Im sure its great to work for because they are awful to their residents. If you would like to work in a great environment where you arent actually helping people then go for it! Just remember property management mean to oversee properties and take care of them. That doesnt mean to take peoples money and give them poor quality homes then respond to them weeks later. :)

Such a great place to live. Close to downtowns Cleveland District and easy access to Clearwater Beach. The Nolen is also a great place to work.

I have lived here now for about 3 months. Dahalia and Stephanie made my moving experience very pleasant. The new manager Michelle and is very nice and on top of things. I see her in the early morning in the office and walking around outside and down the hallways. She always greets me and asks how Im doing and/or hows things in in my apartment. They are all very professional.

Ive been with NM for the past 6 months. I am thankful that I can say that I really do enjoy going to work every day! NM has a wonderful support staff. Cheryl is a dedicated regional who will give you the tools and training to help accomplish your property goals.. On the operation side we have Audrey who is always kind and available. Tom is one of a kind and the owners are truly down to earth and focus driven; when we all get together you can see we strive towards the same goal, a successful company.

I stopped by the office recently at The Tiffany and was greeted by Michelle, Dalliah and Stephanie. Each one took the time to speak with me and make me feel at home. They were friendly, engaging and informative. Im moving in at the end of the month.

Long story short, I’ve been dwelling at Rockside place since 7/16/20, and it’s been HELL here the building my belongs are in is 6050 now Our apartment 104 has been flooded twice and the second time we lost close to $2000 in damage from our shoes to furniture, and when the insurance company talked to the Spanish lady in the office she lied and said it was the weather so We didn’t get reimbursement for any of our lost belonging, so they move us to the second floor the second week up here I was cleaning and when I turned the vacuum cleaner on smoke came from the Circuit breaker it smelt like burning rubber so I unplugged the cleaner, called the emergency number well the guy that came out know absolutely nothing about electrical he said it himself so I call the electric company myself they came and said one of the Circuit breakers burnt out, I passed the message to maintance they said it was fixed, but a week later the same thing happened again, and up here it sounds like a freight train going through all day and all night and they say it’s the furnace, if so fix it or replace it, And don’t try to call the office’s of either Rockside Place or NM Residental because neither company answers the phone, but if you a day late on rent trust and believe you got an eviction notice in your door or laying on the floor, I’m writing this review to prepare everyone for what they walking into living at Rockside place 6050 don’t take any of the apartments on the first floor they flood with every rain but the city said it’s not coming from the street it’s inside the building how I know because I did my own investigation by simply calling the water company.

The worst company to work and live. They expect you to work extra hours ALL the time, come in early, stay late and work Saturdays all the while not paying overtime. They post your job on the the internet then come in and bully, threaten and make employees cry. They are condescending, secretive and rude. They borderline on being prejudice. They let you go before paying the bonuses youve worked hard for. All this does is create a tense and very hostile work environment.

I work for nm residential .. property lofts at eden as a housekeeper and I love it! Great company! Great owners and staff everyone works together.. I been here going on 2 years and I don’t plan on leaving any time soon.. they offers so many things for working here it’s amazing. They work with you and help you in any way they can.. my favorite part about this job is I can make the place shine!

I work for a coffee supply company and we provide service to multiple NM Residential properties. The properties are always clean and well maintained. The staff is always friendly and willing to assist in any and all ways. I’m leaving this review for potential residents to let them know I believe NM Residential is a great management team and goes the extra mile to take care of their residents.

If this company advertises a “luxury lifestyle “ they should fire people with good customer service skills. At the end of the day, residents pay their salaries. Stephany and Michelle who currently work at Tiffany at Maitland West have no customer service skillsWhat so ever. I called on Monday and spoke to Michelle about my Spectrum box which I left inside the apartment when I moved out because during the time I lived there they changed policies and spectrum charges were charged included in the rent, so I thought we needed ro leave the box there. No one called us to let us know we needed to pick it up. 8 months later Spectrum calls us asking for this box. I called the office at Maitland West and Michelle answered and said she would check and call me back the next day in the morning. She never called me back i called her on Tuesday afternoon, she was not there. Someone took the message. Very rude by the way, she started giving me a lecture of how I was supposed to return the box...I had stop her and say excuse me I amCalling Michelle because she said she would check for me and call me back and she never returned my call. So she took my info and said she would give her the message. I waited until Thursday for a call back so then I drove to Maitland (35 minute drive) and when I got there Stephany without even checking or nothing said...all apartments are empty when we do a walk thru with a new tenants and so the person who cleaned or the painters might of taken it. I said..oh really? The office does not have the courtesy to call the former tenant and let them know I mean, this is a person who lived here for a year paid rent and by the way it’s a box the office knows tenants would be charged for it. She goes: yeah! Plus it was under a different management back then. Which makes no sense trying to blame previous managment when she was also working there back then. Today, Stephany calls me to tell me the new tenant said there was no box..I go no worries, after I left the office and you did nothing I went and knocked on the apartment door and left a note so the new tenant texted me this morning. I go, why did Michelle never returned my call? She goes I can put you thru her and she connected me. Michelle said the same thing and my question to her was...how come you couldn’t call me back to let me know this? I had to drive all the way there to try and resolve the issue my self. None of you did nothing to at least help me find out if someone left had picked up the box and left it in the office or what ever the case might be. My complaint is that there are a bunch of girls there and they don’t call tenants back, they don’t really care about tenants once they sign the lease. I had to wait 1 month and a half to get moved from one storage unit to a smaller one because the office lost the keys and they wouldn’t even bother to call me and let me know. I got locked out of the apartment and I spoke to maintenance they said They would go and help and they never didI I had to wait till 9pm that my husband got home to get in. The deposit...they toon like 4 or 5 weeks to return it when I moved out and the list goes on and on. 2 or even 5 months free of rent is nothing for the headaches you would have if you move there. Not to mention the front doors are broken and the code box never even worked. All those good reviews you read there are people that work there and live there too. Talk to tenants before you even consider moving there. You will see It’s not lies. There are plenty pf good places to live with the money they charge there with much better customer service and maintenance. Believe me.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Most of the reviews for here are from people who looked at the apartments, but did not actually move in. Let me give you a review from a residents perspective. Where to begin... I fell in love with these apartments the first time I viewed them. I came a second time to review and apply. In the middle of my application the property manager, Cheryl, comes out, does not say hi or smile a single time, and calls the gentleman (Johnathon) I am applying with back to the office. Okay, fine, except no one ever came back. I literally had to call the office to get someones attention to give me a receipt of my application fee. Turns out, they fired Johnathon for not seeling enough apartments, when he was in the middle of an application with a potential resident! (Red flag #1, and I should have just lost the money spent on an application and move elsewhere.) Move in day comes, I get the keys on 3/30. They have 1 lady here on a Saturday with 4 move ins scheduled, so everyone is here waiting to use 1 of the 2 computers to sign their lease. I get my luxury apartment and have no AC, no hot water, and no working dishwasher!! I tell the office immediately, and am told someone will be out the next day. Thursday rolls around, and still nothing. I go to the office to find out no one told maintenance. Maintenance comes out right before closing Thursday, 6 days of no hot water, dishwasher, or AC (Which makes moving and cleaning a little difficult). I have to explain to him how to fix the hot water and that the AC is not just a matter of a bad air filter (it is 84 degrees inside my apartment with an AC unit running at 69 24/7 and a brand new apartment). I am told someone will be out for the AC tomorrow. I never hear from anyone, so again, I have to call and go to the office. Turns out they need a special part because my units compressor is bad, but they have no idea how long it will take. Saturday afternoon they finally give me a portable AC unit (running constantly puts my apartment at 78 degrees at least now). A week later, and no call or word from the office, so I once again call. They still dont know. I finally recieved a working AC unit on 4/15. 17 days after I moved in. The offices reply? Nothing. In 17 days, the office contacted me ONCE about everything, I had to call and go in to touch base and find out what and when something us happening. I lived with no working AC unit and a portable unit running constantly to keep my apartment at 78 degrees for 17 days, and they gave me ZERO COMPENSATION. Nothing. I called regarding compensation on the 17th and spoke to Stephanie who had to talk to the property owner and corporate, and would get back to me. I have called and left voicemails and emails since, with absolutely no reply. I do not suggest anyone move into these luxury apartments at all, no matter how desperate you are. The office does not care about their residents in the slightest. It is funny how they can call a relative back multiple times a week about possibly renting, but cannot communicate with their residents who have issues like these.

Worst company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. When I lived in one of their properties the plumbing got backed up and my bathroom was covered in feces and all manor of disgusting crap that backed up into my bathtub and toilet and destroyed my apartment. Rather than fix the problem they tried blaming me. After I moved out the company took me to court for not paying the remainder of my lease and are now attempting to garnish my wages without having first notified me. Do not rent any property from this despicable company or you will soon regret it. They lie through their teeth and they will say anything to get to to sign a lease only to back predal and do anything in their power to rob you of your hard earned money without providing a decent service and bothering to take th time to take care of heir residents whom they rip off each day. Horrible company to do business with. Stay far far away from any properties they try to peddle to you.
