I enrolled in this training last minute as I was hoping to partake in the in-person training which ended up not taking place. Enrolling was simple and easy and the value was well worth it. I thoroughly enjoyed the virtual Train the Trainer training. Michelle, the facilitator, was amazing. She answered every question, provided a variety of examples, and I liked how the training sessions were short but impactful. I will be taking more training via TrainSMART.

I was a bit nervous about this workshop, as I was skeptical about how it would work if it were a large group taking part. I was pleased to find out that there were just 10 people enrolled in the class. I enjoyed this very much as it was enough people to make it fun and engaging, while small enough that I was able to provide input along the way and participate. Michelle Allegretti was my instructor for this course and I have to say that she was absolutely phenomenal. I learned so much from her and she really made it a safe place to learn. There were people all over the world that attended so it was quite an interesting class. It was extremely interactive so there was never a dull moment. I started the course skeptical and unsure of myself in a trainer role and left with the confidence to conquer my trainer role.

I attended the 3 day Train the Trainer program and it is perfect for anyone just starting out and it also has information that benefits for anyone in the training career. Elana did an amazing job presenting the information and formatting the class where everyone could learn. She was very helpful with providing advice to guide us in each of our different training careers. I would recommend anyone who is just starting out as a trainer to attend their program, great information!

I attended all three days of the Train the Trainer program.First I thought the training was very useful.The presenter, Michelle, was very professional. She obviously knew this course and its content very well.The training was well planned and moved very smoothly through each subject.In my opinion she did a very good job at presenting this training. She made sure she addressed each of us on an individual basis. Helping each of us with our projects.I was very engaged during the training and I never had a moment during the training that I wasn’t interested in the subject matter.Everyone in the class received training material that I could later use to help me create and present my own training presentation.I would recommend this training to anyone interested in improving or learning for first time to create and present their own training.

Excellent training. It provided a lot of useful tools to improve my delivering skills. The format of presenting and recording each session provided unrepresented real time feedback that it I used as constructive feedback. Highly recommend sending your employees to take this training if you want to be effective when delivering a training.

It was beneficial to have the video of the various presentations I made so that I could view myself while presenting and tweak my presentation skills and classroom interaction professionally with the help of the training facilitator.
