I’ve been going to their system Orlando for about two years now and all I can say is they are always welcoming they go out of their way to try to make you feel at home and completely satisfied even through Covid they’ve been 100% on top of my hair making sure that everything is done correctly and something it makes me happy and the communication is probably the best I’ve ever experienced. Could not be more happy with the way my hair turns out and the haircuts I get.

Jason and Richard are great. I was really nervous about looking into a hair restoration but Richard made me feel very comfortable in the consultation. There was no pressure and they spent almost an hour answering all of my questions. I got my first system put on yesterday and I love it. I cant believe how much it looks like my hair before I lost it!

Either they are too busy or they don’t care, I called about 6 months ago, it wasn’t easy at all to get a hold of someone, when I finally did after endless tries, someone answers by text message .. they said that I have to wait at least 2 months before I get my turn .. they saved my contact info to contact me at the end of 2020 ... guess what ? They just vanished .. no one even bothered to reach out .. A COMPLETE disaster....
