This place is fabulous, our server was awesome, she had great and accurate suggestions. The food is outta this world, delicious and huge plates enough to take home for another meal. Definitely one of my new favorite places now. I highly recommend this place if you’re super hungry or have a hearty appetite. You definitely get your money’s worth and more, prices are great.Well done Hash House.
Hash House A Go Go is really A GO GO!Definitely worth the 15 minute wait. When you are in the parking lot the atmosphere is already set with the farm style building. The menu is amazing and I am already looking forward to the next treat I will try.One in our party ordered the meal with scrambled eggs and mentioned how amazing the eggs were. So good they were almost like they just came from our own hen house at home.Biscuits, can we just talk about the amazingly fluffy delicious biscuits. Oh the chicken 🐔 DeLiCiOuS!!!!I could go on and on raving about House Hash A Go Go but seriously,,,,,just go try it!
Our visit here was during our act like a tourist day. We enjoyed excellent service from Alex and a huge plate of delicious food. We chose the basic breakfast and the tractor combo. Way too much food! My only disappointment was that they serve Pepsi. However the unsweetened iced tea with lemon was fine. Plenty of seating inside. Clean restrooms.
Went for brunch and holy moly the portions are huge. Our waitress was great and it was not too busy so seated quickly. It was hard to decide what to get so my group kind of shared a little of everything. Loved the gravy and eggs. The burgers and fries were also good. The blueberry pancake was the biggest I’ve ever seen in my life.
I gave this restaurant another try when in Orlando this past week. Was again not impressed. Tried the Hickory Smoked Bacon, avocado, onion and swiss scramble. It looked interesting when it arrived. First bite was good, came with pan mashed potatoes. That first bite was good. However, as I looked more at scramble there were parts of the egg that were fried, onions all on one area, a few pieces of bacon and other parts of scramble were runny. Complete turn off...which tells me, cook was rushing... Cook didnt pay attention, there was almost a whole fried in the middle and an half cooked one on the edge of this SCRAMBLE!! I may have eaten 5 bites of the whole meal. The runny whites did it for me. Eggs continue to cook when you take off direct fire/heat. So again cook was not focused. The worse part of the meal to me was the waitress made a rare appearance and asked how was everything, I replied not so good. She didnt acknowledge what I said, my friend said, well just got the check as they were also not too pleased with their selection. Waitress then asked if we wanted boxes, I just looked at her in awe, because she really only seemed to care about getting on to next table. I paid in cash and just left. Bad customer service and yucky food. I understand short staff, still suffering with pandemic residules...But...nope wont ever go back!!!
Welcome: PleasantWaiter: He was kind and informative. He checked on us a couple of times. He did ask if we wanted more drink but unfortunately we never received it.Food: I ordered the vanilla waffle, cheese eggs, turkey sausage patties. The food was cold which surprised me because I thought it was made to order. The patties were not good (very generic taste) and maybe it would have been better served hot. The eggs were left on the heat too long as a result it was brown missed with the yellow. My friend was disappointed he really was hoping for a better experience. He loves food but his order of Meatloaf Hash was not good. The meatloaf is pork/beef (he was told ahead) and unfortunately it was served warm. He did not like it. The biscuit was dry (the jam was good to me but he didn’t like it) eggs were scrambled but too hard and were not hot. My son enjoyed the grilled cheese. They use bread with nuts. The bill: Our bill wasn’t high but the food was not worth the price we paid for it.Stars: Two stars because the food was cold, we never got refills on drinks, the quality of the food was not good.
Delicious food! The first day we tried to go it was full but we made a reservation and it was so worth it. They are very creative with all their flavor combinations and presentation. The portions are huge so you can share. We got the eggs Benedict, the crab cakes and the lemonade. It was all amazing. Best lemonade I have ever had. Would definitely recommend if you are foodie!
Visited on a busy Sunday, we told 45 min wait but we were sat in 30. The food took awhile but its to be expected. Its a huge restaurant and very loud like a cafeteria. The service was good and so was the food. Husband loved his chicken and waffles. My eggs were just egh but the breakfast potatoes were delicious. Huge portions that are easily shared or extra for later.
Interesting restaurant. We came here for breakfast for the first time and had to wait a little bit to get seated. The menu was huge with lots of selection. Food came out pretty fast and looked amazing but the first thing I noticed was the portion size. It was huge which makes sense for the price. The food itself was okay, a little bit on the dry side. Presentation was cool though.
A fantastic experience!! This was our first experience at a Hash House A Go Go and WOW!! The food, portions, service, are all perfect. I had a pancake and it was huge and delicious. Usually when something is big like that the trade off is taste, but not for this one, I had a chocolate chip pancake and it was awesome. My son had a sandwich and a salad for his side and remarked how great it tasted. We finished off with a biscuit let me tell you it was one of the best I have ever had.
It’s Hash House A Go-Go.... Order whatever your heart and stomach desire! You can’t go wrong! 2 of us ordered the Watermelon 🍉 Strawberry 🍓 Kiwi 🥝 Lemonade. Not only is it cool to look at, but it tastes wonderful! I just wanted to take my cup, find a rocking chair, and sit out on my front porch on a nice day. My friend ordered the S’more Hot Chocolate, she loved it. (And took some to go, it was a lot to drink!) Now, as you can see, the portions are huge! So, either make room or get a box! My absolute favorite menu item is the chicken and waffles. The fried leeks are a delicious addition! Make sure everyone at your table orders different items, and just share everything.... Now that I’ve gotten the good out of the way, let me get to everything else.....The atmosphere is really nice. My favorite thing is the tractor in front. If the kids won’t take a picture, climb on up there and take one yourself! 😉 There’s a wine cellar in the middle of the dining room. It’s really cool to admire. It’s just a cool place to sit and enjoy. We’ve never had a bad experience with the staff, and although I cannot remember our waitress’s name, just know that she was wonderful. She was knowledgeable of the menu, personable, attentive, and added to our dining experience overall.(I’m missing some pics, hopefully I can add them later)
This restaurant is definitely a go go! We had to wait a little bit to get a table, however it was definitely worth the wait. The portions were extremely large. Everything was delicious fresh and filling. I recommend giving it a shot, you wont be sorry. The chicken and waffle dish was enormous enough to share.
So my friend and I went on Memorial Day and honestly the wait was not that bad, we had complimentary valet parking and definitely were not elbow to elbow plenty of room. The food was amazing and lets just say there is no way you could eat a plate by yourself lol, youre definitely taking home leftovers. So for the price its fair for the quality and quantity. The chicken was so crispy and delicious. Absolutely loved it and will definitely come back again. Im not one for super sweet drinks and the kiwi watermelon lemonade was really good just too sweet for me.
Went for the chicken and waffles (with turkey sausage instead of bacon) and came out a happy camper. The portion was enormous and the presentation was spectacular. It took longer than normal to recieve our food. However, the waited was very accommodating. There was no wait and it was about 11:45am. We all took take home trays with us upon departure. The food was lightly seasoned. I used the rosemary from the presentation in my water.
Do you like Rosemary? It seems like that’s their main ingredient. Visited early in the morning so there was no wait. They have complimentary valet parking so that was nice. The food came out quickly and the servers were friendly enough. The prices are decent no complaint there. The taste of the food was not memorable, don’t get me wrong. It was not bad, just not real good either. My sister had the chicken and waffles and I had the meatloaf. Overall, if you are in the area, sure go ahead. Enjoy!
This was a first time experience for me and my girlfriend, We arrived around 9:30am and it wasnt super busy. We immediately got seated with no wait time. Place had a good vibe and out waiter was nice. I decided to try the chicken and waffles meal with orange juice. The food was very good, will have to go back to try more stuff on the menu
My lady and I dropped in to try out their breakfast after seeing reviews while visiting in Orlando, FL. Our server was a bit disengaged and uninterested. After asking him about menu items and favorites, he offered no help or didnt want to help...who knows 🤷🏾♂️. I settled for the Blueberry lemon glaze pancake with a side of scrambled eggs and turkey sausage patties. My lady ordered the Andys World Famous Sage Fried Chicken and waffles with a side of potatoes. We live in ATL, keep that in mind. Ok, lets get into the pancake first. It was delicious. The lemon glaze drizzled over the blueberry pancake made it sweet enough to pass on the syrup. The eggs werent worth bragging about and the quality of the turkey sausage patties screamed they were frozen then sizzled in 2 tbsp of water. Now, the World Famous Sage Fried Chicken and waffles...in the words of Randy Jackson, its a no for me dawg. The chicken was bland and the waffle did little to help it stand out. Im not sure why the dish is even famous. The portion size was adequate for the price of $25 but the taste wasnt. The potatoes, on the other hand, were very well seasoned. 3 stars is the best I can do.
Extremely large portions and great service! Just visited this location (6/6/21) while on a quick family vacay to Universal Orlando. Despite it being very crowded only waited about 10 minutes. My family ordered blueberry flapjacks, the biscuits with sausage gravy and the veggie hash. Everything tasted wonderful and were exceedingly large (no complaints!). Would definitely return.
First off the plates are huge and 2 people can eat off one plate. My French toast was delicious. My service was great. The place was clean and staff was very courteous. My only suggestion would be to put tile floors in as the carpet has a funky smell when you walk in, but the place is very clean. Prices are inflated but are fair for the size of the plate you get. Will be back for more breakfast!
This was my first experience to Hash House a Go Go. The decor is Indiana country farm with a modern touch. They have specialty Bloody Marys, full bar, along with an array of craft and domestic beer. The serving size is enough for two adults to split one entree, so get a to go box if getting your own plate. Server was polite and friendly, food arrived quickly. Their bacon is top notch, get you some!
Excellent!!!! The food was great. The portions were humongous. The service was fantastic. Minutes from the amusement parks. Loved everything about it!!!! Highly recommend it. We arrived before 10am and there was no wait; however, as we were leaving, it was getting pretty full, and it is a fairly large restaurant. With that said, I recommend you go early if you dont want to wait, especially if you are a large group.
My food was really flavorful the chicken was good however my daughters burger the bottom bun was almost rock hard. We were seated in this separate room that was freezing in there. Then we got our food and nobody brought us silverware. I had to get up and ask for some. Then they bring us plastic ware. Like come on really?... so I asked another worker and they brought us real silverware. Other than that the serving sizes are really good. Big
Wow lets hear it for complimentary valet parking. Very courteus. The staff knows how to handle large groups inside and out.The food is extremely large and tasty. Come hungry this is your first and final warning. If you dont enjoy eating stay in the bar. The drinks are well mixed. Brunch was a blast. I will do it again.
The food here is amazing! The portions are ridiculous.. so much food.. I couldnt even finish half of it. Loved the atmosphere and the waitress was so friendly and had great recommendations. The only downside was the parking situation.. but they do offer complimentary valet to compensate. Highly recommend if you are in town!!
I enjoyed the atmosphere the most.It was a cool vibe.I loved sitting near the wine cellar. The menus’ variety was unique as well as the serving dishes. The service was calm and nonchalant.Nothing to write home about. The food was incredible as well as the cool drink options!I will definitely be back to enjoy more!
Wow where do I start!!! Sue was amazing and gave exceptional service. Super friendly and efficient. Recommended was the Banana Latte (pictured) and it was a recommendation I will never forget. I wasnt a big fan of banana but this latte is soo smooth and delicious. The chorizo dish had excellent flavor. The famous chicken and waffle dish was perfect and there is bacon submerged somehow in the waffle batter which gives it extra flavor. I wish I lived near this place Id come every day till Im broke, even with there more than reasonable prices.
The food is great, the service is great, the prices are also pretty reasonable. Theres nothing to not like, pardon my double negatives. We had Avery friendly and knowledgeable server, who just so happened to be experienced in the industry with the way they were able to juggle tables like a well-seasoned pro.One thing to keep in mind is the place is usually packed, and theres not that much parking for the sheer amount of people there (whenever Ive been at least). The wait was expected honestly, the lines were spilling into the parking lot.
Great place to eat however they do need to change their brand of bacon. The bacon does not match the rest of the meal. Reminds me of Dennys bacon. Actually Dennys may be better. Other than that major concern, our breakfast was excellent!!!
Valet parking free just remember to tip the valet. Over an hour to be seated. Server did not know answer to any of my questions. Such as is the ham country ham. He did not know what country ham was. He did ask another server who said, yes it is country ham. So I ordered. NOPE not country ham, just plain ham steak with no flavor. Eggs ordered over medium. Look at picture. Crispy on the outside but white was clear and runny. I did not order raw egg. Only yolk was to be running. Grill was probably too hot. Don’t order fried eggs!!Hubby ordered chicken and bacon waffle. The bacon in the waffle was not cooked to crisp. The fat on the bacon was raw. Very yuck. Biscuit was sweet if you like that sort of biscuit. Portions were large. Just expensive plain food. Only thing special about this place is portion size and presentation.
Came here for brunch and it wasn’t too busy. The food was good and the portion size was huge! I got the the chicken and waffles and I could only finish half! The prices are a little high but you get what you pay for. I would definitely recommend!
Last day in Orlando and we found this spot. AWESOME! If the breakfast is a indication of the rest of menu then its an A++. Fresh made, delicious, coffee is amazing. Yoooo and the marmalade thingy they give you for the bisquits? I had to ask for more. Go! Its superb.
Wow! I dont know what else I could say. The portions were huge! You didnt leave hungry. The amazing part is they dont sacrifice taste for size. The food was great! It was pricey, but worth it. Ill definitely be going back.... for a special occasion.
Ill start by saying WHOA....The portions are HUGE!!! You can feed two adults comfortably off one meal. I got the Sage Chicken & Waffles it was perfectly Seasoned and I substituted my waffle for a churro waffle (amazing). My Boyfriend had the Sage Chicken Benedict he says it was very tasteful.
We had read this was a must do while visiting Orlando! Sadly, we would rate it more of a must not do. The parking lot is super small and was only offering valet parking when we arrived. We opted to park over in an area that was more like a dirty alley and walk over to the restaurant. We had about a 45 minute wait upon arrival. The items on the menu are pretty pricey. Food looks phenomenal but taste was horrendous! Out of a party of 7, all 7 gave the taste a thumbs down. The presentation of the food is worth much much more than the taste. We saw some plates that looked like they should be on food shows on TV. Service was beyond slow. All in all, were glad we tried it but we wont be going back.
Portions are HUGE but everything we had was amazing, service was quick regardless of how busy they were. They have a wide selection of mimosas and fun coffee drinks which were all awesome. Overall a fantastic experience.
Food was amazing and fresh. The mint coffee was amazing not to sweet or over minty. The alcoholic drinks where made perfectly and you get to take the glass home they give you un used glasses to take home that are actual glass and nice. First time coming here diffently coming back.
Wow! Great food! Huge portions! You leave here in a food coma so make sure to Uber here lol. Worth every dollar and wait!
Ate here with the family today. The food quality and choices were good. We had a range of ages eating and everyone got something they wanted even the 6 and 7 year olds. The serving sizes were more than satisfactory. The grilled French toast that I ordered in my opinion was yummy yummy yummy.Wait staff was attentive. If you are looking for a nice quiet place to eat this will not be your place. Great if you have kids that want to talk loud 😂, which we did. At this time they do not take reservations for the weekends only during the week. We were there at 10 am but they sat us quickly. Your entire party needs to be together or they will wait to seat you.Cant wait to go back.
Great food! Sat in the back room to avoid eating with a large crowd. Definitely come hungry, they fill your plate completely!
Food was DELICIOUS! The greeter was a little snappy. Our waitress Brenda was so nice!
This place is delicious. The atmosphere is cool & clean. Go and enjoy yourself. You will leave satisfied.😁
Free valet parking !25 minute wait time (not bad)We had an amazing waitress Mikea, thank you!The food was phenomenal and the coffee was to die for.Best brunch spot Ever!!!This place isnt for the weak, the portions are out of this world. Worth every penny !
Food was excellent and was unlike anything I had ever had. Portion size was more than adequate.
Place is really awesome! Most plates are definitely shareable, youve been warned haha
Incredible staff, incredible food, ridiculous portion sizes. Perfect for treating the Halloween Horror Nights hangover. Will definitely be coming back. The balloon artist is adorable and so sweet.
Over all experience was a good one the place is very clean and the servers are all on point the only thing that missed the mark was the thing they were known most for the sage chicken as fresh as it was felt like it had very little flavor the batter used tasted as if it were a plain crust but other than that the food was very good just stick to a hash or any scramble
Excellent place for breakfast or brunch. Huge portions. Depending on your appetite, you may want to share. Youve got to try the chicken and waffles!
The plates were huge!! And the food very good. Decor needs some work, but it was a good experience overall.
Their breakfast is on point, and served as big portions. I had a cappuccino and it was delicious! Their breakfast menu is very appetizing and highly recommended. I can’t say the same for their lunch menu, I stopped by last week for a late bite and was expecting the same deliciousness. I ordered their grilled chicken sandwich with some fries, portion size was not as big as their breakfasts, taste was good but it don’t beat their breakfasts is all I can say.
The best chicken and waffles I’ve ever had! The portions are huge and I had to take half home to finish. The chicken was breaded perfectly, waffles were big and the fried leeks were a really nice touch and brought a different dimension to the plate that I’ve never tasted. I figured I’d try it and was happy it exceeded my expectations. My wife’s chocolate pancake was huge as you can see from the photo. We were sat immediately even though we were preparing for a wait. The only 1 negative is the parking situation. Complimentary valet is available but it can take a while to get your car and the parking is scarce. Other than that the food is A+
Great new find for me. I visit Orlando pretty frequently and was looking for a good breakfast restaurant. These guys did not disappoint.Great dishes, fair prices, cool staff.Everyone from Valet to hostess, to server. In the words of Arnold Ill be back.
I highly recommend the chicken and waffles here. HUGE portions, definitely enough to share. My wife recommends the Fried Chicken Benedict. The staff is very friendly. They have free Valet. This spot is definitely a go to spot.
Place was extremely busy but food was not what we expected. Our waitress was less then pleasant as well. Maybe we just ordered the wrong thing off the menu, but I cant say we would go back.
I absolutely will have to come back to this place with a bigger appetite. The menu here is pretty broad so you can come here 20-30 times and still may not have tried everything. This and First Watch and now my favorite places to go for breakfast food. This place has a very southern flavor and style. It has the most creative use us leeks I have seen and tastes great. Everything from flavor, service to the ambiance are worth visiting again and again.
Amazing food. Great service and ambiance. This was my first visit and based on the experience, it wont be my last.Ordered the Tractor Breakfast with grilled French toast. Lots of food. Well presented and tasted yummy! Looking forward to trying something new next time! Plus they serve Pepsi so I was a happy girl!!
What an experience! Absolutely delicious!! Food was so tasty and service was impeccable. Bacon was so delicious, like candy. What a presentation!! Kudos to the chef and management for making sure all guidelines were being followed due to the circumstances. Hands down the best chicken and waffles I’ve ever had!! The syrup was perfect. Macaroni and cheese was ok, wouldn’t order it again, and I’m a huge Mac n cheese lover. Meatloaf was tender, and delectable. Biscuit was super fresh, and the jam complimented it so well. Will continue to go back every time in the Orlando area.
Food was incredible. Service was great. Food taste and presentation were amazing. Im a local and definitely coming back
I not only enjoyed my meal, I love the ambience and the pleasant staff. I will definitely be back when Im in Orlando!
Best breakfast joint in town!!!!! Not only is the food delicious, the artistry of some meals are phenomenal!!!!
Not to fancy! Ripped up seating!! Seems dusty! I ordered a Vanilla Waffle with bacon and potatoes...needs seasoning for sure!! But 😋 tasty!! The bloody orange mimosa good. Now that was nice! Staff boring
Service was excellent! Our guy was very attentive and answered every question about the menu. The food and its presentation was outstanding!!! Portions were gigantic. Perfect for to go box! I highly recommend this place!
I gave Hash House 5 stars because the customer service we received from our server Jessica was on par with a 5 star restaurant. Our party of two was seated quite quickly. She was attentive, positive and courteous. The food selections were numerous and fairly priced. The food was extremely tasty with a fabulous presentation. The ambiance was very appealing. We look forward to our next visit.
Excellent place great food, great portions and great service. Food came out quick and with a beautiful presentation. This place has a good vibe to it. Our server Kingston was very nice and genuine. Do hesitate to bring your family here. You wont regret it!
This place was good!! First time in my life I can honestly say a restaurant gave me to much food!! Lol
The Food looked beautiful but had no taste. Was very dissatisfied. And disappointed 😞
It was a great experience and they serve pepsi. They do everything big. I ordered the corn beef skillet I wont do that again the meat was very dry. But the Hamburger my husband ordered was amazing. Our server was great too. Her name was Kaylee Im sure Im spelling that wrong. She was good!
The food is great and the staff is friendly and amazing. At first glance this place is expensive. But the amount and quality of food you get, is well worth it! My boyfriend got the man vs food meal, and I got the fried chicken and biscuits with a side of gravy and a side of Chipotle cream sauce. We both had drinks and he had two tequila strawberry lemonade drinks, I had a blood orange mimosa. After tip and everything for both of us it was 125 if memory serves. Not bad considering our meals were also dinner, and we got additional sides of biscuits, AND we got three souvenir cups, two of which are glass. I would gladly go back here again.
It was good, a lot of food though. If youre not that hungry I would prefer you get a kids meal
Place is really clean and staff are very friendly. Prices are according to the quality of the foods and dishes are very tasty.
If you have a big appetite this is the place for you! The portions are extremely big and the prices are very reasonable. I was surprised but glad I was able to get reservations for this place on the same day. We were seated right away when we got there based on our reservation and the food came out at a reasonable time being that the place was very busy. The food tasted great. Their menu had a variety of brunch and lunch options to choose from. I love that they had eco-friendly straws being that the ones I travel with were dirty so this was a wonderful surprise. I’ll definitely come back here next time I’m in Orlando.
Excellent location. Amazing food. Extra large portions.
Really large portions And great food great service as well
The food portions are enormous....enough to split your meal in half to end up with two. Not to mention the food presentation is on point. One of my favorite breakfast restaurants in Orlando!
The food is of good quality and the portions are huge. If you’re a fan of typical waffles or pancakes, this may not be the place for you. Although they have excellent lunch and breakfast dishes, when it comes to their waffles or pancakes, they have sacrificed taste for size. They make their waffle/pancakes absolutely huge, and in doing so, they come out dry and clumpy.
We seen on Yelp all the awesome reviews so we thought wed try them out. We waited about 30 min for a table around 11ish on Sunday morning. After being seated the menu was awesome, their drink menu was great too. I had a cold brewed coffee and the Andy Benedict! Delicious food, pricey but worth it. Our server was super friendly!! We will definitely be back!
Love this place! Try to make a reservation before your trip! They are really busy but the wait is worth it!
Gotta be honest. The place is nice and got seated quickly. Big enough to seat large groups quickly also. The food. Portions are generous however to me, lacked flavor. Kind of bland. I had the hash with chorizo and jalapeno, you would think robust, spicy and full of flavor. Actually it was quite the opposite. My biggest beef with this place is the parking. If you like valet parking then you are good. If you dont want it, you are asked to park in bomb zone of a parking lot. Cant tell if it is an abandoned hotel or one under construction that fell through. Either way it is full of construction debris and trash and deep potholes. In closing, the place is ok, but but no means anything to brag about in my opinion. The do also offer a military discount.
