Over the past couple months, we have worked with Designzillas to revamp and redo our website. Each time we met, they came to the table with new ideas about how to make our website more functional, or more visually appealing. They went above and beyond to create graphics and edit photos to give our website a new look. Outside of their quality work, the Designzillas team made us feel like a part of their family through their amazing customer service. If you get the chance to work with this team, DO IT.

Prior to hiring Designzillas we were in web limbo. We had a boring, out-of-date website that just didnt fit our needs anymore. We did extensive searching to find the best website design company that could handle both our immediate and long term needs. After interviewing dozens of companies, Designzillas was an easy pick. We hired them about 5 years ago to make a website that both addressed our company products and got us great organic search results in Google. Designzillas far exceeded our expectations. Not only does our site look incredible but it is simple for us to maintain. All of our important keyword searches are the top five organic results in Google. These days finding computer companies with live phone support is difficult, however, I can get someone from Designzillas on the phone anytime, even on the weekend I have been able to communicate an issue I had, only to have it resolved in 20 minutes. With website trends changing constantly, we had to have someone able to keep our website current, Designzillas is constantly updating our site and suggesting SEO tweaks that keep our site on top of all the search engines. Simply put, I cant imagine there being a better web design company to help my business.

Complete waste of money- We agreed to spending $60,000 with Designzillas for a website and marketing- There was a huge communication disconnect- partly based on changing project managers multiple times and having to start from scratch more than once. This was a year long agreement that we were stuck in.From the beginning we made it clear that we wanted to work together so we can grow our site using both our own strategy and theirs, but it was not what happened at all- They were not helpful in working together to make the site successful and did not deliver what was promised.They seemed like the best company, but they are definitely seemed to be having internal problems and we were unfortunate enough to be in the mix of it.They would take 1-2 weeks at a time to get back to us causing delay after delay.They also tried to overcharge us claiming hours that we did not agree to- which they fixed but they tried to overcharge us.To sum it all up.. In my opinion we got a $5,000-$10,000 website for $60,000- They wasted a year of our time because we could not build out the site like we wanted to and just made everything overly complicated-I wouldn’t recommend using designzillas
