Our neighborhood has been without cable and internet for five days due to an outage in the area with no repair. The tech that was sent out to our home did not have the proper equipment to repair the job. He put in a heat ticket for someone to come later that evening the person never showed up and the cords have been left exposed and it has been raining terribly in Florida which can possibly cause much more damage and extend the waiting period. We’re being told there is nothing they can but schedule an appointment. We all are working from home and our children will be virtually attending school starting tomorrow Monday. I really wish I can give this company 0 stars. The worst service ever! We’re currently seeking to get service with spectrum.
