Monica and Heroel were phenomenal!As a first time home buyer I wasnt quite sure what to expect from the home buying process, but had always heard it was a pain. Fortunately for me Zillow connected me with the Cuervo team. Not only were Monica and Heroel super helpful throughout the process, they were always available for my questions, and they even managed to save me a lot of money (roughly $12,000) with our offer by using a will beat next best offer clause. I dont think anyone else could have made this process as simple as the Cuervo team and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

With the Covid 19 pandemic, this was the most unusual house purchase we have ever made. We only saw Monica once last February and with this purchase only once for her husband Heroel. Even so, the purchase made it through after overcoming a few other obstacles. They responded to questions or problems quickly and were consistently very professional. We would use them again.

Excellent service all round from first enquiry through to completion. The advise was good, the communications prompt and relevant. This was our first time selling a property and they made it easy and made sure we were informed but making our own decisions at every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Heroel and Monica, they were always polite, courteous and understood our needs. They gave us great advice about a few small things we could do and was able to sell our house really fast . For us, I thought selling the house would be the most stressful part of the process, but Heroel and Monica were incredible and we are very happy with the results. They definitely listened to us and what’s better is that they were good about email communication when that would be faster for both of us and gave me time to read and review info he was giving me before making decisions on pricing, terms, etc. Highly recommended.

My family and I have relocated several times in different countries/cities and I have come to two conclusions: 1)Any realtor can help you buy a house but very few can help you find a home and 2) Any realtor will take the commision but very few will truly care about you.Regarding my first point, The Cuervo Team REALLY knows the Avalon Park area. They clearly define must-haves and narrow down the potential homes, which saves tons of time and energy. I LOVED the fact that they know the layouts of houses in the community by heart, they know which streets have more kids coming out to play, they know which streets have more traffic, etc.... they appeal to your life style as part of house selection... see? youre not buying only walls and a roof but also a style of living. I loved the house we ended up buying!Regarding my second point, when my family and I relocated from NY to FL we ended up in a limbo due to closing dates and remodels in FL and NY.
