Very disappointed in the service (or lack there of) provided. Took my son in for a haircut, he was excited about his new style, the barber kind of waves us back does not even introduce himself, he points to the chair I explain what cut and style my son wants. The cut was pretty good, which is why this isnt 1 star however after cutting he blows him off looks at me and says you can just style it now. $20 for a childs cut is on the high end of service for our area and not even to take the few min to put some product in. Needless to say my son was disappointed he didnt feel like he got what he wanted and I wont be back. If Im going to pay top dollar ( and tip well too) I will get good service for it!!

Wow had my son get a haircut at this shop and the only person that actually cared and talked to me even when he was busy was kabo! A lot of the barbers were standing around and he cared enough and I waited just for him because nobody greeted me or said anything, thank you kabo for the amazing customer service! Would of gave 5 stars but the other barbers really didn’t care

Nice barbers but slow service. They tend to cater to their friends a bit to much.

The guys give amazing cuts. Some are quick, some are more detailed but everyone leaves satisfied with the results.They have a clipboard were you sign in to wait in line, and semi comfortable seatings. There are about 4 televisions with good definition, posters of different hair styles they can work with and restrooms with vending machines in the back. Theyre usually playing music videos, and it has a heavy Hispanic influence.Its kid friendly, and the guys know what theyre doing. Somewhat professional. However, the wait is a heavy deterrent.If youre walking in for the first time, expect about an hour or two waiting. Theres perks for being a regular and knowing the barbers, you get to skip the line, so it makes the waiting harsh.I encourage to befriend the person you like and enjoy the perks. Plus, the location is convenient and the entertainment and conversations will make time fly by.🦀

Just had my haircut done here and it is certainly the best haircut I have had in Florida. Most barbers don’t put in the time or effort, but my haircut here with Junior was excellent.I highly recommend Choco’s Barber Shop for haircuts. They are the worst barber shop I have bin too. First the shop is supposed to be open at 10:00am on Sunday I was waiting until 10:30 and the shop wasnt open when one of the barbers got their he spoke only to his clients in Spanish I only speak English. I had to ask someone else what he said and I was told that he was only cutting his clients hair and would close the store after that. Mine that I was the first person their. 10:45 and still no other barber showed up. Never again!!!! I waisted 2 hours all for nothing.. Its horrible here!!

Next to subways overall the vibe is good the barbers comedians enjoy watching the World Cup In there. Barber that took care did an outstanding work now this is my new place to come.

Extremely unprofessional, barbers skip people waiting and just walk out to do something real quick openly telling the other barber. They take calls or text during there cuts and have shop what there working on to have a chat with there friends that stop by just to hang out. Not coming here again.

Tried to give this place a chance (for the third time). The customer service is horrendous and there is absolutely no organization on how they run the shop. They put a sign in sheet which is useless because they let people cut in line. When I spoke up, I was made to seem like the bad guy. Wont be coming back... Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Fast open and peace full place

They literally just skip people over you which is wrong and its also people who just walk in I waited for 45min just to be skipped again and the people were regular walk ins. I asked if anyone could give me a cut and I was ignored if I could give less than one star I would dont do business if your going to treat people like they dont exist its just wrong. Also half the time the barbers are sitting outside smoking after doing like one cut seriously? Just stay away is my advice.

Bad...really bad, walked in...nobody says good afternoon or hi welcome to this unfriendly place, how can we help you, nope, nobody even goin to tell you anything...you can be seating there for hours and no ones even gonna tell you that you are next, went twice, and I waited for 25 minutes both times, nobody even makes eye contact, I walked out again...I wont come back even if it is the last barbershop in Orlando.
