My brother recommended me this place since I am getting older and have many rental properties, retirement distributions and two small business. They did the accounting my my last two year taxes, now I feel free. I bother them a lot but they always assist me with care, that is why I taking my friend Gina with her business too. The service was good, first year there, I had a lot of question about the new credits, they were very knowledgeable about the last updates in tax law, prices were fine, I paid like 50 more than last year but is worth it for the quality of their services. Highly recommended.

Updating my review, I just fie my taxes and they help me with all COVID19 related credits for my business and personal taxes. I was able to get the CREDIT FOR FAMILY LEAVE FOR SELF-EMPLOYED INDIVIDUAL, over 4500 on only that one. Very thankful with IRS DIRECT!

Where do I start. I am not a trusting individual. I came here with my guards up. I have been getting my taxes done by the same accountant for many years in New Jersey. When I arrived here I was greeted by a friendly person named Lupe. I then was met by Mailyn who was going to be working on my taxes. She was very professional and had a nice personality. The taxes were done quickly and I received a much bigger refund then I expected. I also met the owner of the office. Her name is Yanisley. My guards were still up a little, but she made me feel comfortable. She was very professional and had a great personality. I liked the experience so much that I recommended my sister who went the same day that I went and did her taxes also. She also received a bigger refund than expected. Then I recommended my daughter. My daughters return required more work because of my daughters situation. Yanisley was upfront with my daughter and told her that her tax return might take longer to process because of her situation. It also took a couple of days to finish her return. Yanisley wanted to take her time and do it right. Anyway, All 3 of us received our refund in less than 2 weeks. Including my daughter. Thank you Yanisley and IRS Direct Inc. for top quality work and service. Look forward to see you all next year.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. It was obvious that the woman who prepared my taxes didn’t speak English. When she spoke I could barely hear her. She seemed unsure of herself when I questioned her about having to pay back taxes. She went to another room and came back a few minutes later to tell me she tried another way to file the taxes but it came out to the same amount I had to pay. She didn’t even explain or show me how she came up with that result. I was charged a ridiculous amount of money for simple taxes. Not even a CPA charges that amount of money!NEVER AGAIN!!!!In addition my husband was eligible for a tax credit as an elderly and disabled individual, which she did not ask or file the proper form. WE GOT SCREWED!!!

We visited this office twice while living in Orlando, and did not realize how much money we were wasting with them. Their fees are outrageous !!!!!Be very careful with the cost when preparing your taxes in IRS Direct. Their prices are ridiculously high when compared to other places.
