Decent place nothing special really. Paid over $70 bucks and and truck was still dirty inside. Ashes still in the side pockets. Seemed a little light on the wax but it’ll do the job for now. 🤷🏻‍♂️ could’ve been better for the money spent.

Slow…On the phones during service, snappy, was my first impression, but that was one person at the car wash part. It shows how that one employee can make a general impression of the company. However; the rest of the staff was really accommodating.

Covienent location. They do a good job removing the sand from both the top side as well as the undercarriage. A reasonable price keeps me as a customer.

I want to preface this review with a short background for me and my team. We manage the Midway experience for Kevin Harvick and the Busch NASCAR team (AB out of St. Louis), so we can’t just take our Vehicles to any old truck wash. These guys and gals are seriously a godsend! There is a serious lack of professional car/truck washes in Florida, and these guys stand alone as the best we have been to. The owner greeted us personally, and also lead his crew as they cleaned our rigs from top to bottom. They are detail oriented, courteous, and reasonably priced. The old adage “you get what you pay for” rings true at Platinum car wash. We are going to be the best looking setup at the Daytona 500, hands down.

Nice little car wash that isnt a chain. Tight maneuvering to get in, so if you have a large vehicle you gotta back up a few times. Its a bit cheaper here than the chain wash down the road, but lesser quality equipment.

I got the new car detail and they did an amazing job! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good place to take their car to get it detailed or even just a quick wash. They take their time and pay attention to the little details. Also great customer service. Highly recommend them!

Amazing service! I didn’t think my car with over 130,000 miles and careless kid drivers would ever be the same. Paul and the crew there not only made the car clean - but the headlights are shiny and the car is sanitized! I won’t need car seat covers after all! Worth the money!!!

2 times in a row went there on the weekend to get my vehicles washed and they turned me down for a wash and vacuum during their normal business hours. Told me to come back tomorrow, most people work during the week so you would think a business would take what they can get on the weekend in their industry. Won’t go back there again.

Several weeks ago the detail job was mediocre, so Friday I went to give them another chance. I was told it would be an hour wait and suggested to come back. I just left there at 3:55 and they had a closed sign up. When I asked the employee why they closed an hour early they stated rain and laughed. I told him this is their second chance and I would not return he just smiled. Not sure where the owner is but hope he will read this message. Not a good experience, again! Too many car wash businesses that want my money. Good luck.

Ive been there before and it was fine but today one of the spinning wheels was extremely close to my car on the left while the one on the right didnt even touch my car. Upon further inspection i noticed scratches down the drivers side.

Got a Express wash for $8 and asked about wheels getting cleaned good, stated they hand washed. Hand wash includes some scrubbing with a brush resulting in 1 at of 3 being cleaned. Im sure they would have redone but I felt good it would have been a none issue leaving so I didnt check. Not impressed.

Great car wash and pleasant workers-stopped by on the way home from a weekend trip. Not local, but pass through on 95 quite often so will definitely stop again. The workers were kind, even though I was needing an exterior wash on a chilly day. Highly suggest!

I have been coming here since they opened and they are always professional, courteous and do a great job. Rates are very reasonable and they try their best to get you in and out quick, even when they are slammed busy. When busy they still give the same service. How many places can say that! If you find something you dont like they will take care of it immediately. If you leave here unhappy, you just didnt ask......

Platinum Car wash has always done great work on my truck. I got everything cleaned inside and out and the attention to detail was great. Even when I went to pick my truck up they looked over the truck again to make sure it was perfect. They also had to hand wash my truck do to its size. They got all th bugs off and made it look as if I just got it from the dealer.

I read the reviews for this car wash. Im usually very skeptical. I had a rental that I had used for over a month for work and needed to return it to the rental agency. I bought the Managers Special. I was amazed. My rental looked and smelled brand new. The attention to detail was the best Ive ever seen. Even the owner was out working on the cars. I highly recommend Platinum Car Wash. Every town in America needs a Platinum Car Wash.

Guys did an excellent job prepping my F250 before running through their auto wash. I got the $25 Platinum job where they vacuum, wipe down, and do rain X on the Windows. They did a jam up job and couldnt be happier for the money. I just wish this place was closer to home. All said and done it took about 20 minutes. I highly recommend.

Whether my truck is full of dirt, dog hair, or a bunch of junk, these guys always make it look like its brand new at an affordable price. I especially love that even if I just wash the outside, they do a towel dry, too. A lot better deal than other car washes in the area (you always end up with water spots if you dont towel dry). These guys work fast and they do a great job. Ive been there over a dozen times and have never left unsatisfied.

Would never go here again. They had one sign that said closed another blinking open. When we pulled in they were so rude. The gal said we’re closed. We pointed to the flashing open sign behind her and a man then came up and said that sign is irrelevant. Mind you they were detailing a truck right in front of us. I have never been treated so rudely by a business before! Will never stop there again!

Thought my truck had been scratched by going through the wash and left a negative review here, but the owner called me and was very professional on the phone. He explained how the scratches were likely baked in love bugs that just didn’t get quite taken care of. He proposed a quick and simple solution to help get the problem solved. I’m very grateful for the time Paul took with me on the phone. Also, from speaking with him, it’s obvious that they are no simple soap and scrub joint. He knows a lot about caring for cars and says he trains his staff for several months so as to ensure that cars come out great. I’ll be taking my family’s cars here regularly from now on and I’m going to tell my friends to do the same. 👍🏼 Thanks again, Paul!

If you only have time to wash your car once a month like me, then this is the place to go. First, the cost for a standard wash and hand dry is 12.00 plus tip, and, believe me, these guys scrub your car, like its their own and hand wipe it dry, even the door jams. Remember to tip, they are well worth the extra. They even email receipt, so no paper copy. Bring cash for tips. Enjoy your sparkly, clean ride afterwards!

Paul the owner is super nice and they do a nice job with cars. Unfortunately Jason the manager is condescending and rude. My suggestion would be to go on a day that he’s not there. Maybe once he’s gone I will change my review because I really do like the place. You are only as good as the staff though and he’s their manager.

I have several work trucks and a family full of drivers. Paul and his guys always take amazing care of our vehicles! From a quick wash to tidy them up, to a full detail to pimp it out...these guys do great work!

Very disappointed so I have changed my previous 5 star review. I got to the car wash today at 4:20 keep in mind they don’t close until 5, they told me they were no longer doing interiors, ok fine at least I’ll get the love bugs off of my car...WRONG! The kids prepping my car did a minimal job at best, I asked to speak to the manager and told him I drive out of my way to come to that car wash and I was very disappointed. He offered no explanation except that love bugs are hard to remove and after 9 hours the guys are tired. He didn’t offer to re-wash my car or get the love bugs off. I got a refund, but had to go somewhere else to get my car cleaned 🙁

They are over priced to begin with and then charge more per each service you select when you are in an SUV. The car never looks that great when I pick it up. I have never spent less than $120 on the car wash and that is not any of the specialty services. The people are too hungry for tips when you go to pick it up that they want to have you point out all the trouble spots and make it look like they are going over the top for a tip. Just do a great job with out having to be told. The actual car wash its self is not not good mechanically so they need to put the extra work in on the finishing. I think they also use low grade products because I have never seen the tire dressing last more than an hour or 2. I wouldnt recommend them at all but their location makes it convenient.

Employees are rude. They want to overcharge if you have extra mud on your truck because you live on a dirt road. Wouldnt be a problem if employees werent rude about it. I tried paying for a $15 Car Wash just because I had extra mud and he refused me with attitude. And only on my side step bars. Then employee wanted me to go over to where owner was eating lunch to interrupt him to talk about my truck. Employee should be fired

I have a 2015 750LI BMW, I took it to Platinum car was in Daytona Florida and they hand washed it, cleaned the insides out, brushed all of the vents and polished my 22” chrome rims that hasn’t been washed in over a month.. I tell you I don’t take my car to just anyone but after they took get care of my car, this will be the only car wash I use when I visit Daytona again..THANKS TO THE WHOLE TEAM THAT TOOK CARE OF MY BMW BUT A BIG SHOUT OUT TO THE PERSON THAT TOOK CARE AND POSHISED MY RIMS..
