ANYONE that uses Debt resolution Solution Solution Solutions (DRS) is a FOOL.AJ Place and his multiple companies are scams. This most recent company quickly received an F rating from the Better Business Bureau for so many complaints.My experience was about 18 months ago where he was to negotiate 2 debts to BofA totalling about 30K. I paid AJ Place and Debt Resolution Solutions $1500, to negotiate these debts on my behalf. Not only do he do NOTHING about this claim,the debt went to court and he was a no show at the hearing. BofA won the case by default as I was not represented at the trial. So now am out it only the $30K, but also the $1500 I paid AJ for which I received nothing.During this whole process, except for one email he sent me regarding his phone service not working, I never heard from him regarding the multiple phone calls, emails and letters I sent him.I find it very interesting that he has received any positive reviews. Why would he do work for some people and not others? He obviously has many angry clients. Why would he not do anything for these clients? Makes you suspicious of the positive reviews doesnt it? Why would he chose to work for these clients and not the others? AJ sounds great on the phone and his sales pitch sounds too good to be true? In your time of severe anxiety AJ sounds like he can solve all of your problems. Move along....keep looking elsewhere.

I paid $750 for services that were never performed. Please read my complaint on the Better Business Bureau website, dated late December. This company failed to answer the BBBs attempts to contact them. If anyone has a way to contact Mr. Place, please share it with me. The last contact I had was an email telling me not to go to court, that my case was settled. The plaintiffs had never heard from him. I called the office and was put on hold. After 50 minutes, they hung up on me. I would like my money refunded.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has any issues with creditors. Not only did they settle my debt for much less they did exactly what they said they would do. They were completely professional and kept me well informed as to their progress. They resolved my debt issue in 3 weeks. Great Job!!!

This company is a scam. They took over 1000$ and never did any work. They stated they were working with the credit company which was a lie. Credit colony reached out and said no one has contacted them. Stay away this company is a scam and fraud. There office location is remote and no one is ever there. I have filed a small claims case against them. If anyone needs an adress to serve them let me know. I have all their information.They go by joe Davis now with dynamic resolution solutions. This professional man helped me out so much! He is very knowledgeable and kind. He gives amazing advice and is very helpful. Before I spoke with him I was almost in tears because I did not know what to do about my situation and he provided me with so much useful information and guidance. I would recommend his service to anyone. Not only is he serious about his work but he truly does care about his clients. I am a college student who is extremely broke and he was able to calm me down and help me get out of my situation.

AJ was very helpful & it’s true what they say that patience is the key . He was able to reduced my balance by more then 50 percent !!! Amazing ! So very happy with the work he did .

Its hard to believe all these great comments about the service people have received. My experience has been absolutely stressful, very time-consuming and downright horrible customer service. Im constantly following up with emails and leaving messages just trying to get some answers its going on a year now. My only hope is that the Better Business Bureau will be able to get me some of my money back that I paid.

This place is a joke. If I could scores a Zero I would. I paid AJ $300 he made me do all the work in the first 6 months then dropped off the face of the Earth. DO NOT use his lack of service!

I paid two payments totalling $750 for services related to debt settlement. After payment was paid in full AJ stopped returning emails, phone calls, and voice mails. A few days ago I reached out to the debtor to discover that AJ NEVER contacted them at all to help settle the debt. I hired AJ in July. Its now December. That is more than enough time to begin working on this but instead it is being escalated through the process because of his lack of service. The debtor was not aware I had hired someone to assist with this. On 12/6 I requested a refund and was told he would refund the payment. I am still waiting on the refund.Im updating this review. Because AJ never issued a refund I disputed the payments through PayPal. PayPal ruled in my favor and refunded the full amount I paid. Interesting that the PayPal email and name he uses differs from his business name.

Borderline criminal practices. AJ removed money from my account prior to receiving a signed contract. (I never signed the contract). I emailed AJ and was told Id get a refund. Itll be a month shortly...still no money and radio silence on their end. Stay away, use an actual attorney if you need to. Additional edit: DRS has a F rating with the Better Business Bureau. That should tell you all you need to know.

DO NOT USE HIS SERVICES HE IS A SCAMMER . HE LEADS YOU TO BELEAVE HIS GOING TO HANDLE YOUR DEBT SOLUTION. BUT ALL HE DOES IS TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DOESNT HELP YOU AT ALL. AFTER HE TAKES YOUR MONEY HE WONT ANSWER YOUR CALLES OR HAVE ANY CONTACT WHATSOEVER.

Spoke for the first time with AJ today over an issue I am having. I was extremely impressed with AJs knowledge, and above all, his honesty and sincerity. He gave me sound advice and I greatly appreciate it. If I do need his services, I will be sure to contact him.

Exactly what happened to Oscar below me and the lady below him, happened to me.They stole $700 from me.Told me that they were working in the case, told me it was ok to skip court, and that they worked out a settlement. All of that was a lie, the company that was suing me never had any sort of contact with him. Never answered calls or emails and eventually disconnected him phone. I wish I know how to get a hold of Oscar to get that information

By far the worst company AJ does not hold up his end of the deal and when trying to contact him he turns his cellphone and landlines off during business hours. He has his secretary hide him and tell lies on his behalf but mark my words I will sue him for these actions. It will not let me post without stars that is the only reason the company is getting one star. DO NOT GET SCAMMED LIKE ME!

I have used Aj in the past and most recently for yet another debt that he successfully completed. I would recommend his service, he is very honest and upfront about the process.

Unfortunately, I acted hastily in hiring this business to assist me in a suit with a collection agency. The only thing AJ did was get my free credit report, and send me a couple form letters to send out disputing my debt. He said he sent a challenge letter to TransUnion, but I never saw it. I could have googled what to do and done it myself with the same exact results. The answer from the collection agency came back as verified, so zero was accomplished. Not only that, as soon as AJ received my money, he stopped returning my phone calls and emails. I was just looking for simple verification that I was doing the right thing with the mailings and replies. I called and email AJ multiple times only to receive a response stating that we should no longer work together. He said he would refund PART of my money, but keep most of it for the so called work he had done. It has been over a week now, no refund has been issued, and he will not return my emails and calls, yet again. It really is a shame that there are people out there that scam consumers who are already obviously in a bad situation. I just hope that my belief in karma holds true in this case. I will be contacting the BBB about this business.This now is in response to his reply to my review. I was not calling constantly, as he stated. I was merely trying to get one question answered. When I didnt get a response in a few days, I became concerned. And I would have been satisfied with a partial refund, had I ever received it. When I was told that I was receiving the partial refund, I kindly thanked him. As I stated above, it has been over 7 days since I was promised it, and have STILL not received it.Also as I said, I did receive a response from the agency, verifying the debt, thus, nothing was accomplished.Again, in response - I contacted my bank last week to see if they can help me reverse the initial payment, and they cannot, since it was paid with a check. It has been a month since that payment was processed, so obviously my payment is good. I believe AJ is trying to stall the refunding of the $175., by stating he is waiting to see if my payment is good or that it cannot be reversed, as all he has to do is check with his bank on that issue.I also would like reassurance that the second payment of $375. will not be withdrawn from my bank account.

I highly recommend AJ and his team. They actually do what they say they do and they put you at ease during the whole process. They are honest and know the ins and outs of the Debt system. If you are looking for someone honest and actually understands what you are going through and is willing to help, give these guys a chance!

Please be careful as this company is a scam. DO NOT let the good reviews trick you. I left a voicemail for AJ who called back days later. He did a whole breakdown of different scenarios and what he could do in my situation to help. Once he got my banking information I have not heard back, left messages but no call back still to this day. Do not be fooled and loose your hard earned money with AJ the owner/scammer!!!!!!I want to advice that he ALMOST got me with this scam. I usually do not write reviews but this is important to work together and get people like AJ the owner ..so he say..before he keep scamming others out money.

I saw a review earlier that said they should have just thrown the letter away from AJ offering his services. Im starting to agree 100%.Wow, in follow up to AJs response. I spy a case of liar liar pants on fire. You have settled 2 debts for me. The total of both those credit cards $4,872.35. Combined settlement $3,995.00. That saved me $877.35. To recap AJ did not settle multiple debts, it was 2. He didnt save me thousands of dollars it wasnt even a thousand.Had I known the only way I would have gotten a response to my case was if I wrote a review I would have did it six months ago. I did go to AJ with eight debts to begin with, he has settled 2, I settled 4 while waiting on responses. I guess since I was on the old payment plan my situation didnt count as much as other customers.Will he be settling my last two? After seeing his response which lacks accountability and demonstrates poor customer service skills, I would not trust him with my sensative information let alone negotiating for me.

These guys are great they do exactly what they say they will do and more. Customer service is off the charts.

If I could give them a lower Score I would this guy is a scam I made multiple attempts trying to settle my debt with AJ and we couldnt come to terms finally at the end he told me he was going to issue me a refund after three weeks no refund has been issued I’m in now contact with the Better Business Bureau hopefully I get my issue resolved that way
