I wish I had read the reviews before going to this place to have my Makita 1/2 hammer drill looked at. There was very nasty customer service as stated in the other reviews. I was told that I over heated my drill and burned it up, but I know it wasn’t because I know how I use it; it’s not my first power tool. The funny thing is that when I get home before returning it to Home Depot to clean off the marker that they wrote RNR on it, I decided to pop the battery in it, and low and behold my burned up over heated drill is now working. I don’t even think they took it apart. I don’t know what’s going on with it. I wish I could post a video of it working now. Maybe they wanted me to purchase a new Milwaukee Drill because they are a dealer. I do not recommend anybody going to contractor tool services in Orlando, Florida. And thank you to Home Depot for giving me the option to Exchange it or get a refund. That’s great customer service. Thanks Home Depot!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I will never step a foot in this store again. I have been in the construction business for 20 years and never had such a BAD EXPERIENCE. I dropped 2 Bosch Demolition Hammers for service. They NEVER called me upfront to let me know how much is the service cost, what is wrong with my tools, and how much it will cost to repair. If you are a professional repair service store, you would call the customer to let them know upfront what is wrong with the tool, how much it will cost and to obtain the customers approval. They never did that. Just fixed the tools for OUTRAGEOUS COST! RIP OFF. For the price they charged me to repair a 15-year old tool, WITHOUT GETTING MY APPROVAL FIRST, I would buy a brand-new tool. When I tried to address the issue with the lady at the front she was as RUDE as she could be. Doesnt care about the customers, their feedback, or general courtesy. Told me if I dont want to pay to just leave my tools there! They have a big amount of tools there left by unhappy customers like me and they re-sell them. SCAM! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

Took my Bosch impact drill in as directed by Bosch, as they are the only Bosch certified repair shop in Orlando. They had it about a week, cost me less than 60 bucks, and is working fantastic. They even repaired things on it that I did not know where broken like one of the LED lights.I would have given 5 stars except theres a lack of up front pricing, or courtesy call when they knew what it would cost. But thats not enough to keep me from reusing them in the future.

DISGUSTING AND REPREHENSIBLE!VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNEDUCATED PEOPLE WORKING THERE.I was serviced by a crack head who cant understand when you clearly and repeatedly state your first and last name. She was unable to perform the simplest tasks, such as locating an invoice/order.Also, the invoice they issue is pointless because when you call to inquire about your order they say we dont go by it.I asked to speak with the manager, Lisa. Instead of apologizing and helping me locate my order, she plainly stated that I could shop there or not. Guess what Lisa? I CHOOSE NOT to shop there and be treated in a condescending manner! I will take my business elsewhere. Further, I will be sure all of my Roofing and Carpentry Business Contacts know how you treat customers. You see Lisa-- you FAIL to remember that you are in business because, I (we), the customers choose to shop there.THE WAY YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS....ITS DISGUSTING AND REPREHENSIBLE!!!

Rude, Rude, Rude! Stay away! I was told by the owner, of none else, that they lose money on the repairs and its best we dont come back there anymore. What! You are a Milwaukee repair center and you tell me not to bring my Milwaukee tools to your repair center to get repaired because you lose money. Again, stay away!

Treated poorly, came in there because Milwaukee tools sent me there to bring in a tool for warranty. What a waste of time, don’t bother. Spend your money elsewhere. The lady is somewhat nicer than the owner, he has to be the owner if he is working there with that attitude. I have filed my complaint to Milwaukee tools. They apologized and told me this was not the first complaint they had about this place.

These owners have the worst attitudes ever. The only decent person is the old lady that runs the register. They are just plain weird.I dont know if its marital problems or what.Any time we drop off a tool and ask questions regarding the repairs its like you just slapped their father. They get offensive. I would rather send my tools to the manufacturer then deal with these married clowns. If you arent happy with your business then close it.Dont take your problems out on your clients.Customer service is huge and they dont show any of it.

I went in here because my tool supplier said i could go here to get my Milwaukee warranted i love my Milwaukee, so i go in hand the lady my gun and receipt and she asks me when i purchased it and i tell her its on the receipt then she says oh well its in date code, then she asks me again when i purchased it, and Im trying to find it on the receipt and she asks me my name and i tell her shain, and she writes shane, and i say ohh hey you spelled my name wrong, and she goes how do you spell it S H A I N, AND THEN SHE ASKED ME AGAIN, and i said its on my name tag. Im actually wearing a name tag on my shirt with my name spelled correctly, then she looks at me and tells me i can just send in my tool myself and that she doesnt wanna help me and i left upset and said a rude word to her because she deserved it but idt she cared at all, horrible people i hope this business closes if people working in it are not attentive enough to read a fudging name tag.

I brought a Makita blower in for repair which was long out of warranty. The repair ultimately involved a simple adjustment of some kind which I had not been able to figure out for myself. I was charged nothing for that adjustment!
