They support local philanthropic events by contributing and matching fundraising for 5Ks, non profits, (Light the Night, Relay for Life, etc). The benefits are negotiated every year to stay competitive with what the market is offering. We design monumental projects and most of our offices have a get away area to relax or play games and the company really invests in their employees. We work hard play hard, but the people here go above and beyond to welcome you and make sure you become a TLC-er for life.
