The Recruiters I have had experience with were very responsive and supportive. They understood my situation and had helped me get places that were close. This place is a job that can really help you get on your feet as you job search. During the periods you are off you can go really into job seeking while still having a form of income because you would be informed about the current jobs in your area.

Great experience with Vinali, the owner really cares about his employees and will go absolve and beyond to make sure they are okay. Not only that, but they work a hard to build client/industry relations with you’re future employers. This will help when it comes to being brought in permanently, in which they will fight to get you what you deserve.

Weeks before my temporary assignment was completed I was texting my recruiter to find me the next assignment, I have yet to receive a reply from several texts, from several weeks ago. I suggest a better temp staffing agency than Vinali for your employment needs.

I was hired for a job through them, but was let go before I could start due to this companies negligence. They never sent me the drug screen paperwork and when I asked for them to resend it all I got was a screenshot of the previous email they sent to me. They are BY FAR the absolute WORST TEMP AGENCY I have EVER had the displeasure of knowing for the short ammount of time I did. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!!!!! I really wish I could give them less stars, but it is impossible. They are rude, negligent, clueless, disgraceful, lying, manipulative losers!
