I got some addresses for sales from office staff and drove around the park. No one answered the phone or were home so I couldnt see anything. Drove around. Its a nice small park which I like.

When my friends use to live here I was looking into a place but when you call for information there is no one there to answer the phone even they are open but when you see the sign open it says they are closed like really what type of management is this, even my friend told me that if someone does any type of damage to the pool we have pay the consequences meaning as punishing us knowing that we have to suffer if theres no parents there then the management should be asking where is ur parents!!! And now that I am going to look for something little bit better that can help me and my family better.

If you are trying to bye a mobile home here dont the staff are never there and the signs that they have if not true there not open from 7am to 5pm and dont call no customer-service at all...

The worst service, they never answer the calls, the manager never has the answers, always calls another manager, they require residents to maintain the area, when they do not comply with the lighting, lawn mowing.The day, Friday 11-08-2019, then 3 calls to communicate with the regional manager.. Which i dont havehow to communicate, a very cordial conversation with the manager of C. C. Central, where the end of the conversationIt was this public message and that we will reach the Court with the case. Attempts to try to speak with the regional manager is impossible.

They are good at notifying you that you should not have ... that you have to take out ... there is no parking for your visiting families. If you touch grass comes the crane and removes the vehicle without warning and all the time is on the line. Even violating the transfer to your property to verify if a certain vehicle has a valid tablet or not and remove the vehicle and the office backs them up. They are 150 to get it out of where they take it, quite removed and they charge you a feet every day if you do not pick it up. So if youre traveling and you do not realize get ready with the bill. But they do not do anything if a neighbor puts your peace of mind and even your safety at risk. The police come almost every month sometimes 6 days in 2 weeks is embarrassing and annoying and more when you meet the rules and requirements of the complex. The cheap is quite expensive. I do not give you 0 star because you can not.

As a recient I submit a change of administrator and employee of the field his effort is very poor and the administrator does not compose anything in the community it is important to take into consideration a change of administrator for the good the communities but this is read for the good of the complex
