This trip exceeded my expectations capt. Drown is an excellent fishing guide he showed us how his advance sonar works and gave us several options on what species of fish we wanted to target. He quickly put us on top of the species of choice and helped us land a few. I definitely Recommend Orlando fishing. Thanks again Capt. Drown for the wonderful memories we had a great time.

Mark was an awesome captain and despite a quiet day, he tried many different spots to assure we got some bites! We ended up catching some bait and 3 sharks!! We also saw some surrounding wildlife like dolphins and sea turtles! 🦈☀️ It was an amazing vacation experience

Our guide was Captain Drown and we did a 4 hr trip inland. Let me tell you, this trip we did as my one last chance of fun before a major surgery we flew to florida for. This guy was amazing! He was sooooo enthusiastic, passionate and we caught some MONSTERS! We had so much fun and fought fish so hard that Im sore and bruised and HAPPY that I am hahahahah. It was a perfect trip, couldnt have asked for anything better!!! I did NOT want to leave, thats for sure! Youve gotta book with these folks, you wont regret it!!

Amazing trip! Captain Mark is an outstanding guide and he works incredibly hard to get you on the big fish. Hes very patient and great with kids. My 8-year old son pulled in a 40 lb black drum thanks to Mark. Cant wait to go out again!

The trip was for 2 couples. The trip started with captain Mark being late. Not a huge deal. The boat was not in very good shape. Live well didn’t work so my friend ended up helping to bail water onto it with a water bottle. No seats available on the boat. And where we could sit down it was wet from the morning dew. And there were no towels to wipe anything down. Which you could imagine, didn’t make our wives too happy. On top of this, the captain didn’t have any bait. So we actually spent more time watching the captain catch bait than we actually fished. The trip was for 4 people all charged $125 for 2 hours each. We never had more than 2 lines in the water at anytime. We caught 3 fish total. 2 Jack and 1 Snook. Had we NOT caught the Snook this rating would have been 0 stars and I would have asked for a refund.Sorry Tom. I will not delete this review. We sent our deposit to you, and were set up with you, until the day before our trip. Then you sent us with Mark. At a different location than first agreed to. Which is also not a big deal. But people need to know that this can happen when booking with you..

Capt Tom put us on a monster 45 redfish as well as other assorted fish. Saw lots of wildlife. Capt Tom was entertaining even when we werent catching fish. Highly recommended.

Conditions weren’t the best but Captain mark made sure we still caught fish we caught over 25 fish in 4 hours we will definitely be using captain mark again next year when we are down here

Captain Tom was an excellent guide and very experienced in getting us to the fish and had an explosion of sea trout for the whole 4 hours. The fish were biting mad in all the areas we fished. My wife especially enjoyed the trip with capt. tom being very helpful in making sure she caught the biggest sea trout.

It was a great experience. Tom was prompt on response time and info from the very moment we booked. The fishing experience was even better! Started off HOT with black drum hitting hard and fast and was able land 2 Monster Black drums! Unfortunately the fish died off during the last hr. 😂 but overall a great and fun experience and would absolutely Book with Tom again if I had the opportunity!

Awesome trip. The captain was on time. Caught sea trout and black drum. Maybe the best part was seeing 10-20 wild manatees. Would highly recommend using captain Tom if you are in the central Florida area.

Great time with Capt. Tom. Well worth it. Whether you are a season angler or beginner, Capt Tom will help as much or as little as you want. He can help provide you with as much help or in our case as little help as possible to make your day a success. My son and I have are mainly freshwater fisherman with a little salt when we can. We were down in December which is not the best time to fish as the water is cold. However, Capt Tom knew where to go. We made a stop at the first location and never left. We had bait fish everywhere. Both my son and I got our saltwater slam (Trout/Red/Snook). We lost count on how many fish we actually caught that day. Thank you for a great time, Capt. Tom.

Great trip. Weather cooperated and the fishing was great. We saw Alligators and woodpeckers and Osprey, dolphins and a ray. Captain Tom worked really hard and drove us all over the place to put us on the fish. A great experience all around and I would do it again in a heartbeat. So much fun.

What a great day on the water! Started out a little chilly, but ended up with my son catching a 46” inch Red! We will definitely plan to fish with Captain Tom again!

Capt. Tom did a Great Job, he has really good equipment and fishing out of his Ranger is rock steady. We caught Specks and Reds, and got on several BIG SCHOOLS of Reds......he worked really hard to keep us on the Fish and we had a BLAST with him! Well be going with him again the next time were down.....so if your in or around the Orlando Area and are looking for Good Fishing on the Flats, Capt. Tom is your best bet!

This was a treat for my boyfriend and it was perfect! We caught several fish and enjoyed Captain Tom Carvers boat. It was spacious and steady. We were able to travel into really shallow water right next to the mangroves as well. I would recommend this charter anytime.

Fantastic experience! Tom is very knowledgeable, kind, polite and very down to earth. Made our fishing charter one to remember. We were over 45 minutes late due to traffic and a wrong turn and he was beyond understanding and didnt seem bothered by it. I will definitely be booking him again when we go back!!

It was great to go out with captain Tom. First cast my wife had a fish on. He kept us in fish all day long. We got to see a lot of manatees, they stayed around the boat for at least an hour, they were neat to see. We asked him about dolphins and he took us to several places and we got to see a couple wild dolphins. Would definitely go back out on another charter with Captain Tom. Thanks for a great trip!!

June 22, 2018Had a great morning catching lady fish, sea trout, jack crevalle, small puffer fish, and a huge 35-40 lb tarpon. We had tough conditions but Captain Tom did his best to get us on fish. My son boated a nice redfish! Tom was awesome, down to earth, he treated us like friends and not clients, any question we had he answered. We are from Wisconsin, so it was the first time for us to fish on the ocean, definitely wont be our last! I would recommend Tom to anyone, and we will be back for sure!!

I needed to get some fishing in badly while in Orlando on a family visit. Iam so thankful I hooked up with Capt. Tom. Very good to excellent person first of all. Great knowledge with the waterways and got me my first red drum. He is a friend of the manatee. You will see them up close with Capt. Tom . I would 100 percent go with him again.

Captain Tom is a true professional who knows his fishing grounds well, and is also a very easy to get along with type of guy. He will work hard to put you on fish even on days where they don’t want to cooperate. Experienced Veteran Captain Tom knows the fishing hot spots for Red fish and Sea Trout like your grandma knew where the fattest tomato was in her back yard garden. Tom was patient and provided welcome instruction for me and my 12 year old son. Tom worked hard for us to have a great outing but he made it seem like a his day off considering his enjoyment for what he does. Book Tom as your guide when you want to reel in some fish.

Went on a 4 hour trip. Cost was only $150.00. it was well worth it. He filets the fish then you can bring it down the road and they cook it for you. Definitely 5 Star Rating!!

Myself and my brother got 9 red bull fish in 2 and a 1/2 hours with captain Tom. It was the best fishing trip of our lives and we fish every week in Florida.

This was our first time fishing this area. We had an excellent time with Captain Tom. Caught about 10 Trout (4 keepers) and a Redfish. Saw a few dolphins and at least 8 manatees that came with in feet of the boat. He made sure to slow down and shut his motor off in order to drift past the group of manatees in the middle of the channel. This was unlike other boaters who flew through the area showing no respect for the animals, when you could clearly see them surfacing from a long distance away. He exceeded our expectations. I have been on multiple charters throughout the south, some that travel a long distance that cuts into your fishing time or charge extra to clean the fish or end the trip early to clean fish. Captain Tom, does the little things, he takes the time to demonstrate techniques, explains the different characteristics of the fish you catch, makes sure you spend as much time as you can with a bait in the water, and cleans your fish at the end of the trip. He is very friendly and knowledgeable, will definitely be using him on future fishing trips. Thanks again Tom, Jared and Shelly

Fishing was tough due to the heat and time of year but certainly no fault of Captain Tom. Had a great day on the water with Capt. Tom. We caught redfish, black drum and trout. One trophy size trout was landed and a nice snook was all but landed before it cut the leader with its razor sharp gill plates. Capt. Tom is very knowledgeable with the fishing grounds and techniques as well as entertaining and personable. He was very knowledgeable about the space center as well and had a dining recomendation that turned out to be fantastic. As we neared our trips end, the wind picked up, and so did the chop on the water. I noticed that Captain Tom was not taking a direct route towards the dock, which would have saved him time and fuel, but instead kept the boat near shore out of the wind and chop or navigated so that we were going with the wind. This insured the smoothest, dryest and safest ride for my wife and I. Very professional and courteous. I highly recommend flataddicted and Captain Tom, well book again.Matt
