When Natalie took my husband’s immigration case, it was at a crucial point in the process. Strapped for cash, we originally submitted application forms and documents on our own. My husband was also skeptical about lawyers because he had been burnt by one before. We had 30 days to prove eligibility for an unlawful presence waiver because the information we submitted did not adequately satisfy the grounds for the law. No one thinks about doctors and lawyers until you are in a situation to need one, that happen to me. First I get sick then end up in hospital with doctors. Then my husband decide he doesn’t want sick wife and ask for divorce. I came to US through marriage visa.
