This Company is ridiculous and kind of racist. My fiance went for an interview and was told that only natural hairstyles She explained that Dreads are as natural as can be (and yes they were very neat and pulled back) The recruiter proceeded to tell her Dread considered an extreme hair style. Complete BS!!!! Dont waste your time
