This company is terrible. They were the free shuttle service offered by our hotel to Universal Studios, Orlando. Two days in a row during our visit to Orlando, New Way was late picking us and other passengers up in the morning to go to the park. One of those days, New Way didnt send a driver with a large enough vehicle to accommodate everyone who had signed up for the ride with a seat belt properly as per lawful requirements. They squished people into the vehicle and therefore, some people didnt have a proper seat with a seat belt. Two evenings in a row, New Way *never* came to pick us up at the designated parking spot at Universal Studios and we had to call and badger the company to send someone out to get us, even though we had clearly signed up ahead for the 2nd pickup of the evening. This leads me to believe they dont even check the sign-up sheets for passengers who book their service, which is by reservation only. Twice New Way delayed us getting back to our hotel 50 minutes past the time they were supposed to pick us up at night and our hotel was only within a few miles of Universal Studios. So they wasted our valuable vacation time in the evenings after we were through with Universal for the day. We had to speak to the manager and assistant manager of our very good hotel to get them to speak to New Way personnel and remind them how to do their job.Words of warning: if you use any private shuttle companies in Orlando, FL from your hotel to the parks, make sure you take their phone number with you and that you call hours ahead to make sure your ride is coming when they say they will. Then, pray that you get someone who speaks English and/or cares about helping you at all. My phone experience with New Way was difficult, the people who answered the phones were indifferent and it was very hard to understand them.

I was in Orlando for a business expo and contacted New Way Tours with my arrival and departure time to and from the airport. The driver was on time and helpful with my bags and the car was clean. I was running late when i had to leave and the driver was patient and again helpful. They were professional and prompt. Will i use them again absolutely, and i will recommend to my freinds who travel to Orlando for business.

I have never imagined that my Orlando tour would be so comfortable. Thank God that I booked one of the suave SUVs from New Way Tours. The driver was friendly, knew all the places I could visit and dropped me at my hotel on time. Thanks guys for making my trip such a smooth one.
