Spoke to a Elizabeth, a Jenny, and two others who wouldnt give their name . After getting a thorough explanation as to what my elderly grandma was getting into with them we decided it’s not the right fit. Without my grandma signing a contract they took a $214 payment from her . Once a refund was asked for that payment they tried to sell me the program and told me that the process for a refund is complicated and Hung up the phone . Also conveniently no one knew English . I called back and it was a transfer of Calls and me having to repeat the same thing over and over . I had to deal with each one trying to sell me the program . Finally they said a refund will be processed but no confirmation can be given and no time frame as to when we will get the money back . Very unfortunate how they take advantage of the elderly !

About a year ago I was in a program to pay off some debts and in the process to fix my credit with these people it turns out that I started paying monthly payments and in almost 6 months thank God I had an extra money and paid everything I owed at once. It turns out that today after almost more than a year of I have paid all the money because I still have an account with balance in my credit I call repeatedly to see what happened and every time I always called the alleged MANAGER or is busy or not is in the office, the girl who answers my call tells me that they will call me back and that never happens that without counting that today September 23 call around 5:20 and told me that in 10 min they called me back and they did not call me and when I tried to call they had already closed my advice for those who are thinking of doing business with these people who think about it before giving them their money they are all a litter of inefficient disrespect that is what they are more than one year I finished my program and not a single letter I received from nowhere that it was something that they promised me that when they finished the program they would send me letters saying that my debt had been settled DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE UNLESS THEY WANT ME TO PASS THE SAME THING THAT ME
