IAN of Kyles Bike Shop in Orlando, FL went out of his way to assist me when I called to get help with reattaching my front bike tire. I was having trouble attaching the tire and Ian went on to explain the process and continued to reach out by sending me a quick video to watch. I was in a poor reception area and could not open the video.Kyles Bike Shop was literally 5 minutes from where I was, so I asked Ian if I could take a car ride over and he could show me in person. Once I got there, it took Ian no more than 45 seconds to show me the process. I returned to my bike and reattached the tire in minutes and proceeded to continue my ride and cycled 10 miles.Ian possesses excellent customer service skills, showed a kind and patient demeanor while tutoring me and was genuinely concerned that I get the tire on properly. Thank you for your time and effort. You have gained a customer and I will be bringing my bike in for regular service at Kyles Bike Shop!!

I’m very short and finding the right bike can be hard. The people at kyle’s bike shop were so great at recommending the right fit and bike during my initial visit. Today we called last minute to see if they had the one I needed available, they had one in stock, and though they were pretty busy, they went above and beyond building the bike in less than two hours before closing to accommodate our mountain biking day tomorrow. Pete’s customer service was on point, he was knowledgeable, easy to talk to and made the whole experience great! My two-year-old son and I walked into the store and was never greeted. We walked inside the store and outside the store looking at bikes no one ever said hello to us. I watched two other people of other ethnicities walk in and be immediately greeted. I would never give business to this particular company or recommend any business that refuses to equally treat everyone that walks in to their establishment. I am completely offended and Will never recommend anyone purchase or do business with this bike shop.

Joseph was very informative and patient with us. We asked a million questions and test rode a few bikes. We only came for one bike but happily left with two brand new bikes. We even added water bottle holders to our purchase since a free water bottle comes with it. Other staff assisted in building one of the bikes and other bike adjustments who were also very friendly! Joseph was also just overall knowledgeable about the differences between bikes and fit us with ones we really love now. The store has great warranties and services which will make us lifetime customers. I am so happy to have come across this great business. They clearly care about their customers!

I have purchased a couple bikes from KBS, and it’s always friendly staff. The second bike I purchased… I got into a big accident and the frame had to be replaced. They secured a replacement frame from the manufacturer which took a while to receive, but I was still not happy with the end result. Kyle personally reached out to help resolve the issue and am now riding away with a brand new bike. Very happy once again…. Thank you!!

Been to kyles before but mever had the kid that serviced my bike yesterday. Some dirty kid behind the service desk said hed fix my bike. Needed brake adjustments and chain alignment. Got charged for both went outside for atest run and the bike didnt shift. Went back in to resolve the problem and was told Id be charged an additional $40 on top of the $50 I just payed. Moral of the story take it out for a test ride before you pay. Kid was sleazy.

Very friendly service. Thought I would need to leave my bikes for a while but they tuned them up fast. I was out in 15 minutes. Great service department and answered all my questions.

Traveling from NC to FL we stopped in GA overnight. Next morning while loading bikes back on rack, I noticed my sons back brake was busted. Due to spring break traffic it took us 6 hours to reach Kyles and they were prepping to close and still took time to fix his bike, and at an affordable rate, so we didnt have to cancel or rearrange our week.I definitely recommend this shop and staff!!!

Where to begin... I wanted a new bike, but old school. My current bike is big and bulky and hard to handle, I had my heart set on a BMX (but with a comfy seat... please dont hate me) We also wanted to make sure we were buying local from a small business. Enter Kyle and his friendly, helpful team (shout out to Christy) They hooked my husband and me up with some sweet Subrosas and secured the comfy seats for us (please stop hating me, BMX purists!) They stand by their stock by offering us a couple free tune-ups when the bikes are broken in, which is very reassuring. They were also really nice to my dog (Gus says hi!) which Im always grateful for. So we get home, get them out of the car, put on my helmet (safety first!) and took them for a spin around the neighbourhood. It felt like when youd call for your friend and ask if they wanted to go ride bikes. ...oh, and that big bulky bike I was talking about? We gave that to the guy next door and he loves it. I couldnt be happier. All our criteria were met and exceeded. I highly recommend this place!

I’m very pleased with kyle’s bike shop. When the pandemic hit and you couldn’t get a bike anywhere, I was able to get one at kyle’s. The service is top notch. I took my bike back for a tuneup and wasn’t charged. The shop is run super efficient. The staff are always friendly and really care. Kyle even remembered me from last year. Prices are very good. Great shop! I have been looking for a local shop with a selection of shoes and new bike pedals, they had a decent selection of both. More than any other local shop in the Orlando area. The service staff was swamped! While I was shopping there for pedals (approx. 10mins) they had at least 5 customers coming in for last minute repairs. The staff was busy, but very attentive and helped me find the best hybrid pedal for my bike. Highly recommend - Joseph was amazing!

My son and I stopped here on a Saturday afternoon just browsing around. I was getting pretty tired of the low quality bikes purchased from Walmart/target and my son loves riding around our neighborhood. We were immediately greeted by Ian and let me tell you he was awesome! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! My son found a bike he loved (color, size, and price range for me) and he was able to ride it all around their back parking lot for about 30 minutes. Ian went over several things with both of us and explained that we needed to bring the bike back for a tune up in about 30 days. Well, with the amount of riding my child does with his friends we had to bring it back in to have the brakes and gears adjusted. I went in on a Monday evening and we were out in less than 10 minutes. This place is awesome! The staff are all amazing and very helpful! I’m so happy to have found this local business!! Thank you, Ian! He absolutely loves it!

Oh my goodness, everyone at Kyles bike shop is incredible!! I went there last night and purchased a cruiser bike to be able to take my kiddos around in an attached trailer. I love the bike, but unfortunately the trailer hitch was not compatible with the original rear hub. So, I brought the bike in the trailer in today to get their advice, and they were able to figure out a way to make it work. Such incredible customer service! These are seriously a bunch of super nice, sweet and highly talented people that are extremely educated in their craft. I will definitely be sending people their way...and you should too!

I arrived before the actual opening time and had another commitment, so Joe graciously accepted my bike which needed a tire repair. He gave me an estimate & I was off to appointment in matter of minutes. About an hour later was contacted to explain that upon close examination the tire had a deep slash so needed replaced, but wanted my okay first. Soon after Iwas contacted to let me know bike was ready for pick up. Pleasant, Professional & courteous Service!

Great group here. I bought a bike from them a couple of years ago and they keep it maintained. Very easy to work with and more polite/professional than I’ve experienced elsewhere. Staff were very helpful and accommodating, despite their busy situation when I visited they took time to help me with what I need. Unfortunately they don’t have the tire that I need for my 3 wheel bike yet they took time to check other places( their competitors) gave me the address and tel. number. As ALWAYS! Kyle’s took great care of both bikes I just had serviced the last week. I was long-term with several big-name bike shops. I had the misfortune of having a frame break on a bike and have the company that I’ve been loyal to and bought several bikes from give me zero assistance in getting it Repaired or replace by Warranty. I actually used to do these urban assault on Tuesday and Thursday night and got to know a guy name Kyle. Turns out he has a bike shop. Went there the next time I needed service and was given the best service! The best customer service everything. The bike came back and was in perfect running condition, which I struggled with from time to time even with the big-name shops. I’ve been going there for over 10 years now probably well over that. I now live All the way in Sorrento Florida southerly an hour from his shop and I will schedule bike ride in the downtown area just so I could pick up or drop off my bicycles there. No one else will have my service. Best bike shop hands-down Kyle’s awesome guy. His technicians are spot on and they always deliver!

He explained multiple BMX bikes to me and the differences and made sure I left with the right bike for my son! I cant thank him enough! My first time there. One of the best small bike shops I’ve been to. Kyle was able to get a Giant Fathom bike for me when there were no bikes available anywhere. Took his time to explain and make sure I was happy with my bike before leaving on our biking trip. They have such a nice personalized service, it felt like I’ve been going there forever. This is how small businesses thrive. It’s all about the service, that’s why they were voted by Orlando Magazine as “One of the Best Bike Shops” in Orlando.

I decided in July 2019 to buy a commuter bike and give up my car, but that was all I knew. So, I needed help from the professionals at Kyles to pick the best bike for my needs. Darren and Christy were super helpful and I bought a Kona which I still maintain there. One piece of advice, if you are as naive as I was, go seek out the professionals at Kyles. Its been wonderful building a relationship with a local, small business bike shop!

Kyles bike shop is awesome! I knew nothing about bicycles, and after one visit I felt like i been riding my entire life. you will meet with some of the best people in the business. They have groups from beginners up to expert riders. its not just a shop its a second home to anyone who loves bikes

I called this bike shop the day before and asked questions. I informed the CSR that I would come by the next day. When I looked up the shop hours and so forth it said that they opened at 9am. I was there the next day at 9am, however, when I got there, the store had signs for 10am for it to open- but there was also a piece of tape over the zero to suggest that the stores hours were 11am until 7pm. When the store clerks got there they opened 6 minutes late and then the store clerk says to me that the store opens at 10am, so I just told him that yeah, but you opened late. Then they asked me to move my bike and cart and started taking out all these bikes. The other side of the store finally opened up 30 minutes later. They were all white and I was the only dark skinned person present. They acted as if they didn’t want to wait on me and I reminded them that I had called the prior day and inquired and I informed them of the time discrepancy. Advice I have for anyone that’s of the darker skin tone is either get your bike fixed from some place else or send some one that is white down there with your bike to get it fixed- that’s the only way you’ll get any service from these people. They had 8 people there- none of them greeted me at all- they acted as if I was going to steal something- but white people normally act that way, but they promise they don’t though- check the reviews- only white people have reviewed and given these people 5 stars!

Stopped by to get an accessory for my city bike and ended up talking to Kyle. He said they had a 3 day turnaround for service so I brought my Orbea mtb in there to fix the fork lockout and other setup tweaks. They estimated 4 days and turned it around in 2!. Everybody super friendly, great service and great price!

Awesome customer service. They fixed my flat tire in less than 20 minutes. And when they accidentally put the more expensive tire on it (I had picked out the cheaper one) they automatically discounted the price! Great group of people and very friendly. Id highly recommend them!

Ive watched KBS grow since he opened - back then Kyle worked on my bike. KBS is the only bike shop in greater Orlando to go to. The staff are friendly, the prices are reasonable, the location is convenient.If youre into paying insanely inflated prices for your gear, getting on a 3-week waiting list to have your bike serviced, or like being treated like a number - theres several good alternatives to KBS in Orlando.

This shop is great! My wife Loly and I take our bicycles for repair to Kyles Bike Shop because we get personalized costumer service. They are very diligent and responsible. Loly got professional help from Christy adapting her bicycle to fit her like a glove and she is very happy with it. I am quite new to the world of road bikes, and was very nervous when I walked into the store.I had recently bought a bike thats a little too tall for me (I fell in love with a bike that is used) and had wanted to get my carbon fiber saddle post shortened. Not only they fixed the length, but adjusted my saddle position, handle position, checked my tire pressure and a whole bunch of little things. Gave me tips on riding and spent quite a while making sure that the bike fits me well. All I can say are nice things and dont know how to thank them enough for being so amazing! HUGE shout out to Ben. He basically did a complete rebuild on my Fugi Ace, brought my bike back to life after hanging in my family’s garage untouched for the last 15+ years. Growing up I always admired the bike and when my father wanted to get me a “new bike” for Christmas, I insisted on taking his old one. He has no idea how much that bike means to me, let alone my dad. To see a grown man who never shows emotion getting choked up to see his bike, that he road everywhere on tours when he was my age, it was worth every penny and then some. Every single person I encountered at that shop was warm and helpful, it’s obvious they love what they do. Even the tune up on my Fugi Sarges SP (that I’ve dropped so so so much money to try and ride better) did not ride this smooth before. No exaggeration. Beyond satisfied with the service. Thank you

I highly recommend Kyles Bike Shop. I took my bike in for an overall tune-up, telling the service team to assess whether I needed a few things not included in the usual tune-up that I worried might need replacement. Not only did they finish the job much earlier than promised, but they showed such integrity in telling me I didnt need any replacements Id asked about yet, & how much life was left in them. I know of shops that wouldve installed the replacements whether needed or not. Kyles team clearly understands what customer service is all about. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable & very efficient. Ill definitely be back.

I was walking by Kyles bike shop and saw a Kona bike i was interested in. Kyle was at the counter and i asked is the kona mountain bike was a 29er... He walked away offered the girl waiting by the register if she wanted a beer. I walk back over to him and again asked about the kona mountain bike....he then said i recommend this giant gt full suspension (1800.00$ ) bike i said im not interested in that and he walked away and would not talk to me and kept ignoring me. I will never come back to this shop kyle is a rude person. I cant believe the service was so bad

Kyle’s bike shop... very professional guys at this business. They could have taken advantage of me but honesty prevailed and the bike I brought in for repair was purchased from a big box store and I was led to believe only minor repairs were needed to restore the bike. But the honest guys at KBS saved me a lot of money. The big box store took the damaged bike, after I showed the slip from KBS and returned my money. Now that is honestly at its best. Thanks guys you are the greatest and I will recommend your services to all my biking friends

Kyle was great when I purchased my bike back on the first of June. Hes very knowledgeable and let me test out many bikes. He even adjusted them all to ensure I was making the perfect choice. I went in today because I got a flat tire on my ride this morning. He remembered our entire conversation about camping and trailers and just chatted with me for a while. Connections. Not just someone who bought a bike!

There was an initial problem with my order. With COVID around, a lot of equipment isnt readily available, and the stuff I ordered wasnt actually available. Kyle explained everything and got me settled with a perfect replacement but also offered to refund me or use the money Id spent as a down payment on a different bike. Same with the helmet. Very informative and attentive. All the staff were friendly and made sure I was being helped.

Took my track bike in for a safety inspection they told me maybe a 1 week turn around time due to it being so busy in the bike world right now. They called me maybe 2 hours later for a ready pickup. I was in shock on how fast they finished. Super nice staff. Fair pricing. I wish the shop was a little bigger but if it works for them then more power to them. I’m def a customer for life!

Had another flat repaired while I did some more wishful shopping. Fortunately, Pete had recommended I hold on to an old tire a few months back and I brought that in and it was still usable! They have an electric bike there that has a top end of 28 mph!

I’ve had to bring my bikes into Kyle’s several times for various reasons and they’re always incredibly helpful and prompt. Best of all, they explain things to me, a very basic rider, in simplest terms so I never leave with a question. Now if they could just help me ride smarter so I can avoid nails and random chicken wire, so I don’t have to get new tubes and tires.

I bought my bike from Kyles Bike Shop about a year ago (start of pandemic) and I have used it most weeks since. Kyles has been amazing at tune-ups and repairs, general check ups, and tips for maintenance and care.

Lovely shop with great bike shop charm. Managed to buy my wife a great helmet and gloves in a very friendly atmosphere while we discussed bike upgrades with a service guy. Eddy and Kyle were very helpful.
