The Lantern Festival was a great event! My daughter and I enjoyed it from the beginning to the end. The event was well organized, the food trucks brought very nice food, good price, and clean environment. The evening was great when we put our lanterns to flow on the water. 🏮 What amazing event, and I truly recommend this event to everyone!👍🎊

Super awesome! I was in town for a few days and went to check this place out. They were super nice, I booked my lesson online. Brandon was a great coach- the cable was super fun and pretty easy. I’ve been behind a boat a lot, but first time on a cable. Super fun and an easy transition! OWC was awesome and the facility is amazing!!! Will come back!!!

Awesome place! Great atmosphere. Friendly staff. Both staff and guests are willing to give pointers and advice on how to land your next trick or just wakeboarding in general. They also have food, drinks, and smoothies for when you get tired and need a break. Definitely recommended!

More Fun than even Imaged!! Whole Family had a BLAST!!! ... we were a group of new and experienced family members to wakeboarding!! Thank You for the supportive, pleasant, encouraging, staff who were so very helpful!! Plus, even the customers encouraged eachother, it was Wonderful!! We ranged in age from 50+ yrs, to teens, down to youngest at 6 yrs old. All wanted to stay longer when it was time to go!! A day later, the 6 yr old already asking repeatedly to return ... the teen talk excitedly about their experience and are worn out, lol, putting this at the top of their summer list, and even the 50+ full of stories and sharing ... we cant WAIT to RETURN!!

We took our family of 6 here for my our sons 13th birthday and we all had a blast!!!!! If you’re looking for a great time this is the place. The aqua park was definitely worth it. The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. We can’t wait to come back.

Took six kids to Aquapark area of OWC. Appreciate the online appointment process and liability waivers were able to be completed beforehand. The check in was quick and painless. The lifeguard did a great job going over safety expectations and of course, most importantly, the kids had a blast!

We had a great time for my nephews birthday. The whole family had a blast. I just think they should lower the age limit to 5 years old. My 5 year old wasn’t able to do it even tho he was taller then 3’7. He was very sad. Other then that everything was great. My 5 year old did practice his back flips on the little beach but he wanted to be with his big brothers. That’s the only thing I wish they can change. We want to go again but we will have to wait a year since my little one isn’t 6 😞.

Orlando Watersports Complex is located in Orlando, Florida, right off Orange Avenue/527. This facility offers opportunities from the beginner to advanced rider of wakeboarding, water skiing, kneeboarding, and wakeskating. OWC is the only park in the United States that includes two main cableways. The beginner/intermediate cable generally runs 18 mph and can be accurately adjusted from 5 to 36 mph to accommodate the level of rider. In the advanced slider park, wakeboarders and wakeskaters are only allowed due to launch ramps, kickers, flat-bars, table-tops, a-frames, barrels, and the newest addition: a funbox. This cable travels at 20 mph and requires that helmets must be worn. An addition of a shorter cable, the Indian Rope, allows the rider to attain up to 35 feet of air helping improve rail skills. On September 23, 2009, a 22-year-old man hospitalized in Florida died from a confirmed case of N. fowleri after having contracted it at the Orlando Watersports Complex.

Awesome 3 day wakeboard camp. Had a blast with Shaun Murray adding some tricks to my small bag and Nathan was an awesome coach for my wife and kids. What a great vacation. Would highly recommend.

We took our boys for a 2 hour stretch to play on the water obstacle course. It was reasonably priced and our kids had a blast. The life jackets were in good repair and there was ample seating for those watching. This is a definite must do when in Orlando!

Off the grid.....but on the spot for a perfect fun afternoon. You need to take a break from the classic Orlando theme parks this would be a perfect place to entertain the kids ( and the adults !!)The only negative things about the location is the absence of a restroom. But I guess the fun makes this an acceptable thing ( or not !?!)Anyway, highly recommended !

Been going here since I was a kid, never has disappointed. I have created a lot of memories with long time friends that sadly have moved away now but every time I go I am always reminded of the memories made with them

Just be careful booking a scheduled time if you don’t live in the area. It says they may reschedule you due to weather or mechanical issues, but they rescheduled me simply because the coach wasn’t ready in time. I was unable to wait for my rescheduled time that was 2 hours later, and they won’t refund you or transfer the credit. So I lost $100 for their error unless I visit again in the next 2 years.

There is no comparison to owc. Best staff, best food, best setup

My kids had a blast here! We paid for 1 hour but ended up staying for 2 hours because they didn’t want to leave! Will return soon!

OWC is fantastic! Ive been to several cable parks. This one is the best. Great staff, quality rental gear, and very well maintained park. Wonderful!

We only knew of the place because a Festival of Lights event was being held there. Either do the event in Fall or early Spring bc when its a feels like 103° and theres no shade it got unpleasant. The food trucks that were there did take care of the masses but I think some were out dated (cash only). There wasnt any real beverage carts and the registration tents were at the opposite end of the complex. Not a well put event but when the night came the DJ played the right ambience of music and everyone had lifted spirits.

Decent park. Two areas, a faster one (31 km/h) with lots of jumps (elements) and a slower one (27km/h) with a few jumps on it. Relatively expensive, 20$ extra for a “pro” rental board, other parks it’s the same price for a pro board. If you have your own gear, price is average. Line moved very slow, lots of times the cable machine grab or they took a while to hand it off to the next rider. Had a great time regardless!

Went here with our 7 kids and it was all of our first times in the water wakeboarding. Guys were great and very patient with us teaching us how to do it. Was awesome to see them teach our 5, 7, and 9 year old how to do it. Great place! Great people! Great time! Nice job fellas!

We were in the area for vacation and stopped at this place. We all had fun and everyone working was very helpful especially with giving the kids pointers to get up on the wake boards. Also, the food was amazing! We had flat bread pizzas and smoothies👍 We would definitely come back in the future and would recommend anyone even if its your first time to try them out!

One of the highlights of my FL road trip. Did the Get Up Guarantee and it was great.Quick instruction and away you go. Friendly vibe. It reminded me of how surf spots used to feel.

I had so much fun here with my dad and my cousin, we were tired after 4 hours.Very family friendly they have get up guarantee where they help you one-on-one.The prices of snacks and drinks are a bit pricy but thats to be expected. Definitely recommend checking this place out for first timers

Great place for a hot day. Lockers were unavailable. I’d recommend bringing a spare key to your car that only opens the doors and leaving your belongings hidden. Had our towels stolen that had our car key wrapped in them.

My 15 year old son loved the summer camp, so we came back on a day off of school. He enjoyed riding lots, and I enjoyed working on the patio and this yummy lunch!

Had an awesome lesson session for my 10 yr old daughter and myself with Tyler. He was great instructor!! Definitely a one of a kind experience on the cables.

So disappointed!I have recently tried to visit the aqua park in Orlando and all I had was hassle!! My friends little brother and sister couldn’t go on the aquapark as my friend wasn’t their parent even tho he was their legal guardian!? Even though a legal guardian is legal by law to be the care giver of those said children in the eyes of the court so why not for this small waterpark!? The staff who work their had disgusting attitudes, when I questioned why they needed their mother as he was legal guardian, her attitude was disrespectful, to then tell me they have this argument all the time with people (I wasn’t arguing and also her tone was out of place)Half a day wasted!

Super fun! Great staff. Ride for 2hrs, 4hrs, or all day. Rental equipment was perfect for our needs. Well worth it. Great family fun.

I Wouldn’t recommend this place at all! The staff is rude! Doesn’t provide enough details up front and also had an issue with me filling out my 13 year olds niece waiver form. I am her legal guardian and I shouldn’t have to keep the documentation to prove it plus I had her pass port and we have the same LAST NAME. Very unprofessional. Don’t waste your MONEY !!

I’ve done it all at OWC. Boat, cable, and aqua park. Enjoy it all. Very laid back facility, but well kept and well run. Safety is always top priority.Two cents: The standard cable is a bit long for beginners (falling on the back is a long hike) and a bit boring for intermediate (again that back stretch is long and had no features while I was there.

Place super well organized, clean everyone super nice and full of knowledge, will try to become a regular price is very affordable and you get way more than you paid for!

My family & I were on vacation in Florida and decided to try out OWC. The staff was friendly & kind. We chose to do the tubing activity which was when things literally took a “turn”. Nathan, the driver was too rambunctious when driving the boat and his main goal was to knock us off of the tube. If you have ever gone tubing before, you’d know that you can easily fall off of one without force. He also would drive the boat right up to us when one of us fell off, getting way too close. What if we got sucked underneath? We’d be decapitated from the boat propellers and/or drown. It was a fun time, but Nathan should take some training courses before getting back out on the water.

Loved this place. Our family of 6, all first time wakeboarders, purchased their get up guarantee lesson and all of us were wakeboarding afterwards. Our younger kids liked the knee board better while the rest of us loved the wakeboarding. All of staff members were kind, helpful and very attentive. The food was excellent. Everything about our experience was superb. We will be back for sure.

Awesome expirence for my first time going. Though when I went today on may 16 in the afternoon the two kids working the standard cable were to busy flirting with one another and vaping to help out some of us and give just an overall good expirence. Otherwise learned alot and will come again, hopefully when theyre not working.

I love OWC! I came here for my birthday and had such a great time! The staff is extremely helpful and very nice. They helped answer all my questions, and was able to hit my first kicker with their help! 😁 I would definitely recommend this place to ANYONE interested in wakeboarding. Whether youre a beginner who has never been or youre looking to advance on your skill level, this is the place for you!!

Great teacher fun time and an intense experience. First timer will learn the basics of wakeboarding except will fly through the air with ease. Bring your family and friends but most importantly BRING A CAMERA!

The instructors were great, everyone was super helpful, and everything was put together really well! Good for all ages and the day passes are a good way to go. The beginning safety instruction is a great way to get used to the park and learn how to try new things on the course. I recommend wake boarding and asking the instructor each time before you go out in ways to improve.

Had an awesome time! First time at a cable park, and almost zero prior experience on a board. I opted for a 1 hr lesson, and trainer Eric had me up on the board in only two or three tries. The cable operators and front store staff were very friendly as well. Will definitely be back!

My wife and I had a great time wakeboarding and the coaching was awesome!The “shop” was kind of clogged up with teens and workers laying around on the ground and sitting on the countertops. They were just hanging out, but it made it kind of difficult to look around the shop and check everything out. 🤷🏻‍♂️I guess it was just difficult to figure out who was working and who wasn’t when everyone was behind the counter and lounging around. When it came time to check-in and get gear it was difficult to make our way to the counter.The wakeboarding was great though! Just skip the shop part on the weekends.

Ive been looking for a cable park to try wakeboarding for the the first time and came across OWC about 5 years ago. Finally made it out and was very impressed with friendly and helpful staff. They really want you to suceeed. Learned how to olly ramps and launch from the dock on the first day. Was so impressed with the service I ended up tipping my coach $20 for his help. Thanks Chase.

My first cable park experience! I am a seasoned skimboarder and skateboarder so I performed as I expected I would (did a couple jumps)....the best part is that my wife and I had signed up for lessons with a get up guarantee and she did great!! Nathan was our instructor and did a great job teaching her! All around good vibes and a good time, even though I hurt my shoulder sending it on the beginner rail haha I will definitely be back!! Everyone running the cables was super helpful with pointers and the locals were great!! 13/10 would recommend!

From the time I stepped foot in the door until the time I left it was an amazing experience. Everyone was friendly, helpful and kind and spreading the stoke as should be. Not all parks have it together like this but OWC DEFINITELY takes the cake I am stoked to call it my home park and stoked to help out in anyway!

The price seems worth it to me. Two cables f__k yes. Also you can choose different sizes on slider boards. I am 230 pounds. So trying a larger board is a dream come for me 147cm. The staff was friendly to me. However some guy ahead of me got upset. Due to the fact they arent accepting cash right now.

I went here for the first time yesterday with my friend and we had a decent time besides how rude the staff was. It all started when i called and asked about pricing, how to get tickets, and anything else i should need. And the women on the phone gave poor information. Upon our arrival the young women with the pink face mask and no shoes was so rude and disrespectful. I needed to refill out the wavier since my friend was 17. I came back with a waiver my mom signed and she accused me of doing it myself. Are you sure you didnt walk around and just fill it out yourself? And we did have a good time wake boarding, the workers down there were super laid back and made us feel welcomed. But I dont plan on returning.

I wish to give all 5 stars because the experience is amazing and most of the employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. But there is some lack at the customer service/ check in section!!!!! Unfortunately there is one person that has an awful attitude and lack of any respect to the customers!!! It happened more the ones so I feel like it’s the time to speak up from my standpoint. I love to take my kids OWC but unfortunately due to the unprofessional customer service I have to think twice now:-(((( very sad that this place is loosing customers due to something that is absolutely unrelated to the water sport activities!!!!!

I come out here to wakeskate right when they open on Thursdays to catch the morning butter. And when I’m the only one riding, I get a free pick up when I fall somewhere further from the dock. Thursday is Ladies Day and ladies age 18+ get a FREE 2hr cable pass any time of the day! Come and shred ladies! --

I’ve been at OWC for about a month, and it’s seriously addicting. After my third visit, I got a membership, and I come here every week to enjoy awesome events, great food, and some of the best features a wake park can offer.

Nice place but the registration process needs to be more clear. The wait time in line was too long. I preregistered online. They did not state how ONLY a parent can sign waiver or atleast it was not clearly evident. In the waiting area no one was wearing a mask or practicing social distancing and there or no employees monitoring this process at all

Yes yes yes!!! We had a blast, water was cold but its its hot here in florida. Make sure you know how to swim incase you get left behind with the short waves.
