborn prior sealant, but both Chris and Bob Neal remained helpful and problem-solving throughout. This last week I had Sir Grout Tucson come for an annual cleaning and touch up of my group seal/color treatment. They did an amazing job! My floors and grout look brand new. The grout color is consistent again! They are definitely on my calendar for a repeat annual clean.

The Tech, Ryan?, did a great job of showing me several colors of grout till we selected the right one. At the end he explained about cleaning the floor w/PH neutral soap-less cleaner. He took his time and it looks great.

We recently had Sir Grout do a partial regrouting to our shower. The day after having that done, a crack appeared in one of the tiles. I called them and they came out the next day and spent 4-1/2 hours fixing and replacing several tiles that had a potential of cracking in the future. They did a great job, and were VERY customer oriented! Love that! Would definitely use them again.

Ryan is an amazingly professional worker. Our 10 year old bungalow had white tiles that were now ruined by cheap floor products that ruined the surface. Grout was black. Ryan started at 8am and cleaned till 5 while we golfed. He called when he was done. We were pleased with the detail. Grout against baseboards look perfect. Thank you for your hard work. We have a newer home built in 2015, with granite counter top in the kitchen. We hired Sir Grout to reseal the counter top. The gentlemen showed up on time ( big one for me, being on time ) and started the process of resealing. Being a fairly new home the counter tops where not in bad shape, however I wanted to do my due diligence and have the sealing done. After the work was completed the counter top really didn’t look much different than before the work was initiated. I was told by the gentlemen that estimated the job that there wouldn’t me a great difference in the before and after, so they where honest about the result. My real disappointment was with myself, after realizing that I could have done this simple job for a third of the cost and had the same outcome, live and learn.

My wife and I were fortunate in deciding to hire Sir Grout to tend to our floors. Mr. Chris Allen, General Manager of Sir Grout along with the Sir Grout products did a wonderful job cleaning the floors and matching the grout color. Mr. Allen was very professional, arrived on time, had a friendly attitude, and worked tirelessly to get our floors looking as they did 11 years ago when we purchased the home new. We could not be happier with the results!!
