Dropped by at 11:30 (with mask on), scanned my DL and insurance card at the kiosk, waited a few minutes, had a short chat with the women running things about my fasting period, she checked on the order from my GP (I didnt have a copy of the paperwork with me), she stuck the needle in my vein (perfectly, no pain, no bruising) and sent me on my way. What could be better.

Convenient and quick service.

I made an appointment one week ago with this lab online. I showed up 25 minutes early to fill out my paperwork fully expecting a long wait. Instead, I was taken back on time for my 11:00 appointment. Mercy and Leeann were so funny, professional, personal and timely. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you so much ladies-I truly appreciate you!

I scheduled this appointment a few days ago. Walked into the office, scanned my ID, spoke to the front desk lady who was processing.entering in my paperwork and a minute or two later was getting my blood drawn. In and out in under 30 minutes. Kudos to the team there. Great job to all hands

Convenient, close to home, good parking, large waiting room, computer check in, fast service. That said, I would suggest to the staff that unfriendly and professional are not the same thing. I have normally had a fairly good experience with having blood drawn, but this last time was awful. She ignored the arteries in the crease of my arms and instead used one running up my forearm. It was very painful, and very slow. I had a huge bruise for over a week afterwards. I would never let her draw my blood again! I probably wont go back...

Staff at front desk and phlebotomists have been great every time Ive been there.

Excellent staff. Very professional and friendly at the same time. Most patients are in and out in less than 20 minutes. (depending on the season of course) Nothing is quick from Sep- Apr. Lol!I wont go anywhere else! Thank you!!!

Horrible experience. Took my 2 year old to have his blood draw and the guy that was supposed to do it was freaking out because of the age of my son it seems like he have no experience with kids he ask for help when no other place have ask for help with him. The thing that gets me so mad is that he didnt even do it correctly he was hurting him so bad and very little blood was coming out (never had this problem before), my poor baby cry the whole way back home and he was bleeding a lot after we left the place. He usually never cries just fight us but this time tears where coming out which means he was in pain. Definitely dont come to this place if you have little kids that need blood work they dont know how to work with them.

Came to this location Monday 10/17/2016 at 8:15am after having a terrible experience at the La Cholla location. Much better service, I was in and out in 20 minutes. The 2 women working were friendly enough and very efficient.

I witnessed an employee treat a little old lady so rudely just because she wanted to go to lunch. She was working on Wednesday, dec 4. Made the poor woman cry. Disgusting.

Every time I go in its fast, efficient and painless. I needed twice a week samples and never had any problems after months of service. The gals in there are fantastic!

I hate this place. One of the employees fine. The other, who usually works reception, is very rude. She treats everyone like they are an inconvenience and expects people to know without asking exactly what needs to be done. I need a lot of labwork and she rolls her eyes when she sees my labsheet. So sorry my disabling illness is an inconvenience to you... And then she has the nerve to call me Hon. I have had this kind of encounter with her several times - this wasnt just her having a bad day.Normally I would just ignore a rude receptionist instead of driving all the way to another branch. The thing is, this employee also sometimes draws blood. If she finds patients such an inconvenience, I have no confidence she will make sure my tricky labs are done correctly. And of course, I would rather she not put a needle in me.Im going to ask my doc to start writing my labs for SonoraQuest instead.

I went to the Labcorp in Oro Valley this morning 12-31-15 the staff members were very friendly, I was in and out very quickly. I was nervous and my blood pressure showed they took the time to let me relax and retake it which it then came out good. Unlike the location on La ChollaI would highly recommend this location.

Opens at 7 closes at 4:00, there was a line at the door at 6:45. This is the opposite of convenience.

We brought our newborn baby to get blood work done. I walked in and informed them she doesn’t have her shots and is suseptible to everything. The receptionist didn’t care at all! While we were here four people walked out and had a lot of comments while walking out. I wish this experience wouldn’t have been so stressful, there was already enough stress from our situation.

The woman who is always there is great.

They are quick, helpful and gentle.
