The unprofessional and absolute balls the owner has...wow. Do NOT waste your time talking to them. They are located in NY. I told him I would report him to the BBB and he told me I dont even know what it is. He accused me of fraud when I emailed and said it would actually be my preference to replace my couch instead of having it repaired to workable from his email. Stay FAR FAR FAR away.
