This company is very deceiving. I asked if they provided a certain service and they advised they did. I paid the 399.99 dollars as soon as I learned they do not provide the service I requested I asked for a refund. They told me they would process it, but in so many words it did not matter because they do not do refunds!? As a business owner I would personally go into the negative to ensure the customer is happy... You need to rethink your customer service policies.

I used this company accredited drug testing for a required hair follicle drug test and they were professional and i was able to do the test after work which was very helpful. I recommend this drug testing company to any one in the central Florida area.
