If I could give this place negative stars I would. They are a third party adjusting firm chosen by our insurance company to handle our flood claim that occurred 2 months ago. I spoke to our adjustor a few days after the claim occurred and asked her about additional living expenses so we could live somewhere else while our home was being repaired. She was going to look into it our options and get back to me. Three weeks later, 7 unreturned calls and 5 unreturned emails I spoke to what we were told was her boss. He told me sorry, shes really busy After that I had enough and emailed the VP of client services. He did respond and shortly after that time I got an email from our desk adjustor. She told me that she didnt have any luck finding us a rental home but she approved an advancement on our additional living expenses so we could rent another home. She was going to overnight us a check on 7/2. On 7/9 we still didnt have our check. I emailed our adjustor and she responded and said it was being sent that day overnight. 7/13 still no check, followed up no response, followed up on 7/15 she responded that she is looking into why it wasnt sent. Here we are 7/19 still with no check and no answers. I emailed today and no response as of yet. Based on the reviews it appears this is the way they handle things. People who are dealing with them have just been through a loss which is hard enough on them. In our case, we went through a catastrophe loss and lost everything and this is the way we are treated?

Only if i can give a negative 5 stars, I would! i cant express how bad my experience is so far with them. They are 3rd party company handling insurance claims and their desk adjuster and his supervisor never pick up the phone or return your voice message. I have leaking over my roof and damage on all slopes. Field adjuster never send full package to desk adjuster, my roofing guy helped send the pictures, and desk adjuster never respond phone call or voice message. I have been waiting to have my roof fixed for almost 5 months, and I am still cant get hold of the desk adjuster. Awful experience.

I have been waiting for a month to get an estimate back from a bad storm in GA. Joshua never returns phone calls. The only positive thing about this company is Nancy Theisen who returns calls. Never again! Yes communities stay away and get coverage through another company!

The adjustor assigned to my claim is not very responsive and I have to continue to follow up with him to get updates. I had to call them several times after they were assigned to my case to even get the process started. Horrible communications! Unfortunately, my insurance company chose them.

Water leak June 11. I did all leg work in an effort to keep repair costs low, sent quotes, emails and called multiple times. July 11 will be 30 days since claim. We have no kitchen sink, counters and partial flooring. Washing dishes in bathroom sink. Not a huge claim. So far, William Hathcox (adjuster) seems to be a nice guy and has talked to myself twice and my wife once. However, seems to be no sense of urgency PERIOD! Cant understand delays, all information is in theyre hands? Action is all a customer wants...I will update this review, as this claim progresses. So, AUGUST, we finally received a check (minus depreciation costs), then it went to my insurance company, then the bank this took 2.5 additional weeks.Lastly, for this pipe leak claim, we have the flooring restoration. My wife and I pulled old floor, hired a contractor/handyman, sent in all invoices and pictures ~ 3 weeks ago!! It is now 9/18/18, I have emailed Mr Hathcox 4 times, called twice to leave a message. His recording states he is out for Labor day. That was days ago!?! I plan to call again today. I will continue to update this claim status. From June 11th, the saga still continues. Its now September 29th. Mr Hathcox was obviously fired or quit. Now a new adjuster Helen Singletary is my new adjuster. She stated she was going to send the remainder of claim money next day, then, next day, she asked for invoices or a certificate of completion from contractor. All invoices were sent to Hathcox months ago. We used not one, but many contractors to complete all the work.Evidently, they can not access his company email account or he simply deleted all the pictures emails, invoices, etc. prior to his disposal. She says there is NOTHING in my account folder. Therefore, I get only a prorated amount for floor work, until I provide all previous information again. I spent ~$20K on my CC only to be reimbursed $8K and change. She offered to send me the floor repair money and it too was depreciated, even though the flooring was less than 1 month old, prior to leak. I now have to filter 4 months of sent emails, ( if I have them ), documents etc. If not, tough luck, basically is what Im being told. If I do not have those emails, Im simply going to have to get a lawyer.UPDATE as of 10/5/18 Helen Singletary sent me an email stating she talked with supervisor and was releasing my depreciation holdings. She did the right thing. This will minimize our out of pocket expense, that is still more than the settlement by quite a ($8K)margin. At least Helen came thru. Lets say I see check 10-11-18, that would make our claim 4 months to pay all disbursements for damages incurred.
