I rented a cargo van on saturday to be returned on monday but i asked if i could return it on sunday because monday would be impossible due to work schedualeI was told to parked on side street and drop off keys at the desegnitwd lock boxWhen i return van there was no place to park because it was full of retuned trucks i had to parked it side ways on a drivewayBut when i look into their yard it was half emptyBut gate were locked. My question is why theydont make it easier for customer to return rentals.

Rented a truck to haul a trailer the truck was nice and clean only reason i took one star away is the trailer plug on the truck had an issue where one of the signal/brake lights wouldnt work correctly and i tried to call to correct the situation but sadly they were closed and couldnt get any real help from the 1800 line. i had to drive to tennessee with a trailer early that night and had to go and could not wait til monday to remedy the situation. all in all a pretty good experience/rental minus that. they atleast comped me for that issue some.

This is the best truck rental experience ever. All of the trucks are clean and new, also the employee does the sanitizer before the customer gets the truck.

The best location for all types of truck rentals. The team here is always on point and down-to-earth. Its easy for me to pass-up the Jetport location (3 miles from home) when the customer service at John Young is top notch! Ive rented large straight trucks w/ liftgate, smaller cabover box trucks, and a pick-up. Always the best!

We were in Florida to help with a last minute move. Not only were we able to obtain a great truck, but Benjamin was so nice and super helpful to a couple of visiting Yankees that well be sure to return again at the end of the semester.

Worst customer service ever. Somehow a truck was available, not available, available, then not all within 5 min and 3 operators. It seems like if they dont like you or the phone call its all of a sudden.. not available... They need training.
