AmOne is the best employer I have ever had. There is a great atmosphere, great management and I’ve never had an issue with any sort of things being mentioned below. Anytime a personal issue may arise, the management at AmOne go above and beyond to accommodate their employee(s). We’re here to help people and that is one of the main reasons I enjoy my work so much. Fantastic company with a great mission.

I have worked for this company for 3 years, and am so happy to see how far we have come together as a family environment. Everyone truly cares for one another, and wants to see everyone do well. Not typical in normal sales environments, Management is always looking for ways to help not only the staff to meet professional goals, but their personal goals as well. You get what you put in. Hard work pays off, and with a strong work ethic this company is life changing. I am forever thankful for the skills I have learned in my tenure here that have not only helped me in my career goals, but in my personal goals as well. The company is always looking for ways to bring everyone together, and to show their appreciation for our hard work and dedication. Awesome benefits, Holiday Party, Quarterly events, free snacks, and luncheons. I have been in the workforce a long time, and there is no other company that goes all out like this for their employees. To get rewarded for helping others, is a benefit in itself. I am proud to work for AmOne, and consider all of its employees as family. I highly recommend not only the company for what we do (which is genius), but all the employees, and management that are continually helping us to better our lives, and evolve as a titan in the Financial Services Industry.

Great people...great work ethic

Employed here for almost 4 years. Best place Ive ever worked, great pay, benefits, and time off policies for all level employees, while offering a free service that has helped millions over the years. Its unfortunate that a disgruntled employee and their friends feel the need to try and bring a company down, just because they were unhappy and unable to advocate for themselves changes that may of helped them be more satisfied.

Had a heart attack and a stroke. I couldnt remember where I was or what I was doing. I was let go by the hospital and cleared before I regained all my mental faculties. I was prepared to return to work, but they wanted paperwork that I could not provide. Although I was ready and willing to work - the new parent company Quinstreet decided to not let me return to work. Ive heard the management has gone from incompetent to horrible since I got let go.But they had free snacks!

Ive been working here since December 2018 and love it. I wasnt asked to write a review and Im not part of management.I was surprised to see negative reviews on this company on Google as that doesnt seem to be consistent to feedback given on other sites (glassdoor, trust pilot, consumeraffairs, etc.) which all have glowing reviews. The negative reviews here seem to be stemming from a former employee and their friends (who I dont believe have worked at AmOne).Apply/working at AmOne has been one the best decisions Ive made in the last ten years. Theres free snacks too!

The only reason I am here is because I have heard such terrible things so I had to check it out myself. Oh man let me tell you talk about modern day slavery. These people who run this business are just outrageous. I feel bad for anyone who actually ends up working here. I apologize to all the staff who works there. Stay strong people.

So I know people who work in this office. I myself have seen how bad the managers treat their staff. They are heartless. I am surprised no one has called OSHA on the management staff. They fired a man because he had a heart attack and could not come back to work the next day so it was easier to get rid of him in order to scare the rest of the staff. The next atrocity i saw was the firing of a lady who had a death in the family. instead of being human beings they decided to get rid of her because giving her time to grieve was just far too much a burden on this company. Now they encourage staff to get other staff in trouble if they are on their phones. Word will spread like wild fire once this goes public and i hope it does.

To anyone who reads reviews below, please consider the fact that all of the one star reviews are written the same day, with each one from an account that was created that same day. Its unfortunate that a disgruntled employee would stoop to tarnishing the name of AmOne. While they attempted to hurt the managers who let them go, it really ends up hurting the employees the most because were the ones who will have to build trust again day in and day out with clients who read these reviews. But its something I, as an employee, am more than willing to do. I was not asked nor compensated to write this here, but I felt compelled to do so, as AmOne is a fantastic company and the people who run it genuinely care about their employees. Its a family here. If you do read any of these reviews and feel uncertain, all I ask is that you read our reviews anywhere else. Where to start.. I guess by saying that i am not in management nor was put up to make this review. This is by far the best company i have ever worked for. The benefits alone are amazing! Yes we do work long hours and it is hard work but I come in every day and help people with thier financial needs. In return, Amone provides for me and my family. Customer service gets compensated more here than any other company that has reps sitting and talking on the phone. Believe me when i say the holiday party is always off the hook. Besides all the benefits from working here, we have helped millions of people over the last 19 years get matched with thier best financial options and we are free! I gain nothing from this review but hope that if a person that is down on thier luck, or hell even wants to buy a boat can come to us and we will get you matched with the perfect option. AmOne s a Scam Referal Agency... Thats right a Scam Referral Agency... Not a real financial institution....they hire people off the street pose them as financial advisors on the phone, give them a script and tell them to sell sell sell. Every time they get you to apply for one of their partners high interest loans they receive a commission. Thats right a commission, the people on the phone are not there to help they want to use your financial situation as a predatory act and make money off of you. Most people looking to use their sevice are in dire and desperate need of financial help and they just referr you to whomever they can with whomever there computer algorithm tells them to match you up with. I have tested this theory by calling in multiple times with different numbers and names and you get the same exact spiel every single time. Most of their referral clients are cut rate high interest predatory lenders who sell you a rainbow that costs a pot of gold. Do not use this referral company, if you are in need of loans go to them yourself there is no need for AmOne to refer you to them so they can make a commission. Buyer beware. Im warning you that all your gonna get is first a credit check in which if you dont cancel within 30 days you are charged and second a list of online financial institutions of which you will have a better chance at a decent loan by not using. #truth #scamcompany #notafinacialadvisor
