Had interviewed about a year ago for an HR assistant job. Sketchy office with no decorations, a radio, and 2 managers. Not sure why at the time it was not strange to me that there was no one else even in the office so like where is the HR team? Or the sales team? Told me their goal is to give every employee a sense of entrepreneurship which for an HR job caught me off guard. Ended up tricking me into accepting an offer that they never even formally presented. It was $9/hr. (I was making $15 prior) with no benefits, and no clear responsibilities. Needless to say, I said no. Stay away from this scam.
Ever heard the saying to good to be true? Entry level manager positions? paid training? scam scam scam. Be careful of sharing your information with this company as i alsmot fell for the interview scam but thank God i read the reviews first and did my research on this company! They have no webiste for a reason. You cant find them on glassdoor for a reason, you can barley find any truth about them for a reason, beware!!!
This is the nth interview I have been on with a marketing firm that present itself as an up-and-coming collection of excited young professionals who provide unique opportunities; in reality, youll end up handing out flyers for AT&T at a mall, or walking door-to-door, attempting to sell windshields. Every position they advertise is purposefully misleading. Every opportunity they present is the same, regardless of whether or not CareerBuilder or ZipRecruiter advertises the position as an Account Manager, or as a Corporate Trainer, or a Manager Trainee. Their turnover rate is tremendous, and there is no one who works for these bogus companies with more than a few years of seniority.WARNING: If you show up at a tiny office, with minimal decorations, with only 2 employees, one of whom is a receptionist who sits at a desk that doesnt contain any personal affects, PLEASE, do NOT let them feed you a line like, We just moved in or Were still decorating. They are renting the office, because they do not have a permanent location, because they are not a legitimate enterprise. If you are presented with an overly-dressed manager who sits at a generic desk, who hosts an interview in which you do not discuss salary, do not discuss benefits, do not discuss job responsibilities, PLEASE do yourself a favor and walk away. Do NOT waste your time with these misleading marketing firms.
First all they lied on indeed and said it was a customer service position when really its DOOR TO DOOR SALES they lie to you and have you thinking its cs when really its not its a bunch of foolishness dont waste yoyr time
THEY ADVERTISE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITION BUT THIS IS DOOR TO DOOR SALES. PLEASE BEWARE OF JOB POSTINGS FROM THIS COMPANY.
