I went in and they where all very nice and welcoming. I didn’t have an appointment so a very nice man said to wait about 10 minutes then they’d be right with me. I waited about 5 minutes and then Mario called me into his chair. Mario did a great job and he was very pleasant to speak with the whole haircut. Not the best experience. I cut my hair with Jesus. He was all friendly on the phone and in person. The haircut wasn’t that bad, but I had better fade cut for the same price range. What really bothered me was the barber being on FaceTime during the whole haircut! He was taking to his girlfriend, apparently. It happened several times he stopped the haircut to speak with the person. For three times I looked back and he was leaning on the counter in front of the phone while I wait for my cut to continue. Seriously? That was the most unprofessional barbershop experience I ever had. I didn’t say anything because it is obvious you shouldn’t do that. Looking for new places in the area.

Do not go here. The amount of customer service and skill is slight here. I am very distastified with my haircut and let the pictures if you would be too. I asked for an inch to get cut and my hair was long enough to touch my nose. After the cut, my hair can barely touch my eyebrows. The amount of focus is just bare minimal. I’m really upset and when I called for a refund the manager said, “I don’t want your business”. Very distasteful. Bring your business elsewhere. Customer isn’t always right :(

I go to get a haircut on sunday and keep in mind last time i was here they cut way to short and didnt listen but this recent visit i was very clear none of the top i said this 5 times the barber first didnt ask or tie up the top bit also he went straight to cutting which is very bad im no expert but im sure your supposed to brush the hair down before to have the right length. From the reviews, I thought this place was worth a shot, but the barber I paid for did not understand what I was asking for. I showed a reference photo and he ignored my directions. I was so angry I didnt see the barbers name, but he was on the phone the whole time of my visit.If you are working you dont prioritize a leisure phone call over customer. He made a lot of mistakes and didnt cut my hair as requested. The man couldnt even translate sideburns from Spanish to english and had to ask a co-worker. If you go here, ask for a barber that is bilingual. Additionally, his co-workers apologized for his lack of attention to my visit.The manager was also walking around and did not tell this man to hang the up the phone. At least 3 times he walked passed me and he let him keep talking. I understand if you answered and make a quick conversation of 5-6 minutes, but from beginning to end of my haircut he was on the phone having a jolly time.If you are at work, you work. If you have no customers thats when you make time for your leisure phone calls. Please dont go here.

David is my go to barber now, i don’t know about everyone else but David is literally the best barber i’ve ever had cut my hair.Clean, nice, professional, and most importantly he LISTENS! he doesn’t go and cut your hair how they feel like everyone else. How is it possible I sent my oldest son to take his little brother to get a hair cut with a picture of what I wanted done to my little one. Come to see my son he was not given the haircut that I wanted him to get the barber (Yankie) decided to do what ever he wanted . It’s mind boggling to me. And still charge my son. The hair cut is not even a clean cut either. I tried calling and no one answered the phone. So I will be coming today to see if that can be fixed ASAP my little one has pictures today.

Very very very well detailed cut. My barber William took very good care of me. Especially back after the lockdown. They are very well prepared for the Covid-19, with barber certification and masks provided. I felt safe and received a great cut.

Went there for the first time today. Came in as a walk in. Katrina cut my hair. Great attitude. She was conversational but not to the point where it was too much. Haircut came out great as well as my shave. Had a nice modern but welcoming atmosphere. The price was very reasonable and the wait time was minimal. Overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend to anybody considering them.

I tried about 8 different well reviewed barber shops after first moving to Orlando before settling on this place. Trust me, this is where you should go. Been going here for about 2 years. Its pure professionalism. Ive never walked in and waited more than 5 minutes before someone acknowledging me. Never more than 15-20 minutes max to get in a chair. Everyone has always been courteous. All the barbers are pros and you cant go wrong with a single one of them. Special shout out to my guy Orlando. If you want the best hands in town go see him. Always takes his time, great attention to detail, just an amazing cut overall.

Called at 5:09, asking if I could walk in and get a haircut at 530/6, was told absolutely. Walked in at 5:39, told they were done for the day and to come back tomorrow. How about I never come back? Told them as much.

First off, dont go anywhere else! These guys spend every second necessary to insure satisfaction, so dont go to a super cuts or some chain haircut brand. They are cheaper and better than any place you can find. Making appointments is super easy and you are guaranteed a great cut. Definitely recommend and just for reference to students haircuts are $12 Tuesday and Wednesdays. Youll never have a bad experience here, no matter who cuts your hair. Ive been looking for a good barbershop to go to since i moved here and i think i found it. I got this guy Paul and he gave me the cleanest cut. Sweet fade and the lines are so crisp. Definitely knew what he was doing. Its a very professional looking barbershop with a very clean atmosphere, and Comfortable chairs. The wait time was super short, I basically came in, sat down and got right back up. I think it was like $20 without tip but it worth it. I recommend this place anyone thats looking for a good place to get a fresh cut.

Ive been living here for about 8 months and have never really needed to cut my hair because I would just go back home to cut it, but I was in need of one today; Billy cut my hair, he did an exceptional job. This dude had me looking fresh by the end of my cut. He took his time and much attention was given to every detail. He even blow dried my hair at the end! Overall great dude and great barber. Truly great experience. I found my new barber.

My barber, Carlos is a first class kind of guy working in a First Class shop. He gave me the best haircut of my life with personal care. The owner ALWAYS takes the time to greet you when you arrive. The barber that cut my hair was awesome. Very professional and have me a great cut. However, the owner and another barber got into a heated argument and continuously yelled at each other while doing other clients hair. It made for an extremely awkward time and I couldn’t help but think, “I wish I was outta here already.”

Went in for a completely new style of haircut. Was a bit anxious, and this was exacerbated a bit by the fact that my barber Gilbert didnt speak great English. But I told him more or less what id like, and some concerns i had, he told me hes got it, and sure enough, my haircut and new style came out looking really nice. Gilbert was a really nice guy and he knew what he was doing. Also payed an extremely low price of around 13 dollars for a complete package (haircut, beard trim, etc.). This is their student deal on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. You really cant beat that value.

I moved to Orlando a year ago and struggled to find a barber. A coworker recommended Jacas and I couldnt be happier. Jacas is the best barbershop in Orlando. They take their time with each customer and make everyone feel special. The atmosphere is like a family. My 8 year old son loves the place, too. I cannot say enough great things about Jacas.

I showed them a picture of the haircut I wanted and they cut it several inches too short on the top. They’ve also upped their prices from 16 to 20 dollars a haircut. At that price I think Floyd’s would do a better job.They do a great job on short very standard military-type cuts but I don’t think they know how to cut longer hairstyles.

Hello! I would like to say today was my first experience at this barber shop and I couldnt be anymore pleased. As soon as you walk into the door you are greeted by one of the barbers! As you sit you look around and notice how clean and sophisticated the place looks! Not to mention jazz music playing in the background which adds a certain touch of class! My barber Eli is by far one of the most talented and professional barbers thats ever cut my hair! Besides his talents his attitude and knowledge makes you feel at ease with pure professionalism! After my cut I was treated with a facial massage with all natural organic oils, hot towel, and eucalyptus facial cleanse. Man I felt so relaxed afterwards. I would highly recommend Eli if you decide to make a visit. If anyone is looking for a new barber shop to try out make sure you give this place a shot! You wont be disappointed!

Honestly, I enjoy the ambiance of this barbershop. It has a very classy look to it and is very clean. I will give them that. However, one thing I do not understand is if you give a UCF student discount, how are you going to tell me what haircut I must get. Getting a haircut is all about being confident and comfortable in yourself. How can I do that if you tell me what to get? They told me I had to pay full price and could only get a buzzcut with a discount.
