Ordered shirts from here and had an amazing experience. Not only were the designs amazing, but the print quality and fabric was excellent too. The size was a perfect fit for what Im used to. Im an entrepreneur myself, so I understand that this company is a startup and has its flaws like most any other company.

I ordered my T-shirts more than three weeks ago and the company lost the package four states away and has still not delivered my T-shirts. I have gone back-and-forth with the poor customer service representatives and they have no idea whats going on and repeatedly asked me whether Ive received The package when clearly I have not.The package got apparently lost somewhere in New Jersey after it had already been as close as Maryland and the destination is Washington DC. I do not recommend ordering from this company at all.Still no product received and no refund.

I ordered 3 shirts on September 24th and still havent seen anything. After weeks and weeks, SD sent out a boohoo email saying its not our fault but were trying to fix some issues. DHL and USPS showed that nothing had been shipped. SD reportedly sent out a replacement order last Friday, but guess what? Still hasnt been shipped.I HATE being lied to. This has been a horrendous buying experience, and I honestly dont know if Ill ever receive my products or my money back.

Ive purchased few shirts and have loved the quality! I was able to personally meet Max and was impressed by his dedication to his company!

Half the shirts I recieved were not the correct sizes but I was sure I chose them correct in the order process since the others were right. When I notified them that Id like an exchange, they informed of their no refund or exchange policy on mistaken orders. Again, I was sure I chose the correct sizes but either way mistakes will happen in this world. I guess I missed those silly rules because lets face it everyone reads rules when theyre buying teeshirts. Youre in the retail business for god sake. Even some car dealers have a no questions return policy.

T-shirt material incredibly thin and would be see though if it wasnt grey. The lettering is very light and faded and the stamp or press used was not centered. Terrible product and would never buy from again or recommend.

Awesome job with my order, super friendly customer service and I got exactly what I ordered. Couldnt be more happy with the company and service.

I would rather rate zero stars... shirts lost! cannot contact company ..sent several email, FB messenger and through their website... DHL said lost to contact Startupdrugz but they will not respond.DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Bad business. They wont exchange shirts and not all shirts are the same brand, so sizes are different .
