Clinic/Staff is nice, parking is super tight however, they needmore Lynns and Rebeccas around. You can tell they love what they do and working around babies.. As far as the insurance department, theyre rude and unprofessional. Nobody takes initiative. I have to be on top of them. I had to get the auth approved the 1st time around, nobody takes initiative to call the insurance, lack of training, I got it approved the same day. The 2nd time around, we were waiting over a month for an auth in order to schedule the 2nd treatment and all along it was approved and no one cared to notify us. I would expect them to be more considerate. Not only are you dealing with babies but your dealing with a timing gap for the babies to have as much corrected. I am very disappointed as to how the insurance team handled my sons case. The only reason why I dont give it a 2 star is because of how professional Lynn treated us prior to her moving to another location and how courteous Rebecca has always been with us. Hope this review is useful enough, for you guys to re-train your insurance reps to be more aggressive with the insurance from front to end processes so the patient doesnt suffer the consequences.

Staff is absolutely delightful, caring, compassionate, amazing. The office is beautifully decorated with plenty of toys available is extremely clean and sanitized. Weve never used their waiting room because were always seen immediately upon arrival. This office caters to children perfectly!

Such a wonderful experience. The 2 front desk ladies are so friendly and helpful. They were always so pleasant and helped answer any questions or concerns I had. My son needed the doc band for first and second phase and the technicians were great. Would definitely recommend this facility to friends and family.

I had a great experience with this office. All staff were pleasant and helpful. I am so glad its over- the results are amazing! Too bad the Jacksonville facility opened after our treatment. However, the drive was not bad as we started during the COVID-19 lockdown so we felt it was the best time to go forward with treatment. All the adjustment visits with our little one were quick and straightforward. I always had a opportunity to ask questions or raise any concerns at each visit. The facility is always clean & tidy. All staff practice Covid19 recommendations and they informed you of them, not just one time but before each visit. There communication is good as they send you emails and appointment reminder texts including calling you if necessary. I never felt pressured into anything as they do not twist and bend your arm to do anything you don’t want to do. All and all, great team of people and great company! I recommend this place!

The insurance department is extremely rude. They contacted us during Christmas demanding information from our doctor immediately or he insisted he would close the account. It was aHOLIDAY week. Now he emails me back telling meI didn’t get the info from the neurologist. They freaking showed it to me. The doctor’s office has faxed it with confirmation SIX times. SIX! Obviously this business only cares about getting money & has no respect for patients. I’m honestly floored at how disrespectful this experience has been. Keep your helmet. You won’t get our business. I’d rather my kid have a flat head than have any more contact with your company.

Very friendly staff, however was told he would most likely only need one helmet. When the first was completed, which went faster than expected, we were told another was needed. Felt like a sales tactic to get parents to buy two helmets.
