Went above and beyond to ensure my service was going to be working. His customer service skills are to be commended. Derek Pringles our local technician just left and I had to post how awesome he is. When he comes over, he is so kind patient pleasant to deal with and most of all knowledgeable about all the summit workings. He corrects the issues quickly and explain things very thoroughly to us in a way that we can understand. But more important than that his customer service skills are second to none. He’s literally a guy I would invite over for dinner after church on Sunday. In an age where not only is it difficult to find employees for your business, but to find somebody with love and compassion for what they do, it is so rare to find somebody like this gentleman and I had to post this to let everybody know my experience because he deserves The recognition. In my businesses I would make sure that he is well taken care of to keep him around and show appreciation and I would want him training the newer employees to have similar type of personality/knowledge/customer service skills.
Were new to the Orlando area. Weve had mixed results so far with Floridian customer service. I am so happy to report that Danny from Summit Broadband exceeded expectations. He was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of his profession as well as our community and Florida life in general. Our service was cut off due to a duplicate account from the previous resident in our unit. Despite being here for 22 months, our service was shut down. Spent hours on the phone with multiple reps, and ultimately needed to have a tech sent out the next day. Danny was fantastic. He was actually able to get out to us sooner than expected, and he had my issue resolved within 5 minutes, (something I wish the reps had walked me through the day before). He explained why I still had an issue with the hard-wire connection after getting the wifi back the previous day. Extremely friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. Thanks so much Danny!

We recently bought a home and trying to get cable and internet hooked up. Our technicians Danny and Derrick came by today to install Summit Broadband and were met with a nightmare today of wires and problems left by the previous owners. The internet goes out all the time. On and off throughout the day with no explanation, no reason, no estimated time of turning back on.They also won’t figure out a contract with ABC so we are left as the consumer to suffer the inadequacies of their management and can’t get regular programming because of it.

We have issues with Summit constantly, and every time we call them they try their hardest to convince us not to have a technician come out.Also—kind of weird that all of these good reviews are about the same three techs, isn’t it? Are Danny, Sean and Jonathan the only ones working?
Honestly I’m pretty indifferent about Summit as a company. Less pros than cons however Eliseo was great. Resolved my issue quickly, good guy!

Are these positive reviewed paid for? There’s so many things wrong with this company. Internet goes down regularly, almost on daily basis for 10-20 mins and at least once a month for 24-48h. Representatives have really bad attitude. Never call back. I wish we had a choice to different more reliable provider. They deserve 0 stars.
