I “love” this cleaning service. I booked them for a deep cleaning. I had 2 cleaners come out and they did a wonderful job, they were professional and on time. They took their time to clean and I did not have to go behind them and do it again. As a satisfied customer, I will most likely book them again. If you desire thorough cleaning definitely hit them up.

Cristiane & Luciano arrived on time (actually I was notified they were 1/2 hour ahead of schedule & MINT asked if it was okay for them to arrive early - it was perfect!)Luciano did most of the communicating. We all did a walk thru upfront to confirm the areas & expectations I had for the deep clean. He & his wife Cristiane were both very pleasant and worked well as a team.Although I discontinued my previous service only ~1.5 months ago, they found numerous areas that probably had not been touched in a LONG time. They spent about 4.5 hours in my 3/3 condo and did a few things that were above & beyond (polished silver trays in my nightstands, made our shower glass look like new & our bar shelves & glassware sparkle).I have arranged for MINT to send them back to my home on a bi-weekly basis.

Julio & Raquel did such an amazing job! They arrived to home on time at 8am and were done by 12:30pm. The deep cleaning was everything my home needed. They were nice, professional, and made sure I was satisfied with everything! I will definitely contact them again for more services! LOVE IT!

Im extremely busy over the course of the week - work is ruthless and I find I have no time to chill as Im still taking care of my family, my dogs, myself... to have a really professional and flexible cleaning service like Mint is a great help. I called last minute to have a vacation home cleaned before I left. They squeezed me in and it was a perfect time for us. The person on the phone was superb and always was available before, during and after cleaning. The cleaners cleaned so well, everything was spotless. I use them for my house bi-weekly. They always do above and beyond job with everything. If theres any feedback I provide they listen- i.e. there was one type of cleaning product I didnt personally like and asked if they could switch and they did. We are moving in and needed to make a deep cleaning of the house. I found them at last minute However they were very accommodating with us. The communication was excellent and the job was well done. They cleaned everything including the fridge outside and inside. Everything looks and smells fresh, and clean. We are very happy with the service received.

There is wonderful customer care and I was very impressed by the quality of the cleaning service. We had a move-out cleaning of a 3 bedroom apartment, and after the cleaners were done it looked perfect and brand new. They scheduled a time for them to come and we let them know the apartments they were cleaning was decently messy, hence why we needed them. They showed up looked at the place and told us they dont have the right cleaning supplies and said they would get what they needed and come in the next day. They never so much as let us know they were not coming. Completely blew us off and they are super unprofessional about the whole thing. I recommend 3 in one maid. They are much more professional. Would of gave mint a 0 star if possible.

The 2 wonderful girls that came to help me (Jessica & Giovana)had a plan that FAR EXCEEDED what I had envisioned! They tackled 2 rooms that were pretty much catch all rooms that accumulated random stuff...and frankly just overwhelmed me. Within hours my whole house was organized and beautiful. I love those girls — their wonderful skills and happy personalities! Because of them I decided to sign up for bi-weekly cleaning. They are worth every penny!

Great customer service and great cleaning

No one spoke English. After paying 250$ for move in cleaning the previous tenants hair and other remains were noticeable in many locations of the house. Even inside of drawers. Trim wasn’t cleaned at all even though it was stated to be cleaned.Best they could offer was a small refund percentage or warranty clean which only exists when you frequently do a bad job.After the warranty cleaning the house did come out clean but I do not like having to complain to receive good service. Especially when I am paying more than 30$ an hour for the service.

This company has been professional out the gate. They are polite and prompt with services. Huge plus any additional services can be requested online and they will give you a quote before they start. We love there workers as well. Great company to work with!

This was suppose to be a detail, deep move in clean and they had to send 2 girls, because first girl DID NOT! do a detail job, food and dust everywhere still. Sent a second girl, neither one spoke English so I could not even really tell them what needed to be done, but I shouldn’t of had to. They gave me a list of all the things they included in cleaning and barely any were done. Second girl just did quick job and we were stuck doing an actual deep clean. Was glad because prices cheap, but u get what you pay for. Super disappointed and they didn’t even care. Already wrote a review on their site, didn’t even get back to me. DO NOT choose Mint Cleaning!

The cleaners showed up right on time and the did a great job. Very detailed, from top to bottom. I plan on hiring them for a reoccurring cleaning. I am always skeptical about a company with “great” reviews but Mint deserves them! Hire them- you won’t be disappointed.

I was amazed at how beautiful Jessica and Giovona left my house when I got home. We’ve never heard of mint cleaning before but we figured since it is guaranteed by Google, it wouldn’t hurt to try. We chose the “deep clean” service and they were incredibly detailed. I was so happy with the turn out and will definitely continue doing business with the company!

The girls were on time, friendly, and did an amazing job, enough that I now have them on a regular scheduled basis. Would highly recommend.

Within a few hours they came over And the house was completely clean and looking spotless. Very excellent attention to details such as the bath tub was scrubbed and the refrigerator was entirely clean. The dust was removed all around and the shelves were properly arranged and tidy. The cleaning crew came on such a short notice and not to mention it was a holiday !! Chris and the staff was very honest and accommodating to us. I wish I could go with them if I could on a regular basis for them clean my home. They made my trip so much better knowing that I left my vacation home tidy.

We called another company first. They took a week to come out then refused to do the work because the space that needed cleaning was too gross.I called mint and they got us an appointment the next business day. They arrived on time and did an excellent job for a reasonable price. I was very happy with the work and would definitely use them again in the future! I just wish we could afford weekly service.... Mint House Cleaning did an awesome job! I needed a move-our cleaning for my old apartment, and I was in a rush to get it done since I had so many other things going on. I filled out their online form, and sure enough I got a call back right away. I was able to schedule a cleaning within the same week, and also request a professional carpet cleaning. They quickly gave me an estimate over the phone and set up the appointment. They left my apartment sparkling! I will be using them again in the future and I would highly recommend them.

Since having a baby 7 months ago, a deep clean of any sort was not 1st on my mind. I am beyond thankful that I stumbled upon Mint House Cleaning. I came home today, to an apartment deep cleaned and I couldnt be more happy with the result.The deep clean is what I needed and every nook and cranny was not over looked. The towels were even folded like a resort! Difficult bathroom. And bedroom to clean. Did a pretty good job. Then took one and a half hours to wipe down a small kitchen counter and sweep and mop the floor. Although a big open floor area, it should not have taken so long. Theres a small unobstructed coffee table. She mopped around it. 2 days after she left I mopped that sMe floor, Nd the mop was full of dust. She never went under the coffee table, or the dining room table. I said something to the company, and they said she did the best she could, and they would give me 10% off my next cleaning. What a joke.

The absolute worst customer service experience Ive ever had. This was my first time contacting a cleaning service & fully read reviews before I booked which is how I came to Mint Cleaning. To cut the long story short, the employee showed up 15 mins later than orginally agreed upon which was fine but it did indicate what type of experience I was preparing for. I left because I had other errands to run & returned 4 hours later to see the employee packing up her car which I thought meant she was done. She sat in my parking lot for another 10 mins then left, when I got inside the only thing she had done was made the bed & slightly cleaned the bathroom. Everything else was exactly how I left it and I was furiou . I called and explained what was going and they asked me to wait another 15 mins because the rep would be back, that she had a family emergency and had to leave. Waited another hour and didnt receive a call or the rep returning. They then wanted to still charge me for the time she was her . Absolutely terrible customer service and Ive never in my life experienced something like this. Dont waste your time or mone y & no I didnt pay what they were trying to charge me . Complete scam.

I hired them to clean my apartment for moving out. Overall, I was impressed with the service and how the apartment looked. I am disappointed, however, in the carpet cleaning. I paid an extra $35 to have carpets deep cleaned due to my pet. They must not have cleaned much because I was charged by my landlord $80 for a full carpet cleaning. They’re good for normal cleaning but if you need specialized areas, save the money and hire a specialist.

They did a great job. A few rooms were in a terrible state and they made it look new. Idk what cleaning products they use but they did a far better job then we ever did.We will use their services again.

I absolutely LOVED my cleaning with Mint House cleaning! Camila is beyond amazing and left our house sparkling clean! Their process is easy and seamless to sign up through texting! We have enjoyed their biweekly premium service for several months now. BJK are very good; the maids are skilled and well-trained for the most part, work quickly and quietly. They always invite us to check the house before they leave. We especially appreciate their friendly willingness to do whatever is asked, either in addition to the routine or to fill in or repeat something that may have been overlooked. Cleaning day is always a pleasant experience.

Priscilla did a great job at my place. Lately I had a back injury which does not allow me to carry or move heave things. My house was a disaster and Priscilla did just magic and even that they said that it was going to take like 3 or 4 hours. It took only 2 hours!! And my house is spotless! Thank you Mint cleaning. For sure I will contact them again! .

Just tried them for the first time on yesterday, and overall I was pleased with the service provided. However, later in the day I started to notice several areas that hadnt been dusted at all. That was disappointing for the price that I paid; dusting shouldve definitely been included.UPDATE: I am pleased that this company honored their service guarantee policy by sending a cleaner to address the areas that had been missed.

They told me that would be at my house at 7am they didnt showed until about 9.48am all they used to clean is bleach and paper towel to clean my house was more of a mess than clean these girls ran through my house and was done at 11.30 am they did some dusting they use bleach to clean my granite counter top and also to to clean my stainless appliances. On my Camara I could see the sweeping my carpet they used one water to wipe the floor ....over all they need to send trained staff into peoples homes ...they told my they would give me a free clean I waited a couple of days I didnt here from them so I call they told me they would give me a discount until now nothing. They sent me an email saying am going to start accumulating a late fee come if you did the job correctly ....at the same time you advertise at a cost for 5 hours so why should I be charged $137 for 1hour and 30 min for a job that wasnt done properly...🤔🤔🤔🤔

They were 2 Brazilians and they cleaned my house and left everything super nice and clean I will definitely use this service again, it’s really hard to find good cleaners these days but for the price is really cheap and they do an amazing job. Don’t waste your money with other people and use mint you won’t regret it.

Did a decent job when the showed up but have not showed for two of last three scheduled cleanings. The first time I was told that the cleaners forgot they had an afternoon appointment. No response yet as to why they no - showed again today. In the future, I will pay a little more and hire a company that is reliable.

Grace was amazing! She came in and knocked it out of the park like a champ and this was her first visit. I have a couple more evaluations to schedule, but the others have a high goal to reach. I hired on the spot once before and got burned so Im more cautious now but I really wanted to hire her on the spot! Fighting the urge!

Horrible communication, customer service and quality of work. Deep cleaning of a rental move out was requested, price was not a driver for me. I just wanted an accurate quote and a clean house. Rooms were left dirty (floors) and when I tried to get it resolved I was told I was outside of my 24 hour window to report issues. And I had other people in and out of the house. The floors still had sticky dirt on them. It’s is impossible this was caused by foot traffic. As mentioned, I don’t live at the property. The back and forth was horribly disrespectful. I was shocked at the unwillingness to resolve the issue. Will be cancelling my monthly service and will not use this company for future clean outs. If you need a deep clean, I’d recommend using another cleaning company or you will be disappointed

This company will quote you a price but their cleaners work incredibly slow and are on their phones so they say they need more time and end up charging you way more than the original quote. Its a scam.
