I called several times to Bio-Tech Consulting to get some basic feasibility study questions answered. I was told to leave messages for the manager. I left several messages and I got no response. I called 9/8/2020 approximately 3:20 p.m. in the process of expressing my frustration to the lady who answered the phone she was very defensive and rude and hang the phone on me. Who does that? I would never recommend a company who employee do not know their place. Some job security she has. I called back to put her in her place, but she never answered.

Spent over a year working on a wetlands mitigation approval for a small residential property. Would send multiple emails requesting updates and follow-ups and go months not hearing anything. Was told my application was under review in August and again in September only to find out it was only submitted in December and not even under review yet because more steps were needed.
