We moved from Orlando to Satellite Beach over the Memorial Day weekend. Sebastian moving was absolutely amazing. They were extremely responsive in coming to the house and give us a quote. They even came out at our request three days before the move to revise the quote as we decided to have them move some additional items. The day of the move they showed up on time and worked nonstop to load two trucks. Everything was shrink wrapped and protected with shipping blankets. A few hours later they arrived at out new hone and proceeded to unload, place everything where we requested and unwrapped the furniture. They could not have been more helpful and we couldn’t be more pleased.

Sebastian Moving helped make our move from an apartment into a hosue very smooth. Joey Bones and Anthony were great and careful with our possessions. In the summer in Florida there is always the risk of rain and our move was no different. When they arrived to unload the clouds were collecting and they worked double time to help keep our stuff dry. Literally, as soon as the last item was in the house the sky opened up. Sebastian also moved my parents a few months ago out of their home of 40+ years and did a really stellar job. The best move yet! Three men that came were on time, quick, and took good care of my furniture. Moved from the 4th floor to the first, with travel it took 4 1/2 hrs, with a 20 min drive in between locations. They even fixed furniture that was damaged from a previous move with a different moving company. They came and quoted me and the price was determined before the move which made it great to prepare ahead. 10/10, using this company for every move in the future!

I HIGHLY recommend Sebastian Moving! We had never used a mover Who did our packing as well as the moving for us. So I was a little leery at first BUT once we saw how many people that they had to do the job it was very cool! I couldn’t believe how fast they got my house packed up especially with all the things I have! And as we have been unpacking everything was packed very well. To do the actual move, a different crew came over for that. But they were just as efficient ! Carlos was an awesome crew leader and I have to mention Pete who even hung up my outside water hose! He was very meticulous about the details and was even helping me figure out how to arrange the furniture in the guest rooms. Thank God he did or we would have had to rearrange everything ! The thing I like the best about this company is how they reach out to you after the services to make sure you were happy. They made a small ding on our garage door going out to the garage and they even sent over a person to repair the small mark on the door! That is SUPERIOR customer service in my opinion! They put all of the boxes in the rooms where they belong which is another huge plus. Hire this company, you will not be disappointed!!

Sebastian movers was wonderful. They came exactly on time. Three crews movers. They were wearing mask and they introduced themselves very professionally. When they moved they packed each item and didn’t rush so we didn’t have any damage including sofa set and whole bedroom set. I also had bunch of stuff like TV and computer. Sad Day! I’ve used Sebastian Moving multiple times with AMAZING Reviews! I’ve recommended them on many social media sites; until today! Their truck leaked a massive amount of oil onto our BRAND NEW pavers! I asked for something in writing that they would pay to fix them…so I was repeatedly told they WILL fix it but do not have the ability to email me anything in writing to confirm. I explained I would not pay the 3 hour move fee until I have validation the pavers would be fixed; they threatened me with collections, attorneys, and that they would call the police. I then asked them to kindly leave my home; and I continued to express to the office manager they sent to my home; if they would put in writing they would fix what they damaged I would pay the moving fee. Then, the told the men who did the move they wouldn’t get paid because I REFUSED to pay! The person I spoke to; was JASON; who was described as the manager then the owner. I cannot imagine anyone treating their customers in this fashion. Just hoping they would do the right thing and I would most certainly pay for services rendered. Sebastian Moving

Called for a quote, was told the move would cost about $375 total for 2 hours with a 3 man crew. $140 extra per hour. Okay, I sent him pictures of everything plus an estimate on the number of boxes (about 20) etc. Talked to him on the phone, he estimated it wouldnt take more than 4 hours at most. Ok. Guys get there and they are literally dragging their feet. I had all boxes in one area for them to easily move. The bigger furniture had clear paths while I had moved all the smaller furniture to the front door with the boxes for easy access. The move took the ENTIRE day and my dad and I even helped them move stuff. I ended up paying nearly $900!!! Plus they damaged some of my furniture and even forgot some on the truck!!! I had to have them drop it off the next day!! So shocked by the amount of positive reviews because my experience was not the best. The rep called me after and gave me a $70 discount because one of the movers called him after and admitted they were slow. Gee thanks. Will not be using again.

Fantastic! The smoothest move Ive ever had, and Ive moved several times. I had no furniture casualties, my things were taken care of, wrapped and padded (which usually costs more or not even included) I appreciated that they disassembled things and also reassembled when we arrived so I didnt have to worry about it. I shopped around a lot before going with Sebastian. They were not the cheapest or most expensive. They were extremely professional and very friendly. The crew we had was outstanding and everyone worked really hard. My only complaint would be it took a very long time and the also grabbed the loose items in the rooms which we intended to take directly with us but have immediately like remotes, my daughters purse and toiletries. They are packed somewhere we just can’t find them yet😀. Otherwise they were outstanding!!

To start, I had contacted a couple of companies and Sebastian was the best price. They called the afternoon before to confirm the appointment time and showed up early. I needed a king sized adjustable bed moved and Joel and his partner (I dont remember his name) had it broke down and loaded in less than 30 minutes. When arriving at my new home, the bed was setup and placed where I wanted it quickly and gently. I will definitely recommend Sebastian to people I know and use them myself in the future.

I needed a piano moved from the first floor to the second floor. The movers were a little early and waited to be invited in. There were three movers. They assessed the areas and moved any furniture that needed to be moved ahead of time, and took care of all the items and pictures. They protected all my valuables, not just the piano. When they were done with the move, they put everything back the way it was. All three of them were extremely polite. It may seem like a lot of money for such a simple move, but it was worth every penny for the quality and care you receive.

From the moment the crew showed up and on time, my mind was at ease! The guys were friendly, accommodating and took great care of my things. They had to take my desk apart and put it back together. It took a lot of work but they were tremendous. They had to take the door off to get the sofa in. Everything was done with no issues. When they finished they asked if there was anything else that needed to be done. I highly recommend them as your choice to move. They were also friendly!!

And then they said we could call any time before our move to reschedule or cancel with no additional fees. .... what? Who does that these days?? (Spoiler alert: Sebastian Moving does that!)We ended up testing that statement since we ended up needing to reschedule for a future date.... and holy moly! They were right! No hassles and no issues with us canceling our original date and calling back later to reschedule once we had a new date. Insane!On the day of our move, we were called in the morning with an ETA and the guys (Kyle & Dijon) showed up on time and ready to go. They were incredibly charismatic and hard-working—finishing our move in under 5 hours! And that included nearly a 1-hour drive to our new home!If we need their services in the future, they will be our first call. We would 100% recommend them in a heartbeat!

The movers were very prompt and I didn’t have to worry about anything. I spoke with Sebastian Moving about a month prior to the move to set up the move and I didn’t have to worry about them not showing up. Very professional. I would definitely use them again if I needed to move.

They guys from Sebastian movers were heaven sent. Joe, Jose, Mr. P and the rest of the guys are amazing. This was a very stressful move and very emotional and they promised that everything was going to go smoothly and literally they delivered. Seven (SEVEN!!) men showed up to move. It was a complicated move in that they started at one storage unit, which they emptied (adding a few things to my personal vehicle for me), stopped by a home to pick up more pieces of furniture from garage.Then drove to another storage unit where they transferred merchandise into another truck waiting there and, additionally, emptied a second storage unit into the waiting truck. My husband and I have moved 7 times in the past 10 years and this by far was our BEST experience! From start to finish I liked everything about this company.The guys were right on time, they were so nice, fast and just a pleasure to deal with. They wrapped ALL of the furniture! Everything was done with such care. It was quite impressive.We had a ton of heavy stuff to move and it was hot out. There were 6 guys and all had a great attitude.I highly recommend this company!! I will definitely use them again.

Sebastian Moving is a very professional, courteous, competitively priced mover. They are timely, and communicate before, during and they follow up after the move has been completed.
