I wish I could give this place 0 stars. As attorneys they are not looking for your well being but rather only their financial gain. I went to Mr. Suarez for advice regarding filing a BK. Since they dont handle Chapter 13 cases he didnt tell me that my best option to keep my house was a Chapter 13. I gave him a $750 deposit and when I did my research online and learned that my best option was a chapter 13 they told me they couldnt do it. At that point I politely asked for a refund of my deposit and they simply stated that I was screwed as I had signed an agreement to do a chapter 7. Do not give this people your hard earned money as they are not looking out for your best interest. Ive resigned myself to the fact that I lost my money to these people as Mr. Suarez wont even talk to me and just uses his employees to shield himself from being a human being and doing the right thing.

Attorney Suarez and his team including Realtor Karen Diaz not only helped me with my short sale without any problem but after 2 years helped me find my dream home. Their office have real estate, tittle company and law in one roof and I was able to close on the house without any issue in the contract. Thanks!!!

There shoul be a cero as a opción. My social security case got close and i lost 2 years of benefit because They send me papel to wrong adres and never fill on time the apela. Unprofecional and unreponsable. But That What we have for atterneys in florida.

Im giving one star because I cannot give ZERO. Mr. Anthony Suárez is the most unprofessional attorney I have ever seen. Bunch of thieves!!! Normally, for the first visit, attorneys DO NOT charge a fee, but he did and a very high fee. I had to see Mr. Suarez in regards to a situation I have with the Association where I live. The Board decided that we, the homeowners, had to replace the front door, because supposedly it was rusty inside the paint. My door did not need replacement. As soon as I told them that I would not replace it, without my authorization, they came, stripped it, and left it in a miserable condition. We were 2 homeowners with the same problem. My neighbor decided to take the Association to court without an attorney, but I decided I would visit Mr. Suárez. After listening to me, the only thing he said was: And what do you want me to do?... He spoke basically like he was on their side and not mine, being it obvious that I was tight. These people trespassed and violated my rights... But, Mr. Suarez was so in a hurry to go pick up his mother, that I believe that he did not even listen to what I was saying; but regardless, he charged me $85.00 for a 5 minute conversation. He offered to send the Association a letter (so they would know I was represented by an attorney) for which I paid another $125.00 with a credit card. When I came home, to my surprise, my neighbor came to my house to let me know that he had won the case in court and that the Board would have to replace his door ... LOL ... and here is Mr. Suárez telling me that you know, I charge $250.00 per hour and if lose the case you have to pay both attorneys, etc...etc...etc...Well, I decided to cancel the letter and they offer to send me a check for $118.00 because the CC would charge them a fee. I called the bank and I was told that if they cancelled the transaction there was no fee.I asked them to refund the CC. They promised me that they would refund the full amount, but today when I received the receipt, they refunded only $118.00, robbing me $7.00. This goes without saying that I am a person with a severe heart condition and I am on permanent disability. This was very unethical. Mr Anthony Suarez is an unscrupulous and dishonorable individual. I would not recommend this guy in a million years. It was in total $92.00 that I was ripped in a heartbeat for giving me the wrong information. Hope you enjoy MY money Mr. Suarez. May God compensate you the way you deserve!

It only has the title and it is big and much less it is not deserving, I do not recommend it at all, I had a criminal problem where they accused me unjustly and I grabbed this record very good lawyer Anthony Suárez and the truth for me was only a thief that he kept my money, he charged me $ 5,000.00 and told me that for going to trial he was charging me $ 15,000.00 more and told me to think carefully about him that because I was going to be locked up 25 years in prison and that he was going to go to his Casita, likewise with those cold words he told me, it only caused me to give me facial paralysis from so much stress, a lawyer became interested in my case and I hired him and he started doing his job right away and he quickly obtained results, as it turns out that nothing less nothing ever came out of my phone of which they accused me because none of that existed, thank you very much to the lawyer Martín L Roth who is if he is a good lawyer and that if I recommend him to the 💯 he quickly discovered my innocence, be careful with Anthony Suárez who only wants his money, today I am clean of everything and thanks to him the best and well honored lawyer Martín L Roth, he deserves the title.
