These guys were great. They were able to accommodate a per friendly request in very short notice. The trailer was very comfortable and the staff was very kind.

I cannot say enough good things about Wilderness Camper Rentals. We contacted them at the last minute to try and arrange temporary housing while our trailer was going in for service. Since we live full time in our trailer we needed a place to stay for the estimated 7 to 10 days we would be out of our trailer. Mike went far beyond the normal efforts to arrange for us to have a trailer that would meet our needs. Then when the repairs took longer than expected he continued to work with us and his schedule to keep a roof over our heads. The whole process ended up taking a month but because we had Mike on our side there was never a worry about where we were going to stay.The trailer was clean, well maintained and the handling of the process was superb, but it was the can do attitude and willingness to do whatever they could to meet our needs that impressed us the most.I can recommend Wilderness Camper Rentals without hesitation, whether it is for a quick vacation or a longer stay, they will make it happen. We stayed at Disneys Fort Wilderness and we loved our RV rental from Wilderness Camper Rentals. Customer service was outstanding! Orlando had a rainy day before our arrival and recommended we check the site out before accepting it and we were on the road travelling so couldnt. Wilderness offered to take pictures and send to us and let us know the site was great. Nice clean RV with lots of room and all the supplies you need, just had to bring your food and get to camping! They were quick to follow-up to see if everything was working for us and if we needed anything would take care of it quickly. I could go on and on about how nice they were, better than 5 star service! Be sure to rent a golf cart from them for getting around.

I was extremely pleased with my rental from Wilderness Camper Rentals. It was set up and ready to use when I pulled in to Ft Wilderness! The unit was clean and well equipped. I liked that they provided paper eating products! No washing dishes for me! I loved that they were only a call away if I needed anything. And they checked on us during the week to see if we needed anything! I will definitely rent from them!

At last, a respectable and professional camper rental company to stay at Disney’s Fort Wilderness! Not to mention the amazing customer service and friendly staff! The campers are immaculate and have everything you could possibly need for your stay. Everything is set up and ready for you when you arrive. By far the best experience offered in the rental industry. Also having the golf cart at Fort Wilderness was definitely a bonus so you can park at the bus stops, restaurants, and cruise around the resort! We will be recommending this company to others and we will be back very soon!

We cant wait to go back to Disney and stay with Wilderness Camper Rentals again. The customer service is outstanding - they really strive to make sure it is the best possible experience for you. They are so friendly and accommodating and always available if you need anything. When we arrived, everything was ready to go so that we could begin our vacation once we were there. The camper was perfect and very clean. It has everything you need, and then some, especially for such a great price! Really made our camping experience at Ft. Wilderness such a great experience and well definitely be renting again soon!

I cannot tell you how wonderful Wilderness Camper Rentals is. We had such a great experience. Mike kept in touch with us and walked us through the whole check in process. The RV was super clean and Mike gave us great instructions on how everything worked. Mike also kept in contact with us to make sure everything was ok with our stay. I would highly recommend this company.
