I have been coming to this location for years since leaving the military. I am always so impressed by the work that this janitor does. I make an effort to compliment him every time so he knows his work is appreciated. Such a friendly guy and amazing worker, best this location has had in a long time. Wish members would stop treating this place so badly, it will only be as clean as they allow it to be. Put your weights away, wipe down the equipment after use and just dont be slobs.

Guys, this is my home gym and I always enjoy my workout. No questions ask. Now, today I got here @ 5:30am and the gym is not open. More than 30 vehicles have left and counting. 1 hr late and no sign of anyone opening soon. Lyndsey is the mnrg and she should hold the individual accountable and show up to open!Many people left upset and unhappy.Kudos to Chris for keeping the peace down with everyone who showed up. Some were very rude to him, but he kept professional.Give Chris a Key 🔑

Great Anviance.. Everything you need for your fitness is here. I specially love the Swimming pool & The Jacuzzi.. Oh! They have a Sauna Room too. Zumba classes. I just love this place.

How you lose some weight how your body to make me happy again

I was sold a membership a few months ago for 24 dollars bring in 24 guests at a time if you want. I told him Im only coming for basketball. He tells me court is opening next month. So 3 months later gym finally opens. Today I bring 5 guests and he tells me sorry we changed the policy for only the basketball court you cant have guests. The manager yep sorry you cant use it. I said I wanted a refund and he tells me to call this number knowing they were closed today. I said Ive gotten nothing in writing about this change and Mr Jonathan Price didnt care at all it was sorry no gym. I asked for his boss and he said its him. Anyway they wanted my money during pandemic but now they have a few customers Im not valuable to them. Stay away another crooked gym and manager is worthless.

From the telephone call to the moment I walked in I was greeted and welcomed by everyone. Russ showed me around and even encouraged me and it felt good knowing that I could walk in a gym and not be judged. I absolutely love it, especially the atmosphere. The entire staff was so friendly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The coaches and staff are truly very motivating, fun, and really want you to have the best workouts to achieve your personal goals. Always with a smile. That being said, everyone who attends are very friendly and help you reach maximize your greatest potential. Everyone wants to see everyone succeed. That’s very refreshing.

This gym has everything you need for a good workout. Free classes, trainers, pool and nice locker rooms. Used to be LA Fitness. Actually, less expensive than it used to be. They are owned by the same company so hasn’t changed too much.

Love esporta fitness and LA fitness. The only thing is they have seem to not put the sauna as hot as it used to be but besides that great gym and esports has great prices

I love ESPORTA! The club is the perfect size. A guy named Russ signed me up, and hes super knowledgeable and friendly. The atmosphere is very welcoming and not overwhelming. They have everything there. I give it an A+++

I love personal trainers Irene Gonzalez and up in coming trainer Sebastion. Their integrity as trainers and being personable to understand, work with and around your situations; are highly commendable and deserve the recognition for how much of an investment of heart they are willing to put into their clients rain or shine. It’s groovy if you don’t mind cramped quarters and old machines. Few people wearing masks but lots of people spraying equipment. Newsflash: it’s a respiratory virus spread airborne not so much by surfaces.

I joined a couple months ago and I love the coaches, facilities, and community. Everyone has been friendly and welcoming. The workouts are challenging and fun.

Was thinking of joining. But, I am planning on moving very soon. I just want to pay monthly. I am not looking to pay the extra fee to join. The person on the phone was rude.

Gym is great. Deceptive sign up process. I joined based on 1$ something sign up fee. When I asked if there was first or last month or there fees, Maddie happily replied nope, just 26$monthlybfee. When I asked about kids club she said yes 8am till noon and 4pm till 8pm every day..... Come to find out when I brought my daughter in the pm they dont have any weekend or pm service!!!!!!?. And two weeks after I signed up my bank was hit with 52$ yearly fee.BAAD BAAD MADELINE BROWN. I DISAPROVE OF YOUR LACK OF KNOWLEDGE !YUU ARE A SHAME FOR SUCH A GOOD GYM.!!!!!!!JUST MAKES ME WANNA CANCEL IT ALL. AND THE POOL IS BETTER THEN IT USED TO BE.

Their operations manager seems to be a little hard to get a hold of, especially considering this is essentially the only way to cancel membership here other than mailing a physical form to California! Maybe hire a manager that actually does their job or allow us to cancel our memberships ourselves.

Wife and I went signed up for a free pass to check out the facility.Were forced to sit and listen to a sales pitch given by Lorenzo the sales associate. He is the most insolent young man I think Ive ever met.Will be speaking to his manager in the morning.From what Ive read in previous reviews, this is not the first time people have complained about him.Other than that the facility was decent, the pool was clean and the rest of the staff were polite and friendly, especially the ladies working reception.

I’ve always enjoyed this location and loud music is a plus. Very motivating. You people complaining you can’t carry on a conversation too bad IT’S A GYM. You want to socialize try East colonial.

This is a great place to work out. It can get busy, but never seems over-crowded. The staff is always friendly and very courteous. Bathrooms arent the best, but if youre looking a good place to pump and a friendly environment, this is your spot! My wife and I prefer this location to several of the others.

Great gym location. Used to be top notch. Still good just need to focus in quick repairs of equipment. Touch up rust spots, torn foam on seating etc.

I love this gym! The staff is great, the pool and lockers are always clean, you always see someone going around trying to clean the machines, it’s really a solid club. I was worried about finding a place I’d feel safe to work out in in a “covid world” but ESPORTA really stepped it up!

It was simple quick and have an another person inquiry me about fitness options and This Thursday my other health inquiries.

I have been working out at this location for years and it was fine. Now they turned the gym into a disco club. The big issues is the volume of the music they play which is too loud. You cant even listen yours or talk with someone, that you have to scream to be heard. I reported two times this issue and I was told its no possible to lower the volume.Well, after this ridiculous answer, I decided to cancel the contract. I wonder how many people are willing to wake up early, go to the gym and get headache because of the loud music.The manager should take care of the customers and not drive them away...

Love the fact that it’s not a crowded as other gyms in the area. Workout equipment are a bit outdated.

Mediocre location. Doesn’t get too crowded which is a plus. Some machines have been broken since I started my membership. Annoying getting kicked out of the “group training” area when it’s the only spot you can do certain exercises with space. Will probably change gyms soon.

Nice gym close to work

Overall its a good gym and has improved in the few weeks I have been going. I just wish there was one more squat cage and another machine shoulder press and more weight collars, it seems I am always looking for weight collars to put on the barbell and there is only one pair. I have brought this to the attention of management but I guess its a low-priority.

I am a member of this club, and it seems that the air conditioning is not working it is really hot

No problem with the staff and they are trying to adhere to new safety protocols. The big issues is the volume of the music they play, it’s way too loud. You have to scream to someone standing next to you to be heard. Most members have their own headphones or players anyway. Working out there will give you a splitting headache after 20 minutes because of the noise. I usually work out 45-60 minutes but it’s now impossible. I don’t want to go deaf. I guess they are trying to attract more people but it will just drive them away.

Great zumba and strength training classes

Pros:Great location and good overall gym atmosphere. Weights are always put up for the most part. Also the cleaning crew always seems to be cleaning which I like.Cons:The equipment is OLD and machinery is constantly breaking. This location doesnt even have enough bars for all bench and squat stations. Thats such minor expense that would help improve the gym.

Ac does not work

They have no La fitness locations in the Panhandle at all. Rude And Fake staff.They leave out that there is a one-time membership fee for $49 and they lie. Cold Pool as wellNo one in Gym wears a dusk mask when working Out.Not Safe.

Very unprofessional staff. Daquan and Lorenzo were extremely rude and very unprofessional. I guess that is what happens when you hire uneducated and ignorant sales associates. I hope some day Esporta becomes a respectable gym and hires intelligent staff members.

Good gym but the equipment is a little worn and the pool isnt the best. Locker rooms look clean but do not smell clean. I live 2 minutes from this location but wind up driving to goldenrod or Kirkman to work out instead. I work out mostly in the evening so closing at 8pm on the weekends is weak. Good thing I kept my PF membership for weekends. Change the weekend hours!!!

Only one hand sanitizer in each floor. No paper towel in dispensers. Many of the treadmills arent functioning correctly. Most of the high qualified instructors have either left or have less classes. AC not working correctly in the main group class room.

I really enjoyed. Specially theHeated Swimming pool.

Gym is good, a little small but not to bad. The mens locker room is somewhat clean but feels like they could definitely do a better job in there. To their credit it seems like the sauna is fairly clean though which I appreciate. Def a little different than your stand alone LA Fitness but they do a decent job with the space they have

First time and already falled in love with the place

Ive been going to LA Fitness since I moved to Orlando (2007) and I feel like the people there is family. Ive been working out on different locations throughout the Orlando/ Kissimmee area and so far, and all of them are really nice. Affordable price, variety of classes, etc. I love it.

The store has improved a lot recently. I like to come and do laps at the pool. The locker room was well kept. The staff was super friendly.

After each yoga class with Karen, it seems like the students leave eager to share joy. The class usually ends with everyone smiling and shortly after everyone is pleasantly calm. Her emphasis on breathing and focus on deep inhale and exhale make for a revitalizing class. I would go so far as to say that people leaving the class feel rejuvenated and happy. Karen is one of the most talented Yoga instructors I have ever met. She shows persistence in her work and she is invested in the well-being of her students. You have been a great instructor and I look forward to your next class.Thank you, Karen.

The Best Place to go to work out! Great environment, equipment, and team of trainers. Chris M, Operations Manager is great! Love to let know others the best place to go to get fit the right way.. I told Chris that even we leave 6 miles away from this location my husband and I keep going to this one because how it is and the wonderful team.

Gym is just fine. The opportunity is with the Gym hours. Saturday and Sunday they close at 8PM... 8PM! By the time I get home from work they are closed.. other than that, its a swell establishment so far. Better hours would grant more stars.

One of the smallest la fitness centers i visit and they now closed off over 144 sq feet for personal training. i go every day and see no one in there. SMH 😛

I have been a member for about 6 weeks. The staff are encouraging, helpful and knowledgeable. When I dont know how to adjust a machine or locate something that will work a particular set of muscles they are terrific. Like anything occasionally something breaks down, but they do their best to promptly repair it. When the heater was out in the pool for a few days they gave passes to go to another location. Very happy with my investment in improving my health with this team!

Best LA Fitness in Orlando. Never crowded and the squat racks are always open. My favorite work-out spot in the city.

Really nice gym IMO. Recently remodeled. Smaller but much nicer than the one on Colonial... much cleaner. Very nice staff.

My favorite gym in Orlando. The staff is always friendly and Kim and Travis are at the front desk every morning with a smile on my way in to work out and then a cheerful wish as I leave for work at the end of my work out. Jomar keeps the place shiney clean and gives this location a 5 star feeling. Ive lost 62 pounds since Thanksgiving 2018 and I have this location to thank for me wanting to go to the gym 7 days a week. The regional manager Gary should be cloning these guys for every LA Fitness. Get a membership today and use the gym, spa, sauna or the pool. You will be beach body ready with a smile and a great place to work out here.

Place is well maintained and clean!

Its not bad, but as others have stated, they could use some cleaning here and there. The water fountains are kept at low pressure so you cant refill your bottles but halfway. Other gyms Ive been to have bottle filling machines and so do some of the local public parks, cmon, buy a decent water fountain, youve got the funds.

This Gym location itself is great - lots of equipment.It is overcrowded usually.The LA fitness staff in general is a mix. Some of the trainers and managers can be almost insulting. But most are very polite and friendly - just depends. I would not pay for a personal trainer at LA Fitness in general - other places are probably cheaper.

This gym is filthy. No one wipes down the equipment or cleans the locker rooms. How hard can it be to hire a few employees who actually care a little about taking care of the facility. Lots of good gym machines here, but make sure to spray down before you use anything. And, where flip flops or shoes in the locker area. Dont go barefoot.

Decent location. Last time I walked into the restroom a staff member complained about how she just cleaned this bathroom. and was in an overall bad mood. Other than that, front desk is always welcoming, facility is kept reasonably clean.

Likes: variety of machines, usually not super busy, good location, nice attentive staff.suggestions:-could be cleaner, people simply do not wipe down machines after use. Might be because of the hard to use soap/paper towel dispensers and their weird locations (only 3 in the weight area). Why not get wipe stations like most other gyms?-(not really the gyms fault) but people who come here either do not know how to re-rack weights or pick up equipment after themselves. The freeweights are all over the place by noon and people just leave barbells wherever and walk away. maybe promote picking up after yourself more? I know its hard to create a customer cultural shift from a managerial perspective.

Its a lot smaller than all the other LA Fitness gyms Ive been to. But this one is honestly my favorite. Everything is always in the right place. I drive all the way from St. Cloud to this gym every morning at 5AM because of this. Every other LA I go to the weights are always in the wrong place. Great environment, just really dislike the bald caucasian gentleman that works front desk sometimes. Hes not a friendly person, at least not to me for some reason. You can smile sir, life could be worse.

Didn’t realize how great this gym was until I moved.Every staff member was incredibly friendly. Weights were always in the right place. Facility was super clean. Free WiFi. Only issue I ever had is that the hot tub broke pretty frequently but they always fixed it pretty quick.At a new LA Fitness since I’ve moved and JT doesn’t live up to this one at all.

Small location. Equipment was pretyy good, better than most locations. Really nice random people and staff, but they seriously need to do a better job cleaning up the place up.

I agree with B. I called for a price quote over the phone which they would not give. They require coming in for a full sales pitch. Ill be looking elsewhere. This should be simpler than buying a used car.

You will end up paying 150$ Initiation Fee. Their marketing team will not budge on this fee, and begin charging you 30$ for other renewal fees. Check out the equipment and some gyms have outdated equipment. Great new paint job but thats about it, not really any newer equipment that is innovative, nor helpful in people working out what most people like to work out, chest, legs.

I joined a while back, during the sign up process they said they needed to schedule the free assessment for new members. Didn’t sound like I had a choice, nor did I know what it was. I arrived the following day for the ‘assessment’ which is a sales pitch for their personal trainers. Which are way over priced to begin with. I explained that financially I was t in a position to pay that much and just wanted to attend some classes. He proceeded to tell me he could help me with my budget, so I could ‘afford him.’ Last I checked they aren’t hiring personal finance folks or any type of finance degree (or formal personal training education either, but I digress). I still declined which is when the employee started to get sh*ty with me and told me I wouldn’t achieve any of my goals without his help. I’ve heard others with the same story, different locations. And learned that this is the standard LA Fitness sales protocol... for new members be warned. Don’t let them force you into this ‘assessment’ if you aren’t interested in paying for a personal trainer.

My wife and I were visiting the area so we decided to check out the LA Fitness gyms nearby since we plan on moving here for school next year. Unfortunately we had a terrible experience in one of them and decided to come to this one instead. The staff here is friendly and the fellow patrons seem genuinely serious about working out. If I could make a suggestion it would be that this facility needs to be updated. It seems like this gym was one of the first if not the first that was built in Orlando. This gym deserves to remodeled to reflect the newer ones. Its apparent that it has aged but it remains in decent condition all things considered.

Large facility with numerous types and quantity of equipment and machines. Pool. Racquetball and basketball courts. Can get crowded during peak hours. Reason for only 3 stars - lack of maintenance. I seldom if ever see staff cleaning in general. Free-weight area more often than not disordered and messy with plates and random dumbbells scattered around.
