I showed up with a damaged ac control board. I left 45 minutes later with a fully functioning one. These guys are awesome! Saved me a lot of headaches and time.

I went in with my beloved briefcase record player, I couldnt figure out why it was having issues, sounded garbled, especially after I bought a new needle for it. They quickly answered the phone, communicated, were extremely professional and definitely affordable. This record player has some sentimental value to me, my very first turntable. I really appreciated them handling my player with care. I left it there for 24 hours and have it back already! The gentleman even replaced my plastic needle with a steel stylus that sounds so much better than the flimsy replacement I bought. A million thanks!!

I accidentally botched a switch on a custom $400 keyboard, ouch. I could not find a single place that would desolder and solder on a new switch even though it’s childs play to someone who has experience soldering. I finally ended up here after uBreakIFix declined to do it under warranty and would take 2 weeks and cost $50. They said they could easily do it and took under 10mins to complete the job. What did that cost me? Only $15. Truly amazing work and a pleasure to do business with

Took my 5 disc Sony cd player in due to skipping on all discs. CD player had a bad laser that Chuck the tech was able to replace with a part on hand and now it plays like new. Fair price and fast service!

I took a subwoofer in to get fixed. First, they charged a non-refundable $45 just for an estimate. They LIED, and told me it was just a deposit. Then they tried to charge me three times the cost of the subwoofer to fix it! Plus they never called me with any updates. I had to call them multiple times over two weeks just to get the above information.

The place is a complete trash hole. It is overpriced. They are unprofessional, sketchy, and slow.

After read all Reviews and want to find out for myself. I need a simple fix on my iPhone. Well I went to the store and was greeted by Chuck . He told me it was a easy fix and asked me to have a seat. He not only unlocked it, he ran the updates and thanked me for waiting. Hands down best customer service ever.

I was unsure that my devices were valuable enough to repair. Electronic have become so disposable in the last few years. We had lightning knock out some electronics in our house recently. Not quite enough to claim on insurance because of the 1000.00 deductible. Called and they convinced I to bring in. Friendly and decent. They collect a 40.00 deposit on repairs. What I didnt realize is that it is not refunded if you decline repair. I gave them a Yamaha receiver and a Sony Sound bar with subwoofer. The receiver ended up needing a motherboard and would cost 150.00. The Soundbar subwoofer needed a power supply and was about the same to repair. I declined both. Not sure I made the right decision - but I bought two used receivers for 50.00 each at an estate sale. Decided to keep the Soundbar and throw the subwoofer. So I was out the deposit. I think they are honest people and I will try them again. More expensive components - its a no brainier - makes good sense to repair. Also if your insurance covers it. You come out ahead. I probably shouldnt have tried with what I had.

Ive brought multiple late 70s and early 80s stereo receivers to this place, broken with no clue how they could be fixed, but they always manage to fix them at an affordable price. No hassle, quick, and easy. The people here know what their doing when it comes to them old circuit boards. I only wish I had known about them sooner, Ive thrown plenty of old and broken components out due to a lack of someone to fix them, but Ill have that problem no longer.

Chuck did a great job on my old turntable. It took a while but he was thorough and everything was brought back to working order and he did it very reasonably. If you have a turntable that isnt working anymore, let Chuck have a crack at it.

Now, the owner refuses to refund my fathers money even though he did not complete any work. I took my vintage Pioneer receiver to Chuck. The selector switch was worn and needed to be rebuilt. This thing has been around since 1974 and needed some TLC. It also needed the pots cleaned as I was getting some scratchiness from the volume control. I cleaned some of the switches myself, but I was uncomfortable taking the receiver down as much as was needed to reach the volume pot. Chuck also repaired the headphone jack, which had self destructed inside the cabinet with wires hanging lose and unattached to anything. Chuck told me it would be a week, it was less. He quoted me a price and thats what it cost me. I have some old speakers I want him to look at next. Hes a nice guy and as far as Im concerned he does excellent work.

Read the reviews. This place is sketchy as hell, incredibly dishonest and robs people blind. I was looking for a legitimate stereo repair shop to get my 42 year old tape deck repaired. This place is far from a stereo repair shop. They sell E-Vapes? They sell Wireless cell phone plans? Their website has an “Ebay store” section but upon further research they don’t have any STEREO parts for sale. All their Ebay feedback is from them BUYING iPhone and android phone cases off ebay to sell in their store at a more expensive price? This is not even a business. Stay FAR away, I would never take any of my stereo equipment here ever.

Said they could fix my little 7in touchscreen tv. Dropped it off along with 25.00 deposit. Had to call to see what was going on with tv. When I picked it up it after 3 days, it was in the SAME EXACT condition i brought it to them minus 25.00 in my pocket... if I did not bring my car to test the tv, he would of wanted an additional 125.00. For nothing....

Had a noise problem with my name brand surround sound receiver, where a crackling noise wouldnt start happening til about 30 min after the unit was powered on. The owner Chuck insisted he could fix it, even though he himself was not able to initially hear the actual noise I described. After paying over $140 for repairs, and several additional repair attempts over the course of 2 months, the noise problem has finally been fixed, though now the sub-woofer channel isnt working properly. Although Chuck has been eager to want to fix the problem, I wont be taking it back for additional repairs. Ive also been told their 90 day warranty means that they can take up to 90 days to fix the problem, then if they cant fix it in 90 days, thats when theyll give you your money back...

I bought a 1988 Realistic DX-440 AM/FM/LW/SW radio receiver on Renningers Antique Flea Market in Mount Dora 2 weeks ago! When I arrived home we cleaned the dirty radio and the power on and off button was not functioning! I could power on the unit with another button which was the sleep button that when I pushed it the radio powered on and after 90 minutes it will power off by himself! Besides that the radio was functioning well! I called a 2 way radio repair shop which repaired Kenwood and told them about the problem with the radio and they told me they could not repair it! I called Orlando Electronics and talked with Chuck and told him that the power on button was malfunctioning in my SW radio and he told me he could repair it! I went to the Store on last Thursday and he told me that he would have to inspect it first and I left the radio with him. He called Friday and told us he could fix the radio for Saturday for $60! We told him to fix the radio and he told us to pick up the radio on Saturday morning! Although my wife had to drive for 45 minutes to get there because we live on Clermont Florida it was worth it because he fixed the radio and put it like new! He fixed my 30 years old radio and put it like new! My wife and me will reccomend this place without hesitation! We think that this is the best TV, Radio, Tablet and Phone repair store! Chuck is the best and his wife and him have excellent Customer service! Best $60 dollars spent! The radio is sounding excellent and is pulling a lot of SW stations and the power button is functioning properly! Kudos for Orlando Electronics and its staff! This is a 5 star review update! I bought from Ebay a Realistic DX-400 AM/FM/SW/LW Radio! The seller said the radio was functioning! When it arrived to my house it was working but to my Surprise upon maximum volume the radio speaker was very low! I could not send it back because it was advertised in Ebay when I bought it that he did not accept returns! So since Chuck has fixed me radios before I went to him in Orlando Electronics and told him about the problem with the radio and since I live in Clermont almost a 1 hour drive of he could fix it the same day and he said yes! We left the radio at 1:30pm that day and at 3:00pm the radio was fixed and now the speaker of the radio is very high and deep in sound! Last week I bought in E bay a supposedly Refurbished Vintage Sony ICF-2001AM/FM/SW/LW RADIO and after using it for 2 days it started malfunctioning in which the direct frequency entry button in 0 was not registering when pressed! Again Ebay seller with no return policy! I took the radio today at 10:00am and told Chuck about the problem and again ask him that due to the 1 hour drive if he could fix it today and he said yes! At 12 noon he called and the radio was fixed! We (My wife, Tere Pizarro and me) thank God and the Virgin Mary for giving us the pleasure to meet this radio professional Chuck and his wife! This is the best Electronic repair Store in Orlando and around the world! We will reccomend this place without hesitation!

We took a damaged circuit board for a 2004 XK8 Jaguar electric seat module that had already been repaired and damaged by someone else, they had it working within hours for a third of the price I wouldve paid to have it refurbished online. This is my new go to. I can only imagine what the auto dealer wouldve charged.
