He answered all my questions gave me good advice about how to get my package to him and how and when he would deliver it to the resort. Then after he delivered the package he called me to tell me it was delivered. He was even able to deliver the package an hour earlier then expected!

Its great to have a 24/7 courier services. But the service can be lacking. It was almost 12am. I told them leave package at the front. And dont ring the bell because Im not home. Then they arrive with the package and ring the bell multiple times wake up my wife and kids. employees cant follow simple directions.
