I have been eagle express deliver my items for years. Never had a problem. They call 30 mins before the time to drop off. My only issue is the drop off window is wide but they usually within the first hr to drop off.

I will never use them again.They quote you one price, then go up on the price after you book with them. And after handling the shipment they invoice you a couple hundred dollars more than what was quoted. Very poor customer service and extremely unprofessional. The driver that handled one of our loads had a really bad attitude as well.

I wish I could give this company more than just 5 stars... because they seriously were amazing with helping me over the phone, they got me a quote super-fast ~ VERY Competitive pricing ~ and the Service was By Far the Best I have ever experienced with a courier service.Same day Delivery even!!! Professional and Courteous. Helped me move a pallet across town same day

We had a critical load that needed delivered.it had become a nightmare for us and our customer. Eagle Express within 24 hours had our load delivered to our customer who was so happy he tipped the drivers. I cannot say enough how professional and well-handled our critical order was handled by this company. I wish all shippers would take note of this.
