This company is amazing!! Someone had broken into our store front glass door overnight. They showed up same day, had the glass in stock, and repaired it within 1 hour!!! WOW, amazing service! I will not hesitate to use your company again in the future.

I have used Aluminate Glass in 2015 and 2019 for 2 bathrooms and I would not use anyone else. They did a fantastic job and in a timely manner. They did a great job in my master bath so I got them to do the other master bath i just remodeled. They are not a high cost company from my opinion. You get what you pay for and it was worth every penny. Very nice people from start to finish. I would recommend to everybody.

I want to give a special thanks to Genesis and Natalie for helping me order 3 wonderful mirrors. The service and knowledge of those two young ladies is absolutely above and beyond. I will always refer them to all my friends. The installers were great too !Fast and very clean, over all this company is fantastic and the prices are reasonable with great quality !

Good customer service

This company was prompt and followed up on all phone calls. They performed the work in a timely manner. We had a broken 10 x 10 window pane on our front door that required a special order glass. The glass matched perfectly. The young man who performed the work was very pleasant, professional and kind. He worked hard to make sure he didnt damage the wood casing around the glass and did a beautiful job. I will definitely return to Aluminate Glass for all my glass needs.

This company did not hear about decency! The girl at the front desk made a mistake with the sizes, refused to return the money and call the manager to clarify the situation, substantiated that she would talk. Be careful if you order here, but how I will pay for someone else’s mistake.

Staff is very friendly and will go to distance to accommodate their customers satisfaction. Very professional and outstanding performance. Orders do take time but it is worth the waiting time.

Contacted Aluminate for a shower stall replacement. They were very helpful, showed up on time and installed the enclosure in a timely fashion. They were forthright about the lead time for ordering the supplies and delivered on time. Only criticism is the crew might have cleaned up a little better. Would use them again in the future.

Great customer service. Recently we remodeled our kitchen and wanted decorative glass in the doors. I was pleasantly surprised to find Aluminate glass had a large variety to choose from.
