Do NOT recommend. I will keep this fairly short as I could write a book on the issues with this straight forward project. Scope: 2200 sq ft of vinyl plank & carpet + baseboards in Apr 2020, cost $21,500 including Design & Project Oversight fee of $4,000 and markup of 25%+ on all materials. End Result: Good. Process: Terrible. Value: Poor. Decision on all flooring made 2/24, installation started 4/7 and planned for 5 days. Actual days on site 9 with final completion 3 weeks later on 4/28! Kristi H. responsible for project management. Issues: Paint for baseboards not planned in advance, installers left to buy on their own and wrong color used, thus redo full days work. Ran short of vinyl plank as 82 boxes ordered, only 76 invoiced/delivered, not discovered until end of job. Delay to order and deliver more. Carpet also ran short and multiple visits by carpet people to install, redo, fix seams that showed, etc. Massive inconvenience from delays (I had to clean up and sanitize house every day after workmen left as they failed to wear face masks despite agreeing to and many reminders). Very poor quality of initial baseboard installation/painting and carpet installation. I had to do frequent detailed quality control as Kristi did not. Design advise was minimal (and surprisingly poor) and project oversight was terrible. I will never use their services again.

We searched for a furniture store and this popped up. They have a few pieces but its not a furniture store. They have samples of flooring, cabinets and tiles but its a small store. The reps were helpful and friendly.

Kristi Heppler designed our master bathroom remodel, helped us pick fixtures, tile, lighting, and mirrors. She ordered all the materials, arranged for a contractor and installers to do the work. She checked up on the progress as they worked and made sure the work was of high standard.We also replaced the flooring in the master bedroom and closet and had everything painted at the same time. She showed us various flooring and paint samples and used her design sense to help us select a stylish look.While this was not a quick process, it was well worth the time because the finished product looks great and was done in a quality way. We had help picking out the appropriate look, a design that incorporated our wishes, and someone who ordered materials and coordinated all the work.We recommend Interior Expressions for major projects and Kristi Heppler for her caring attitude.

We were so glad we found Interior Expressions to help us organize and manage our remodel. They helped us to refine our design ideas and make them a reality. We were going to replace the carpeting in our great room / dining room which was one large area. Betty came up with a design which included adding tile between the two rooms. This eliminated a high traffic carpet area which is far better looking with the tile. Now it is years later, it still looks and wears great. If it wasn’t for the tile we would be replacing carpet again soon. Ron & Debbie Janicki

I went in just to see some samples of Cambria, and they gave me a ton of samples to take back to the house to see if they would work with my cabinets. The store is full of locally sourced products, and helpful people. a refreshing change of pace.

Becky Zimmer was great to work with in furnishing our new home. She was able to find current furniture pieces to compliment our family antique furniture. Having moved from Florida to Tucson, we needed to update our furniture to fit our Tucson lifestyle & furniture style. She also advised us on where to hang our artwork to coordinate with the room setting. She recommended Ricardo to re-purpose our old TV armoire into a wine storage unit for the dining room.More than anything Becky was very flexible with our work schedules. We have & will continue to recommend her to others.

I wasnt redesigning a kitchen or furnishing a new home - I just needed one special chair. But I found that the ladies at Interior Expressions will devote their time and expertise to a client with any size need. I can recommend them without reservation.
