M3 Artificial Grass & Turf Installation Orlando fitted my lawn 3 years ago and its great. The lads who fitted it were polite, courteous and tidy. I recently noticed a bit of settlement, nothing major, and when I rang them they were here within days and fixed it good as new. Again polite, courteous and tidy. Cant recommend them highly enough.

We love our new backyard. They knows their stuff and made the process easy and informative from quote to completion. The crew was in an out in 3 hours (it was a fairly small job) and the finished product was exactly as they said it would be. Unfortunately M3 Artificial Grass and Turf was not available to do my project; however; even when this was known they helped me find another company that could. They went beyond what was expected of them to help my get my project done even though they werent the company doing the work. They provided several other vendors in the industry, checked back with me to see how my project was going and how I liked the final result. While the installation’s end result was very good, their service in case you need anything after all is done, is the extreme opposite.Endless calls are either not being answered and / or once answered you will always get the same answer - will check and call you right back.That “right back” never happens.JC is a great guy as long as you need a new installation. Once you need maintenance and / or service, all I can wish you is Good Luck.You will also hear “I will contact Alex and he will call you in about 15 min”. Alex is one of the employees in the company, I guess. More like a gohst as we never heard from Alex in person.Bottom line - if you need good quality of service after installation, find another company.I give it one star as nowadays the customer service is THE most important thing and this company is lacking customer service.I will now find another company to service the turf they had installed.Completely the wrong way of doing business.5 min after I had posted this, I had received a call from Alex. A real person.Coincidence?I will keep updating this post with any development.

After what we thought was an excellent installation, we realized that there were several patches of what appear to be burnt turf. We tried to contact JC, who is a great salesman but ghosted us after the installation was completed and they had their money. We finally got an answer from Amanda in the office, and its now been weeks since we were told they were making a claim with the turf company to get our turf replaced. Absolutely terrible customer service and horrific follow-up.

I promised to continue updating...Alex had stopped by my house to check the needs for the job.Surprisingly, replacing part of the turf is now quoted with 33% of the entire original job while much less work and material is needed. One of the two - I was either over charged originally or I am over charged now on a new quote.Waiting on Alex to double check the numbers on the new quote as the numbers on the quote don’t add up.Stay tuned...To clear and conclude;1. M3 are a professional turf installer.As mentioned, the end result of the original installation was done very well.2. The turf was damaged by a third party playground installer.3. This was not M3 fault in any way and is not their responsibility to fix these damages under any type of warranty.4. As M3 was the original installer of my turf I had approached them first, for a quote, to fix the damages.5. As you can read from the response posted by M3, their prices are their prices.6. Like in every industry, prices vary and the consumer can choose whichever fits their pocket.7. I always encourage everyone to shop around for service, quality and budget. It’s the right thing to do.8. Since Alex Garrao got involved, I must say, the service and response time, regardless of the price tag, became what one expects - quick and personable.9. If you hire M3 in the Orlando, FL area, Alex is your person to approach and communicate with.10. I hope these reviews posts help you in your decision making towards choosing your turf installer.
