Malcom absolutely saved me today! The sata port on my external hard drive broke. Sent my external drive on Wednesday via Fedex overnight. They received on Thursday and I got it back on Saturday without any notes, no email correspondence, no call. When I spoke to representative on phone to inquire about their service, I was told there were 15 ahead of me and that it would take a few days to assess the damage to my external drive. The company had my external drive for less than 24 hours. Horrible experience. I would not recommend.

HD crashed... Spoke with Dave regarding issues and needs..He recovered all the data from the dead HD and returned it on a new eternal drive.I would recommend DYI and for sure use them again.
