The only good thing this company did was return my money when I realized that they hadn’t done anything for my 3 accounts in 2 years. I even got sued from one collections company that one of my credit cards sold my account to, again, because CreditPoints720 had not done their job, of course, with my money already on their side. I really hope I was only one case and not everybody has lost the same time I did.

I am so grateful for credit point 720 they helped me so much and it was so fast how they was able to get my credit up. Thanks to them in less then a year I was able to purchase my house. It takes more than three phones calls to speak to someone. Last I spoke to them was Dec 2020, and I did it on purpose to show them no one has called me in January. I am a new customer that signed up almost two months ago to todays date. I wish I would have read the reviews before signing anything with the I was referred to the company by two friends that saidI was referred to the company by two friends that said they had a great experience. I set aside the negative reviews and went with the personal experience period that was a huge mistake.I signed up and was overcharged come to find out it wasnt explained to me correctly when I signed the contract.They did call me immediately back about the payment since then I have posted notes in my portal period with no response I spoke to the agent one time and she said on that day to contact her when I was on read. I reached out to her the very next day via call and voicemail. Did not accomplished the goal. In 1 year didnt accomplished but 30% of the goal they set up for me. It was a total waste of my money, time and enthusiasm. They sold me dreams on clouds. They dont even keep you on the loop of what theyre doing. They just create graphics but dont call you to give you feedback or motivation. I guess as long as theyre getting paid, theyre fine.

I usually dont post negative reviews but its been frustrating. I started on september of last year, and havent seen any changes done from the company. In fact, Ive called, emailed and even left notes on their system and nobody has contacted me yet. I even emailed SEVERAL times the company/branch, and my credit advisor and got no response. In fact, my advisor was changed and I wasnt even notified. Yet, when I missed ONE payment back on October (since I wasnt sure the date of payment and such) I received a call, emails and a letter through the mail. Theres no excuse for inefficiency. Sadly, my wife and sister-in-law are also on the program, paying thousands, and havent been worked eitherThe changes Ive seen on my credit report was thanks to my own work paying accounts off and some videos/podcasts Ive used in order to fix my credit.

Very skeptical since day one, however I went ahead and go for it. Once I spoke to the rep she sounded pretty convincing that this will benefit me. I paid my fee and the monthly charge, well that was the only time I spoke to someone. I had requested numerous times by email to see if there was an update and nothing no one ever contacted me once after the initial conversation. When I access my portal not a single account was deleted and I kept receiving collection letters from the companies stating that I recognized the debt. Shouldve listened to my gut!

I hired this company to work on my credit on September 2019. Sandra Lozada set up my contract and explained to not worry about anything that my accounts will be deleted on a 6months period I will see some changes. I sent all my results from my credit bureaus, kept paying my active cards and up to date they have not done anything. No accounts deleted yet. I called back and complained because I have a friend who had the same issues with them and they were excused was that it can take up to 15months. It took me literally a month to talk to a manager, no one contacted me to explain the process or see if maybe i can do something on my end to speedbup the process.. i started doing my own research on youtube, reading articles and on I have seen progress on my own only in 2 months!!! People dont waste money paying thrm to fix credit you can do it on your own . You can mail your own dispute letter. Debt validations letter and pay to delete letter.. use that money you paying them to fix your credit yourself!!!! I made the mistakes of wasting 1500 with them and I regret it!!!!!!!!

This company did absolutely nothing. They never called me to follow up. My credit score never changed and I never received anything in the mail like they said I would. The only thing this company did was every two weeks was take funds from my checking account for services they never performed. They stole over $750. 00 from me. I do not recommend this company to anyone we pay to fix my husbands credit. We finished all payments for a little before summer last year and we never saw any change was so minimal that it is not noticeable. They sign you up for a contract, and if you want to cancel it, theyll ask for $400 per person to cancel your contact. Also, they never pick up the phone, and when you finally get a hold of someone, they have no answers for you. Predatory practices, and no results. Thats Credit Points 720 in a nutshell. Stay away, youve been warned.

Terrible service! When they want you to sign the contract they call every day, after you sign it they forget that you exist and that you are paying money. It has been since October 2020 that I started with them and they still have not done anything with my case. If I could, I would give them 0 stars, I have been with them since July, they told me that in 30 to 45 days I will begin to see positive results in my credit report and it is totally false, I have not seen absolutely any change, I have not received one single letter and I paid them everything I had to pay and I call them and they only tell me that they will send a new round of dispute, which has been two supposed rounds of dispute and I have never received a single letter from the credit bureaus, I advise you not to waste your money with this company that not only has false advertisements, but also will not see any type of change in your credit report.

You can do much more for yourself than they will for you. Download Credit Karma and read a bit. This will help you and your pocketbook.

If I could, I would not give them a star, I have been with them for two and a half years and in all this time I have only 6 deleted accounts and not completely because they only appear from a credit bureau, not all three, I do not recommend it a great waste of time and money is incredible and when they have this type of problem that you complain about they do not answer your calls the worst of the worst this company
