Theyre so; but so bad that after about 8 months of me having paid they could not even correct the name in transunion. Paying this company is throwing money away. They tell you that they can help you; but once you pay you never hear from them again even if you call them a thousand times. I do not give a lower score why it is not possible! Fatal service! There is no communication between the client and the company, they only charge the automatic money from your account. They withdrew all payments from my bank account and still the delinquent account is on my credit. No one ever communicated to report service status. In short, just an unnecessary expense!
